Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 272: Six Major Projects of the Hantang Research Institute
Chapter 272 Six major projects of the Han and Tang Research Institute

Because of Lin Xuan, the economy of Rongcheng ushered in an unprecedented explosive growth, which also brought a large number of employment opportunities to Rongcheng.

Because of sufficient tax money, the various infrastructure constructions in Rongcheng are also rapidly launched, and various roads, waterways, and other infrastructure are also constantly advancing.

It can be said that the technology of the Han and Tang Dynasties has brought earth-shaking changes to Rongcheng, which has increased the development speed of Rongcheng by several orders of magnitude!

This makes the big man not love Lin Xuan, the God of Wealth.

”thanks.”

Lin Xuan didn’t say much, but simply said ”thank you” to show his attitude.

Regarding this, the two looked at each other and smiled, and then the big man left here on the grounds that he was busy with business.

After the big shot left, Lin Xuan and Ni Guangnan walked into the research institute under the reporter’s camera light.

And those reporters couldn’t be let in, so they could only watch Lin Xuan disappear from sight outside the gate of the Hantang Research Institute.

…

Looking at the gate of No. 1 Research Building, which was already in sight, Ni Guangnan couldn’t help but sigh with emotion:

”Lin Xuan, it seems that you are really going to make a big deal this time. The investment in multiple buildings of the Han and Tang Research Institute alone may have reached 2 billion.”

”More than 4 billion yuan, teacher.”

Although he said so, Lin Xuan didn’t show any distress.

”so much?”

Hearing Lin Xuan say that 4 billion is more than Ni Guangnan, he couldn’t help being shocked.

Although it is necessary to fill the 2.1 square kilometers with buildings, and additionally plant flowers, plants and trees, it may not be enough for 2 billion.

But Lin Xuan said that it was more than 4 billion, which is a bit too much.

At this time, Ni Guangnan couldn’t help but feel a little worried. Isn’t it too extravagant to spend so much money on the building?

Why is architecture so good?

Wouldn’t it be good to spend tens of millions to build a few large buildings with three or four floors? Why do you want to do it so well?

Thinking that Lin Xuan may have spent more than 4 billion yuan on the construction of the entire Han and Tang Research Institute, Ni Guangnan couldn’t help feeling a little distressed.

If the money is used to develop chips, then nothing can be done.

”After all, this is the scientific research headquarters of Hantang Science and Technology. After the construction is completed, researchers can stay here and study here, forming a relatively closed area to resist foreign temptations.

Although the building materials used this time are the best and most durable materials, and they won’t worry about collapsing after more than a hundred years of use, I feel that the investment is worth it.

And it is not all taken out at once, but gradually built.

It is estimated that it will take one or two years to complete the construction of more than 20 buildings of the Han and Tang Research Institute.

So I think it is worth spending more than four billion yuan to build the Hantang Research Institute in one or two years! ”

Hearing that Lin Xuan said ”worth it” by treating the 4 billion terrorist funds as a small number, Ni Guangnan couldn’t help but give Lin Xuan a blank look.

Lin Xuan’s wings are really getting bigger and bigger, and four billion yuan is just a small figure in front of him. This really makes Ni Guangnan feel that money has become worthless.

But at present, the monthly income of an ordinary worker in China is only a few hundred or even a thousand dollars a month.

Not to mention 100 million, even 10,000 yuan is a huge amount for ordinary workers.

After a long time, Ni Guangnan withdrew his speechless emotions, then looked at Lin Xuan and said solemnly:

”Lin Xuan, no matter what, you should save a little. If there is no need to spend, you should save a little.

You will not only need to complete the construction of the research building, but also purchase a lot of advanced instruments. These advanced instruments are the real cost of the money.

Many foreign equipment manufacturers are unwilling to sell these advanced instruments to us, so we can only purchase them through other means.

The cost should be several times or even dozens of times higher than the selling price. Thinking about the fields you will enter in the future, these advanced research instruments are not cheap. ”

Hearing Ni Guangnan point out the problems with scientific research instruments, Lin Xuan also felt a little distressed.

In the cottage space, he can use any advanced equipment and toss about at will.

But in reality, it is extremely difficult for Hantang Technology to purchase those advanced instruments, and many things are simply impossible to purchase!

If Hantang Technology wants to purchase advanced instruments, it can only purchase the third-rate instruments in the world. It is very difficult to purchase second-rate instruments and even equipment.

In fact, this situation is not only that Hantang Technology cannot purchase, but actually Xia Ke Academy wants to purchase. After all, don’t forget the Vassen Na Agreement!

So even if many advanced instruments and equipment can enter Daxia, it is necessary to cooperate with Stanford, Harvard, Cambridge and other universities to study certain things, and finally obtain advanced instruments.

It can be said that it is almost impossible to purchase advanced instruments openly!

Especially for some relatively critical large-scale instruments, it is simply difficult to get in.

After all, the volume is too large and it is inconvenient to transport. The customs will check how you can transport it in.

So in terms of scientific research instruments, Daxia is seriously behind the world. Except for some special military-supported fields, it goes without saying that many instruments in the civilian field are useless.

