Devouring Evolution: Devouring Nuclear Bombs at the Start

103: Chapter 103 An Overwhelming BattleSeeing this scene of Lin Sheng’s body defying common logic, the Origin Star people all stood frozen on the spot.

And just as they were dazed by this, Lin Sheng also began his series of operations.

His split body enveloped that twenty-thousand-meter-long ship, and subsequently, black Tentacles frantically spread out from the fissures on Lin Sheng’s body.

The Tentacles quickly wrapped around the Origin Star ship, but since Lin Sheng’s body length was only around twenty thousand meters, even though more than half of the ship had already entered Lin Sheng’s stomach, a section of the hull was still stuck at the edge of Lin Sheng’s mouth.

”Don’t just stand there, continue the attack! Friendly fire is permitted!”

Seeing this terrifying sight, a layer of cold sweat had already broken out on the Old General’s forehead.

He opened the communication channel and desperately gave the order to open fire.

At the Old General’s command, the surrounding fleet instantly aimed their muzzles at Lin Sheng.

Feeling the terrifying energy emanating from the muzzles, Lin Sheng instantly released a burst of intense electromagnetic radiation.

This intense electromagnetic radiation even penetrated the Origin Star warships, causing a certain amount of interference to the Origin Star people inside.

Taking advantage of the brief moment the Origin Star people were interfered with, Lin Sheng pressed his claws against the exposed part of the warship in his mouth and shoved it hard into his stomach.

”General, we have completely lost the signal from Warship 05.”

The moment Warship 05 was swallowed into Lin Sheng’s stomach, the Observer reported to General Yu She.

Hearing this spine-chilling news, a visible flash of fear crossed the Old General’s face.

In a lifetime of warfare, this was the first time he had encountered such a terrifying monster.

It could swallow a warship of the same size in an instant and didn’t even need time to digest; this was simply more terrifying than an Antimatter Bomb.

”Use Antimatter Bombs, kill this creature at all costs.”

The Old General no longer cared about the fleet’s casualties. Given the abilities Lin Sheng displayed, if they were still hesitant, the ultimate price they would have to pay would surely be even greater.

Furthermore, even if they paid an unbearable price, they might not necessarily be able to kill it.

Therefore, while Lin Sheng’s size was not yet too massive, obliterating him at all costs was the best choice.

He didn’t know if it was an illusion, but after Lin Sheng devoured the warship, the Old General felt his body was slightly longer than before.

A feeling like thorns on his back enveloped Lin Sheng’s entire body. At this moment, he didn’t hesitate at all, staring intently at the muzzles pointed at him.

「Begin Evolution」

Following the prompt from ”Omniscience,” Lin Sheng issued the command to the system to evolve.

In the next moment, a sky full of missiles enveloped Lin Sheng’s location, but since Lin Sheng was currently in the middle of Evolution, those missiles passed directly through his body.

The missiles hit the Ground behind Lin Sheng, letting out series of thunderous booms.

An apocalyptic scene played out behind Lin Sheng. The powerful shockwaves and the aftermath of the explosions even pushed the Origin Star fleet back a significant distance.

”Oh no!”

Seeing the attacks pass directly through Lin Sheng’s body, the Old General also cursed ”Oh no” in his heart.

Because he had been too tense during the battle with Lin Sheng just now, he had actually forgotten that the monster before him was a ”Dimensional Creature.”

The enemy could ignore their attacks, but the enemy’s attacks were fatal blows to their side.

A few seconds later, Lin Sheng’s Evolution ended.

He looked at the fleet in the distance, calculating in his heart how to keep all these remaining warships here.

As early as when the Origin Star people conducted the first round of bombardment on the evolving Lin Sheng, he had already intended to wipe out this fleet.

These few bombardments from this fleet were enough to turn him into ashes several times over. If he didn’t wipe them out, was he supposed to keep them around for the New Year?

Thinking of this, Lin Sheng didn’t hesitate.

With a flash, he arrived in front of the fleet, and a large amount of dark green ”Biochemical Pollution” and grayish-white ”Anti-Life Equation” were released from his body.

The two colors of mist enveloped the fleet. Since the warships were the armor of the Origin Star people, the Anti-Life Equation also had a certain corrosive effect on the hulls.

After being enveloped by the two types of mist, the Origin Star people in the fleet became anxious.

The warships constantly emitted alarms, but because the mist adhered so tightly, no matter how they swayed the ship hulls, they could not shake off the mist.

”General, the warships cannot shake off this mist.”

”General, the warships are undergoing erosion. The surface layer of the warships won’t last much longer.”

Hearing these bad news in his ears, the Old General closed his eyes and folded his hands over his chest.

”Release the nanite swarms and attempt to decompose this mist.”

The nanite swarms were a research achievement of the First Fleet. Since they were only recently developed, they were not only Rare but also had many uncertainties.

Therefore, the Old General’s command could only be considered a final attempt.

If the nanite swarms were useless, he would consider retreating.

Perishing together with Lin Sheng was impossible. For a ”Dimensional Creature” like Lin Sheng, if one used destructive strikes against him, the only ones to be destroyed would be the Origin Star people.

At the general’s command, the sides of several warships in the middle of the fleet suddenly opened, and several large clouds of nanite swarms, looking like ordinary black smoke, flew out from the open sides.

After these nanite swarms came into contact with the mist adhering to the outside of the warships, the mist actually began to decrease.

Seeing this, the Old General felt a slight sense of relief in his heart.

However, before he could be happy for long, his subordinate’s words doused him with cold water.

”General, the nanite swarms can only decompose the dark green mist; they have no effect on the grayish-white mist!”

Hearing the subordinate’s report, the Old General sighed in his heart.

He opened his mouth, wanting to give the order for the fleet to retreat.

But at that moment, the subordinate’s anxious voice came through the communication channel again:

”General, this is bad! Warship 02 is under attack and is currently...”

Before the person on Warship 02 could finish speaking, the communication channel had been cut off by abnormal means.

The Old General took a deep breath, pressed the communication button, and said loudly:

”Head to space, deploy the remaining ninety percent of the antimatter onto this planet, and then retreat!”

Just as the Old General was speaking, another warship was swallowed by Lin Sheng.

Under the effect of ”chaotic information,” Lin Sheng’s current body had been modified to the point of being somewhat unrecognizable.

His entire body was like a giant net, and at the bottom of the net were two rows of pitch-black Tentacles.

As long as this giant net caught a warship, that warship would immediately be devoured by it.

There was no possibility of survival.
