Rebirth: Starting with 10 Billion Us Dollars

121: Chapter 121 Sharpening the Knife, Ready to Pounce on Pigs and SheepChen Mo said,

”First, tell me about the recent situation of the overseas security company. Tell me in detail about the personnel, combat capability, concealment, and our current assets.”

Old Xu reported,

”Mr. Chen, the overseas security company is registered in the Cayman Islands on the surface. Operating under the banner of high-end international security, it mainly undertakes corporate security, site protection, and overseas escort work. However, the backbone personnel in the shadows are all carefully selected.

We have retired Langya Special Forces from domestic units, retired foreign agents, and top intelligence personnel, totaling over 2,700 people. Every one of them has excellent skills; they are proficient in both individual combat and squad coordination.”

”We have established hidden bases in five major regions: Europe and America, the Middle East, and Africa. Each base has a legal identity as cover, either as a security office or a trading company;

The local military, police, and local power players have all been smoothed over with money and interests, so concealment is not an issue. Currently, no abnormalities have been discovered.

The only shortcoming is the lack of actual combat experience. They have been on standby, and except for those who already had combat experience, the others have not participated in real combat;

Additionally, we only have riot sticks, bulletproof vests, and light weapons for security use. Heavy weapons and siege equipment are scarce. If there is a major operation, we would need to purchase them on the spot.”

Chen Mo asked,

”What about the capital reserves? Is it enough for daily operations, and can it support small-scale actions?”

”It’s more than enough for daily operations; that’s all from our initial investment. But if we conduct targeted operations, this amount of money won’t be nearly enough. Buying equipment, smoothing over relations, and operational losses all require funding.”

Old Xu replied.

Chen Mo nodded and was about to speak when the phone on the table rang. It was a call from Zhao Yuan.

Chen Mo answered the phone and said,

”Have all the subsequent orders been closed?”

Zhao Yuan’s voice came from the other end,

”Yes, Mr. Chen!”

”For the USD/JPY forex, after closing the Yen long positions below 101 and flipping to short positions, the Japanese Ministry of Finance jumped out to intervene. The market briefly rallied, and we cleared our positions and exited when it reached 101.5. This reversal earned us another billion or so. Those Japanese retail investors and small funds who wanted to buy the dip after being liquidated were all buried by us.”

”For gold, we closed long positions at $1,340 and flipped to short. Not long after, the panic over the Portuguese banking crisis slowly subsided, and coupled with the continued strength of the US dollar, the gold price fell all the way to $1,298. We cleared our positions at the 1,300 mark;

Those gold ETFs and hedge funds on Wall Street that took over at high levels were directly trapped with a thirty percent loss; they didn’t even have time to cut their losses.”

”Then there’s crude oil. We closed short positions below $101 and flipped to long. After the European recession panic eased, crude oil rebounded slightly to $102.3, and we immediately cleared our positions and exited;

The long positions of Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan Chase were already losing heavily. They wanted to break even during this rebound, but we intercepted them.”

”Finally, for LME Copper, we closed short positions at $6,600 and flipped to long. Following the recovery in short-term global demand, the copper price rose to $6,720, and we cleared out and left. Glencore’s long capital was already forced to cut positions, and this wave was a bloodbath for them, leaving them completely powerless to fight back.”

Zhao Yuan continued, ”After all orders were cleared, I had the risk control team check the accounts several times. The profit is 35 billion. The funds have all been split; the 25 billion flowing back to the group is currently being processed, and the remaining 10 billion is kept in dispersed overseas accounts;

All operation traces have been wiped clean. Even if those people on Wall Street search through global accounts, they won’t find the slightest bit of evidence against us. Even if they know for sure we did it, they’ll be helpless!”

Listening to Zhao Yuan’s report over the phone, Chen Mo nodded with satisfaction and said,

”The whole team has been working around the clock for over ten days, monitoring and trading day and night. You’ve worked hard.

Give everyone a half-month paid vacation, and the bonuses will be doubled on the original basis. No need to watch the markets during the holiday—relax completely. Come back on time in half a month; there are other operations.”

”Thank you, Mr. Chen! I thank you on behalf of the brothers!”

Zhao Yuan’s excited voice came through the phone,

”I’ll notify everyone right away. I guarantee the whole team will be back to work on time when the holiday ends. We won’t delay anything!”

Chen Mo hung up the phone and looked at Old Xu, saying,

”The brothers in overseas security must be stifled, right? It’s time for them to come out and practice. Staying on standby all the time will waste their combat effectiveness.”

Old Xu replied,

”Please give the instructions, Mr. Chen. I will immediately arrange for personnel to execute missions!”

”Hmm. Contact the security heads of the various overseas regions. Don’t start any large-scale actions yet. Based on the actual situation of each region, select five to seven small and medium-sized African enterprises controlled by American capital to target;

Prioritize oil distribution points, rare metal mining areas, and port freight forwarding companies. These are America’s blood-sucking points in Africa, and their defenses are weak, making them suitable for practice.”

Chen Mo continued,

”No need for a total massacre. The core is to give those without combat experience some practice, to figure out the deployment and bottom lines of American capital, and to give them a knock while we’re at it, so they know what pain feels like.”

”Understood, Mr. Chen. I will instruct them to act flexibly, strike on a small scale, and withdraw as soon as they’re done.”

Old Xu responded.

”Regarding equipment, conventional security gear and light weapons aren’t enough. Purchase a batch of assault rifles, sniper equipment, heavy body armor, and demolition gear from Russia. Look for channels in the Caucasus;

Don’t be afraid to spend money. Try to buy some heavy weapons and armored equipment too. We can’t always play around with light weapons. As long as the money is right, those people will sell anything. When making contact, be careful not to involve anything domestic.”

Chen Mo said.

”Yes! Mr. Chen, we have people who can contact Russian arms channels. They are relatively reliable; as long as the money is enough, everything is negotiable.”

Old Xu replied.

”Good, I trust your handling of this. Also, arrange with finance to transfer three billion USD to the overseas security company through hidden offshore accounts from the ten billion USD left over from this financial war. Use it for the development of the company. The recruited personnel must be strictly controlled.”

Old Xu said solemnly, ”Yes, Mr. Chen. Our core personnel are all from home; only the peripheral ones are recruited.”

”Good, go then. Get it done. Tell the core personnel involved in the operations to prioritize their own safety. If those peripheral mercenaries who aren’t our compatriots die, then they die. We can always recruit more if they’re gone.”

Chen Mo waved his hand.

Old Xu replied with a strange expression,

”Yes, Mr. Chen!”

He then turned and walked out of the living room, thinking to himself as he went:

It seems Mr. Chen is a nationalist through and through!
