Chapter 1535: Reinforcements

”...” Noel looked at the Sky Demon King before saying, ”So, itʼs you, the demon king who ran away from my ancestor.”

”Your mouth is definitely more powerful than your ancestorʼs. I can give you that.” The Sky Demon King shrugged. ”However, the Ardagan family has to end now.”

Noel didnʼt know what happened to the Sky Demon King. If it was the Land Demon King, the one possessing the third princeʼs body, he knew it was Ardagan and Spencer that sealed him.

But what about the Sky Demon King? What happened to him?

If he had been here the whole time, why did he remain hidden until now?

He might not have had the power to do it until now, so the question would be, what happened?

ʼArdagan. What happened to the Sky Demon King? Didnʼt you repel him back then?ʼ

[I did. I was confused as well. Back then, the Sky Demon King almost died for helping the Land Demon King. However, whatever happened to him, it might not be small.]

ʼWhat do you mean?ʼ

[Your ancestor never took me out all the time like you, you know?]

ʼSo, this might be another arrangement from my ancestor?ʼ

[It might be. Nevertheless, the Sky Demon King had reappeared. This doesnʼt look good for us, Master.]

Noel didnʼt want to admit it, but it was indeed true. The land demon king and the supreme devil were very strong opponents.

Even with the martial headband, Rui could only take one of them head-on. Then, he had to face the sky demon king.

His condition wasnʼt at its peak, so it would be impossible to fight the sky demon king head-on.

At the same time, retreating wasnʼt an option either.

While Noel was searching for an opportunity, the sky demon king snorted at the land demon king. ”What are you doing? You are struggling against a brat like him? He might be a spirit king, but his condition is a mess.”

The land demon king snorted. ”Shouldnʼt you thank me first for rescuing you? If not for me, you wouldnʼt be able to enjoy your freedom again. Meanwhile, Iʼll be getting stronger than you soon.”

”With that puny human integration youʼre talking about? Bullshit.”

The land demon king shrugged. ”Thatʼs up to you whether you believe it or not. However, our mission is clear. The Ardagan family has to vanish. We will kill him here.”

”Our goals align.” The sky demon king nodded.

The land demon king turned to the supreme devil. ”You should take care of that woman and that body.”

”Tsk.” The supreme devil clicked his tongue. However, there was nothing he could do when the two demon kings joined hands like this.

Nevertheless, Noel would surely die from this.

The sky demon king knew Noel couldnʼt get away because if he did, the entire army would be crushed. At that time, they could just launch an all-out attack on the human kingdom, and the humans wouldnʼt have the army to block it anymore.

The sky demon king dove, carrying all the momentum, to strike Noel. The torrential energy around his foot turned into a tornado.

Noel struck the foot as the icy flame erupted. Their power caused a powerful shock wave that split the sky in two, one filled with a blue icy color while the other was filled with a darkish green color.

”Tsk.” Noel clicked his tongue, realizing that he couldnʼt push out more energy than he should due to his current condition.

The land demon king knew this precisely and came toward him from the side.

”Master!” Rui jumped toward him, trying to save him. However, the supreme devil stood in her way.

She swung her fist while the supreme devil waved his sword. Their clash might not be as powerful as the other, but it also caused the ground to tremble.

Nevertheless, with Rui being stopped, the land demon king looped around and struck Noel from the side.

Noel furrowed his eyebrows. When he was about to sacrifice a bit so that he could stop the attack from the land demon king, he suddenly felt two strong energies coming toward him from two opposite directions.

”!!!” The land demon king widened his eyes and jumped away instead of attacking Noel. Two people landed next to Noel while grabbing their respective spears.

The ones who saved him turned out to be Incetta and Conrad.

”Iʼm sorry for making you wait, my lord.” Incetta apologized, while Conrad was much more curious about the humanoid demon. ”Who is this guy? Another demonic human that I donʼt know about?”

”The sky demon king. That one is the land demon king. These two are the demon kings responsible for that war one thousand years ago.” Now that they had come, Noel shifted his focus entirely to the sky demon king, forcing the sky demon king to leap back.

”What is this? Two more tumors?” The sky demon kings frowned.

”You donʼt have to worry. I have arranged everything.” The land demon king smirked.

Ruckus started to happen on all battlefields.

Numerous demons emerged, especially on the battlefield on the other side of the hill.

Yes, the ruckus was so great that Noel could sense it happening even from the other side.

”You hear that? Noel Ardagan. Thatʼs the sound of an approaching army of demons that will crush your entire army. I know that you have sent out two layers of defense on the north, but they wonʼt be coming. They will be extremely busy with a hundred thousand demons coming from the north.

”I have told you before. I have been waiting for you. This is a trap I have laid down to get you. And now… here comes the biggest prize.” The land demon king spread his arms. Two more spirit transcendence experts emerged. They were the demon saint Alexander and the third princeʼs elder.

Noel wasnʼt the one responding to the land demon kingʼs words. Instead, it was Incetta.

”You are truly funny.” Incetta smirked. ”You have gotten full of yourself, thinking you have the upper hand. However, you forget one thing. The one holding the second division is not my lady. Itʼs me.”

”Oohhh!” A battle cry suddenly followed her words.

”!!!”

Incetta snorted. ”From the very beginning, my lord has taken such a development into account.”
