Technological Empire Starts From Shanzhai System

Chapter 262: The youngest academician is born
Chapter 262 The youngest academician is born

Lin Xuan has not forgotten that Hantang Technology was forced to cut off supply due to the mobile phone chip, forcing Hantang Technology to be on the verge of bankruptcy, and the once bright prospect turned into a distant dream!

Let the Hantang S1 mobile phone face the situation of being forced to stop production not long after it was launched. Until today, Hantang Technology’s high-end mobile phones are still unable to produce.

The culprits that caused all these crises are the three major international giants on Wall Street, and these three companies jointly promoted the birth of the chip supply cutoff.

And the most heinous thing is that there was more than one suppression. These three companies have promoted the suppression of Hantang Technology many times afterwards.

It can be said that Hantang Technology will face such a situation, which is entirely the fault of these three companies.

These three companies are Motorola, Intel, and Cisco.

Among them, Motorola, although they are still arrogant, are waiting for Hantang Technology to solve the 45nm process chip.

Hantang Technology will be able to return to the mid-to-high-end market. At that time, there will be low-end evangelistic mobile phones, and other domestic mobile phone companies using the Tangfeng chip platform will jointly impact Motorola’s low-end mobile phone sales.

The mid-end and high-end have Han and Tang mobile phones, and finally form the high-end and low-end mid-end, and the three ends will attack together. Motorola will not be arrogant for long!

Don’t look at their current market value with the help of Motorola’s low-end chip platform.

Successfully surpassed Nokia, but they will soon be unlucky. At that time, Motorola is expected to cry and faint in the toilet.

Cisco has also suffered a huge blow. They used to be the number one company in market value, surpassing Intel, Weisoft, and even IBM.

But now with the birth of wireless optical communication technology, the market value and even the stock price of Cisco have fallen like a snowflake crash.

Now, although Cisco has also reached a settlement with Hantang Technology and the WiFi Alliance, they have also indirectly obtained the authorization for the production and use of wireless optical communication patents.

But because Lin Xuan does not sell silicon optical communication chips to them, and other companies dare not sell silicon optical communication chips to them.

In addition, Hantang Technology only authorized the basic patents, allowing them to self-develop laser communication chips and even equipment based on the basic patents. In this case, Cisco lost its first-mover advantage virtually.

Next, it is conceivable that Mediguo communication companies such as Botong and Luxun will take the lead in launching wireless optical communication equipment.

The market value of Cisco, which has been unable to launch wireless optical communication equipment for a long time, will collapse more and more, so although Cisco is still in the top 30 in market value, their future has been ruined by Lin Xuan!

“The next step is to enter the computer market.”

Lin Xuan who said this was thoughtful.

Of the three companies that once caused great harm to Hantang Technology and almost caused Hantang Technology to go bankrupt, two companies have already suffered or are about to suffer huge devastating blows.

But Intel has always been arrogant because Lin Xuan did not enter the field of computer CPUs, so Lin Xuan is going to take advantage of the victory to enter the field of general-purpose processors.

Speaking of which, although China made quite a lot of achievements in the field of mobile phone chips in the previous life, it was simply bleak in the field of desktop computers or servers, which is beyond description.

In the field of desktop computers, although every few years, companies announce that they will enter the field of cpu general-purpose processors.

There is a huge momentum to develop Chinese chips, but what they are is naturally all exposed in the end, and they are all scams!

Among the many companies that claimed to develop computer CPUs in the previous life, the only company that has achieved something is Longxin Charco.

Other things, Hanxin, Gexin... The company is simply a waste of research funds, let alone talk about it.

I think that in the future, Daxia will need to make some progress in the field of desktop computers around 2022.

But the progress is simply weak in the face of other advanced processors, so until 2022, the computer CPU general-purpose processor is still a pain that Daxia can’t get around.

At this time, Lin Xuan feels more and more that he needs to enter the field of desktop computers, otherwise Daxia will definitely follow the original development.

It was not until the outbreak of the ”chip pain” incident that it increased investment in the semiconductor field.

Finally, around 2022, with the birth of the Loongson 3A6000 chip, it barely made some achievements in the field of desktop CPU processors.

But this achievement is so weak in the face of others who have built a strong fortress.

It’s like a young man who has finally grown up reluctantly, but he still needs a long effort to face the world’s King of Fighters who appears so weak.

If Lin Xuan doesn’t want Daxia in this life to still be like the later generations and not achieve much until 2022, then he must take the initiative to enter this field!

This is Lin Xuan’s obligation, and the only thing he can do!

”Let Intel feel the pain next.”

Lin Xuan murmured, and there was already a decision in his eyes.

…

Time passed slowly, and time came to May 29, 2005 in a blink of an eye.

On this day, the Bird’s Nest Stadium in the capital attracted much attention.

