Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 67 Good news: No one betrayed us; bad news: They’re all dead!Commander Liu Chengzhi widened his eyes, seemingly in disbelief.

”What on earth happened? Old Xu!”

”The US surely can’t be pulling another self-directed act, trying to play the victim card to frame us!”

With a series of historical documents exposed, there is evidence that the Pearl Island Incident and the 119 Incident were all self-directed by the US to find an excuse to launch a war!

Therefore, he had reason to believe that the US was doing the same thing this time!

Otherwise, what else could be the reason?

”I feel a self-directed act is unlikely!”

”Although we have some friction with the US, it shouldn’t escalate to the point of war!”

”You’re saying...”

”Could it be our Space Mecha...” Commander Xu Tao suddenly thought of Su Chen at this moment.

As soon as this thought was proposed, it was directly rejected by Commander Liu Chengzhi!

”Impossible!”

”Our Space Mecha is not equipped with weapon systems!”

”How could it fight an entire fighter jet formation?”

”Let alone shooting them all down; that’s even more impossible!”

Commander Xu Tao thought about it and realized that seemed to be the case!

As the person in charge of the Air Force Base, he had a very clear understanding of the strength of the two Fifth-generation fighter squadrons!

Especially the F-22 Raptor Fighter Jet; they truly are raptors in the sky. Once they lock onto an enemy, shooting them down is just a matter of time!

A single fighter jet is powerful enough, let alone two squadrons!

”If it’s not a self-directed act, then it means there is a terrifying power in that sea area that we are not aware of!”

”No, I must urge Su Chen again!”

”Tell him to return as soon as possible!”

Saying this, Commander Liu Chengzhi hung up the communication and called Su Chen again.

Su Chen replied: ”I understand, Chief Liu!”

”Anyway, the test is almost done, I’ll head back immediately!”

Su Chen was still thinking about playing the ”Calabash Brothers saving Grandpa” trope, hoping that perhaps more enemy fighter jets would come over to observe the situation later, and he could take them down then!

However, Chief Liu was pushing him hard, afraid that he might be in the slightest danger!

He was more worried than his own parents!

So, Su Chen finally decided to head back!

Meanwhile, Commander Liu Chengzhi also took a plane to leave the Command Center, preparing to meet Su Chen in person!

He wanted to see what the Space Mecha really looked like.

On the other side.

The US stationed at a certain Air Force Base in South Korea.

Commander Stark was pacing back and forth inside the base!

A sense of foreboding lingered in his mind.

Not long ago, the communications of the twenty-four raptor fighter jets that went to the Southern Sea Area to execute a mission were collectively cut off!

No matter how the control tower tried to contact them, they couldn’t reach even a single fighter jet!

It would be understandable if one or two fighter jets had this situation, but for two squadrons, twenty-four raptor fighter jets, to have this happen... this was an unprecedented situation!

Not being able to make contact was secondary!

Most importantly, their fighter jets had also collectively disappeared from the radar!

Stark shouted: ”Damn it!”

”What are these guys doing?”

”Could it be that they’ve collectively defected?!”

His deputy said at this moment: ”General, is there a possibility... that they encountered the Dragon Country’s fighter jets!”

”And were shot down?”

”Impossible!” Stark said directly:

”Given the Dragon Country’s speed, it’s impossible for them to intercept us so quickly!”

”Besides, even if they really built an Air Force Base nearby that we didn’t know about, allowing for rapid support, what about the radar and communications?”

”Are you suggesting that they also possess the ability to cut off our communications and radar?”

”They cannot possibly possess such technology!”

”It must... it must be that they defected!”

”Collective defection!”

”Contact the US President; I want to report this major news to Mr. President!”

Stark was extremely agitated; ten cows couldn’t hold him back!

Deputy: ”General, you must calm down. With such major news, it’s best if we investigate it clearly before reporting to the US President!”

Stark grabbed his collar:

”You’re telling me to calm down!”

”These aren’t just pieces of industrial trash; these are twenty-four raptor fighter jets!”

”You should know that our country currently only has 93 raptor fighter jets, and this is a quarter of them gone just like that!”

Stark’s expression became somewhat ferocious.

As the commander, his pressure was unprecedentedly huge!

To contain the Dragon Country, they had directly deployed two squadrons of Fifth-generation fighter, and now these two squadrons of Fifth-generation fighter had all disappeared!

As the commander, he bore the primary responsibility!

At this time, they also made contact with the highest level of the US.

”Mr. President, it’s a call from General Stark stationed in South Korea!”

The US President took the call expressionlessly.

”How is the situation being handled?”

”I do not wish for a real conflict to break out with the Dragon Country!”

”Let our pilots pick up Major Tom and come back!”

In fact, the US high-level officials had been paying attention to the situation here, and once they learned there was a conflict with the Dragon Country, they were monitoring it closely!

At the same time, they were waiting for Stark’s call!

”Mr. President, I’m afraid our pilots won’t be coming back!”

”They have collectively disappeared from the radar, and at the same time cut off contact with us!”

”I now have reason to suspect that they have defected from us!”

Stark’s three sentences stunned the US President and other high-level officials for a full dozen seconds!

After a long time, the US President finally snapped back to reality and said in disbelief:

”What the f***???”

”General Stark, do you know what you are doing?”

”You are slandering your comrades, your subordinates!”

”This is not what a competent general should do!”

”I do not believe that these pilots trained by the empire would collectively defect!”

”Go investigate it clearly before you speak to me again!”

The US President hung up the phone angrily.

However, although he didn’t believe the pilots would collectively defect, he also learned about the situation the pilots had encountered!

Not only did they all disappear from the radar!

But they also cut off contact with their own side!

He looked at the US high-level officials before him!

They were also looking at each other, full of astonishment!

The US President frowned, his expression very serious!

And at this moment.

The phone rang again; it was Stark calling again!

However, this time his tone was somewhat low, as if he had encountered something.

”Dear Mr. President, the reconnaissance plane we sent to investigate the situation has sent back the latest news!”

”There is one piece of good news and one piece of bad news to tell you!”

”The good news is that our pilots did not defect! They are all good men!”

Hearing this news, the high-level officials all had smiles on their faces!

”I said so, how could these elite pilots we spent a large amount of funds to train defect for no reason?”

”General Stark really gave us a big scare just now!”

The US President also let out a sigh of relief at this moment!

He was a bit angry about Stark’s behavior of slandering his own people without investigation, but knowing there was still a piece of bad news, he suppressed his anger and asked:

”What is the bad news?”

Stark was silent for two seconds:

”The bad news is that our pilots, along with the fighter jets they were piloting...”

”Have all crashed!”

Boom!!!!!!

Inside the conference room, the US high-level officials completely exploded!