In this case, Hantang Technology must either take the road of independent research and development, or it can only make overseas people take risks through super attractive commissions, and finally obtain advanced instruments.

So the construction of the Hantang Research Institute is actually not smooth. The building is well constructed, but advanced instruments are difficult to obtain and not enough. This is a major problem currently facing Hantang Technology.

”I see.”

Lin Xuan also agreed humbly, and did not reject his teacher’s opinion, after all, his teacher was also doing it for his own good.

”Ok.”

Seeing Lin Xuan humbly agree, Ni Guangnan also nodded in satisfaction.

Although this disciple has become the richest man in the country by virtue of many companies.

But he didn’t become proud, he didn’t become blind and conceited, and no one could hear any advice. This is what Ni Guangnan is most satisfied with.

Walking into the gate of Research Building No. 1, a group of researchers from Research Building No. 1 are already waiting in front.

Today is the launching ceremony of the No. 1 research building, and it is also the first day for these researchers to work here officially, so Lin Xuan held a mobilization meeting as usual.

Walking to a temporary small stage inside the gate, Lin Xuan looked at more than 300 researchers in front of him and said:

”I’m very glad to see you again. Next we will carry out difficult scientific research tasks. Are you mentally prepared?”

”Have!”

There was a tidy shout, and it could be seen that the 300 researchers were still very energetic.

Among the 300 people, there are about 40 scientific researchers who have just been recruited. Of course, it is wrong to say that they have just been recruited.

Because they were previously dispatched from various scientific research institutions to Xia Ke Academy to accompany Hantang Technology to overcome the 45-nanometer process technology.

During the process of cooperation between the two parties, many scientific researchers also saw the super high salary of Lin Xuan Hantang Research Institute, and also saw Lin Xuan’s money-making ability and Lin Xuan’s scientific research ability.

So after successfully conquering the 45nm process technology and disbanding back to the unit, these researchers felt a little uncomfortable.

Finally hesitated again and again, some of them also resigned from their original positions and came to find Lin Xuan, and they have been living with Lin Xuan since then.

Finally, with the addition of these personnel, Hantang Technology now has 27 doctors in various disciplines, and 273 ordinary postgraduate level researchers. These 300 people are the scientific research foundation of Hantang Technology!

Looking at the researchers who were looking eagerly at them, Lin Xuan put his hands behind his back, and then slowly announced:

“Next we will divide into several groups.

The first team is mainly responsible for the research and development of the Hantang S2 mobile phone and a mid-range Hantang Honor mobile phone.

Group 2 is responsible for the research and development of the next generation of super tempered glass, as well as research and development of super tempered glass products for other purposes.

The second group is selected to be in charge of developing the core of wireless optical communication technology, the second-generation silicon optical communication chip based on the 45nm process technology!

The third group is the special material group, which is mainly responsible for the research and development of various high-performance metals, ceramics and special materials.

The fifth group is the chemical material group, which is mainly responsible for the research and development of various chemical materials. The current main research and development project is photoresist!

The sixth group is the integrated circuit group, led by the dean Ni Guangnan, responsible for the research and development of the first generation of general-purpose processors of Hantang Technology.

The above are the six major research groups currently established, and the next step is the appointment of the leaders of the major groups...”

At this time, some of the more than 300 researchers were happy and some were disappointed, but most of them were recognized.

Lin Xuan selected the leaders of the scientific research team this time, all of whom are truly powerful scientific research leaders. It can be said that Lin Xuan is very fair this time without any bias.

Whether it is a scientific researcher who just came in or has been working for a long time, the assignment of positions at this time is completely based on the division of scientific research ability, not the division of personality.

Even the kind of introverted person has won the position of scientific research team leader. Being introverted and dislikes socializing does not mean that the scientific research ability is insufficient.

Of course, although the positions are divided, the salary is also calculated separately.

In terms of wages, wages are not paid according to positions, which would be unfair.

So although their positions are different, their salaries are different, mainly based on seniority, that is, the accumulated length of service.

The wages of old employees must be higher than that of new employees. After all, they have been working for a long time, and many of them have made a lot of contributions following Lin Xuan.

The final performance after contribution is that in addition to cash rewards, seniority will also be rewarded. When the final salary is calculated, the salary will definitely be much higher than that of new employees.

So in the Hantang Research Institute, the amount of money you earn does not depend on how high your position is.

If a researcher who is not in a management position makes a lot of contributions, his salary may be tens or even hundreds of times that of his leader!

This is the real fairness!

So the preferential treatment and system of Hantang Science and Technology made the researchers of the Daxia scientific research institutions feel very unbalanced after comparing them.

So when they returned to their unit, they tossed and turned after a few days of thinking.

They finally gritted their teeth and resigned from their iron jobs, and went directly to Hantang Technology to join Lin Xuan.

Lin Xuan can assure you that the word ”fairness” is at least one of the important factors in their decision to defect to the Hantang Research Institute!

…

After assigning the team leader, the list of relevant personnel was also announced in the subsequent list posting.

After people have adjusted to the new office environment after disbanding.

Lin Xuan and Ni Guangnan, the boss and dean of the Hantang Research Institute, came to the dean’s office.
