Stop Fooling the Us, China Really is Doing This!

Chapter 59 Dragon Might One Test Flight! Target: The Stars! As the command was issued, the nuclear-powered core of the longwei-1 began to slowly initiate.

A low, powerful roar emanated from within it, and the energy in the Nuclear Reactor began to surge.

Immediately after, several auxiliary engines started up one by one.

Blue flames erupted from the engine nozzles, instantly illuminating the surrounding space.

The body of the longwei-1 trembled slightly, as if it were gathering strength.

At the same time, the top of the manufacturing workshop—the mountain peak—slowly opened like a skylight!

As the ceiling at the top fully unfolded, the massive body of the Space Mecha began to rise slowly!

Although the speed was slow, it gave people an unstoppable feeling.

The dust on the ground was blown everywhere by the powerful airflow, forming a hazy cloud of dust.

The distance between the bottom of the mecha and the ground grew larger and larger, and its massive figure was gradually moving away from the ground.

As the altitude continued to increase, the speed of the longwei-1 also began to gradually accelerate.

The wind whistled past it, making a sharp sound.

Standing in mid-air, the body of the mecha appeared even more majestic and spectacular under the sunlight.

This grand scene was caught by the eyes of the soldiers stationed nearby, who widened their eyes, watching this spectacle that seemed like something out of a science fiction movie!

This moment would absolutely become a memory etched in their minds, one they would never forget for the rest of their lives!

Just then, Su Chen suddenly realized something.

”Oh no!”

”I forgot to report it!”

Logically speaking, since he was conducting the first test flight, he should have reported it to his superiors!

Otherwise, it would be bad if another mishap like the one where he ran into a Fifth-generation fighter happened again!

Zhao Dairou also saw the mecha flying in the sky!

She stomped her feet: ”You stinky junior, you’re playing by yourself and not bringing me along!”

She had just been dazed for a moment, and then she couldn’t find Su Chen’s shadow!

She was still wondering where her junior had gone!

So it turned out he had gone inside the mecha to conduct a test flight!

However, she immediately started to worry!

You have to know that this was Su Chen’s first test flight of the Space Mecha!

What if the test failed and he fell from the sky and died?

Thinking of this, Zhao Dairou immediately picked up her phone and dialed Commander Liu Chengzhi’s number.

On the other side, Commander Liu Chengzhi was in his office processing documents.

As he was processing them, he couldn’t help but laugh! He had thought of something happy!

He checked the date!

”That kid Su Chen said that the Space Mecha would be completed in the next few days!”

”I am really looking forward to the day of the Space Mecha’s test flight!”

He roughly calculated the time; in less than half a year in total, the Space Mecha was about to be unveiled!

And there was still no news about the Space Mecha from the Eagle side!

Regardless of whether they had built one, at least we were about to build ours!

”It’s necessary to give Su Chen a call later!”

”When the mecha is about to test fly, I’ll have him notify me in advance; the higher-ups will definitely want to attend!”

He nodded, intending to finish the documents at hand before giving Su Chen a call!

But just then! The phone suddenly rang.

The call was from the person in charge of the Yanjiao Military Base Command.

”Chief, why didn’t you tell us about such a big thing?”

”You kept us in the dark for so long!” The person on the other end seemed very excited.

Commander Liu Chengzhi was stunned for a moment: ”What did I keep from you?”

person in charge: ”The mecha!”

”The mecha has already flown into the sky, our people saw it clearly!”

Commander Liu Chengzhi’s expression suddenly froze. What was the situation? What mecha flew into the sky?

He was only confused for two seconds before Commander Liu Chengzhi suddenly realized! Su Chen was test-flying the mecha!!!!

This unit was temporarily dispatched to be stationed there to prevent the Mecha Manufacturing Center from being destroyed by external forces!

The mecha they were talking about, if there were no accidents, was definitely the Space Mecha developed by Su Chen!

He quickly said: ”Handle the confidentiality work for the soldiers well; the news must absolutely not be leaked!”

Just after saying these words, Commander Liu Chengzhi’s phone rang again!

He wanted to hang up, but when he saw the caller ID was Zhao Dairou, he immediately put down the phone in his hand! And answered the mobile phone!

”Chief, um... I have something I need to tell you!”

Before Zhao Dairou could explain in detail, Commander Liu Chengzhi immediately said: ”Is Su Chen test-flying the mecha?”

The words Zhao Dairou wanted to say were suddenly stuck in her throat! Then she asked in shock: ”Chief, how did you know?”

There was no time to ask more, she said anxiously: ”Chief, what should we do now?”

”This is Su Chen’s first time building a Space Mecha, and he is conducting a test flight without any safety measures. What if something happens?”

This was also the issue Commander Liu Chengzhi was most concerned about! The Space Mecha could fail to be built, but Su Chen, this precious treasure, must not have any accidents!

”I will call Su Chen right now and ask!” Saying this, he hurriedly hung up the phone!

Zhao Dairou was stomping her feet in anxiety down below! ”Stinky brother, please don’t let anything happen!” She was about to cry from anxiety.

On Su Chen’s side, he was already controlling the mecha at an altitude of 10,000 meters. Then his satellite phone suddenly rang!

He guessed who was calling, and when the phone was connected, it was indeed Commander Liu Chengzhi!

”You brat, how is your situation now?” ”Are you okay?”

Su Chen: ”I’m fine, Chief! You already know?”

Hearing that Su Chen was fine, Commander Liu Chengzhi finally breathed a sigh of relief! He grinned: ”With such a big event as a mecha test flight, how could I not know?”

”Didn’t you say the test flight would be in a few days?” ”Why did it happen early?”

Su Chen explained: ”Um... the related work for the mecha was finished a few days ago, and then I entered the cockpit today...”

Commander Liu Chengzhi guessed what Su Chen wanted to say: ”And then because your hands were itching, you couldn’t control yourself?”

Su Chen grinned: ”The Chief understands me best!”

”You!” Commander Liu Chengzhi shook his head helplessly, and then asked: ”Then can you guarantee your own safety?”

Su Chen: ”Rest assured, Chief, even if a malfunction really occurs, this mecha has various built-in emergency escape methods; I won’t have any issues!”

Commander Liu Chengzhi nodded: ”Since that’s the case, there’s no time like the present; let’s start the test today!” ”I will contact our Air Force to help you with the support work!”

After saying this, Commander Liu Chengzhi urged Su Chen to be careful a few more times before going to contact the Air Force.

Su Chen didn’t need to worry anymore and began to focus on the test flight. He directly activated the overload mode.

As the command was issued, deep-sea liquid began to be injected into the cockpit. This deep-sea liquid could effectively reduce the pressure experienced by the pilot under high-G conditions. It provided better protection for the pilot.

When the deep-sea liquid injection was completed, the anti-overload capability of the longwei-1 reached an astonishing 50G.

When a normal car is involved in a serious collision, the instantaneous acceleration can reach dozens of Gs!

And the anti-overload capability of the Space Mecha is continuous! It was equivalent to Su Chen currently being continuously hit by cars while remaining safe and sound!

This also meant that under extreme flight conditions, the pilot inside the mecha’s body could withstand greater acceleration, thereby better completing various high-difficulty flight maneuvers.

Su Chen felt the sense of security brought by the deep-sea liquid, and his heart couldn’t help but feel much more at ease!

He looked at the sky and issued an order to the longwei-1: ”Continue to accelerate!” ”This time, our goal is the stars and the sea!”