Tens of thousands of tourists from all over the country flocked into the Bird’s Nest Stadium, because this day is Lin Xuan’s academician review meeting.

On this day, if there are no accidents, Lin Xuan will be judged on the spot in front of tens of thousands of spectators, and then Lin Xuan will be awarded the title of academician on the spot!

At that time, there will be one more academician in Daxia, and the youngest academician in history is about to be born. The person who will become an academician is Lin Xuan, so this academician review meeting is very much anticipated.

The academician review meeting at this time was originally planned to be held in the large conference room of the Xia Ke Academy, but there were too many tourists participating in the future.

In desperation, the higher-ups could only change the location of the judging meeting from Xia Ke Academy to the Bird’s Nest Stadium.

Of course the money paid must be sponsored by Lin Xuan, but Lin Xuan did not frown on this, but readily agreed.

So tens of thousands of tourists and spectators flocked in at this time, and nearly a thousand reporters on the scene were also looking forward to it. They took out their shooting and interview equipment and aimed at the center of the stage.

At this time, an old man with an official face slowly walked onto the stage, facing the thousands of cameras without timidity, he smiled and said:

”I’m very glad that you all came to participate in this academician selection meeting. I am Li Longxin, the dean of the Xia Ke Academy.

Next, we will conduct a final review on Lin Xuan, and decide whether to award Lin Xuan the title of academician. ”

After finishing speaking, Dean Li slowly stretched out his hand and pointed at the five elderly academicians.

The five academicians are the reviewers responsible for reviewing whether Lin Xuan’s information is eligible to grant Lin Xuan the title.

Among the five senior academicians, there are two old acquaintances of Lin Xuan. They have worked together to develop a lot of equipment for the 45nm process technology, while the other three are academicians that Lin Xuan does not know.

Of course, it doesn’t matter whether you know him or not, because no one will have any distance from whether Lin Xuan can become an academician.

This is actually just a formality. If Lin Xuan is not qualified to become an academician, there is no need to hold this review meeting.

But the ritual routine still needs to be completed, and a complete process needs to be completed. Even if only one person wants to be selected as an academician, the prescribed process must be completed.

Otherwise, it is enough for the higher authorities to directly award an academician title and a certificate, but if the process is not completed, it will eventually be discussed.

At that time, there will always be people who will not accept it, and then deliberately say that Lin Xuan’s title is not obtained by his strength, but the academician title given by Hantang Technology, which is a product of politicization.

So the ritual routine still needs to be completed, and the completion is even stricter than the previous review, so that people will have no doubts and even heartfelt approval of the result of Lin Xuan’s winning the title of academician!

So after Dean Li’s introduction, the next review process naturally started without any accident.

Time passed slowly like this. To be honest, the process of evaluating academicians was a bit boring, but it was a bit boring.

However, during the evaluation process, the five academicians tested Lin Xuan’s knowledge level, coupled with the selection’s ingenious answers, aroused the amazement of the five academicians, and also made people find a little fun out of boredom.

In this way, the time continued to pass slowly. About half an hour later, the academician evaluation qualification was successfully completed, and Lin Xuan successfully obtained the consent of 5 academicians to sign.

Lin Xuan, who quickly got his signature, successfully obtained an academician certificate that had been prepared to be printed long ago

At this time, Academician Li put the academician certificate text in Lin Xuan’s hand, and then said with emotion:

”Congratulations Lin Xuan, you have successfully become the youngest academician in my Great Xia!”

”Thank you, Dean Li.”

Holding the academician certificate, Lin Xuan also said a little excitedly.

Looking at the small notebook in his hand, Lin Xuan felt a little emotional.

Didn’t expect him to achieve an achievement that many scientific researchers would never achieve in their lifetime, and successfully won the title of academician!

Lin Xuan was able to become an academician this time entirely because he successfully solved multiple products and problems, and finally won the title of academician.

Among the products and problems that earned him the title of academician are super tempered glass, silicon optical communication chips, wireless optical communication technology, and Lin Xuan’s three core equipments that have overcome the 45nm process technology.

It can be said that these few things finally allowed Lin Xuan to obtain the title of academician, and it was precisely because of these things that it was no surprise that Lin Xuan became an academician!

”Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha Kacha...”

When Lin Xuan picked up the academician certificate, many reporters frantically pressed their cameras.

And those cameras captured the scene in front of them, Dean Li who was full of satisfaction, Lin Xuan who was a little excited, and the five academicians who were pleased, so that this scene will be preserved as a digital file forever in history.

At this time, Dean Li on the stage looked at Lin Xuan and slowly retracted his gaze to the academician certificate. He stepped forward and patted Lin Xuan on the shoulder and said:

”Lin Xuan, you have to work hard next, the title of academician is not the end of your life, but the starting point of your life.

The title of academician is not a vanity honorary title, but a proof of the courage to take responsibility and lead the development of Daxia Science and Technology forward!
