Global Lords: Me and My Calabash Kiddos

Chapter 98: Chapter 84: Big Child Splits the Mountain, Defeats the Abyssal Power, Giant Panda Goes Berserk

When the battle on the grassland was in full swing...

To the west of the territory, a group of people appeared at the foot of the western mountain.

Without exception, these people were all from the Black Scale Race of the Horn Alliance, totaling about five hundred people.

The leader was wearing a Wizard Robe, gesturing continuously outside the mist, muttering like chanting.

”The Three-Eyed One-Horned High Priest said the battle is still ongoing. It seems the voice of the Master of the Abyss is very angry; it’s surprising he hasn’t captured it for so long!”

After some gestures, the wizard was very shocked and said to the person beside him.

”Assistant Priest, the Three-Eyed One-Horned High Priest must be talking nonsense. The means of the King are unfathomable; to destroy a Demon Lord, he needs only to flip his hand!” A Black Scale Race warrior beside him, full of awe, thought the High Priest was speaking nonsense.

”Hei Jiu, the King is unfathomable, but don’t forget. The abyss is still shrouded in mist; the Master of the Abyss can’t even leave it. He merely sent out a wisp of consciousness!” The Black Scale Race Assistant Priest said mysteriously.

”That’s not possible. The Clan Leader said the Master of the Abyss brought the Demon Bead, the foremost of the Three Great Treasures of the Demon Wolf Abyss. The mystery of the Demon Bead is not beneath the Omen Stone, and it possesses unfathomable ghostly power. The Demon Lord has only been in this world for over a month; what right does he have?” Hei Jiu shook his head wildly, unable to believe it.

”Exactly! By what right? Last time, when our Black Scale Race, the Three-Eyed One-Horned Tribe, and the Heaven-Reaching Tribe attacked together, this territory couldn’t even accommodate a Platinum Warrior. Now the Demon Territory can allow Platinum Warriors inside. What does that tell us? The Demon Lord is developing too fast; he already has the means to deal with our Platinum Warriors!” The Assistant Priest of the Black Scale Race said with a heavy tone.

”Assistant Priest, please connect with the High Priest to temporarily shield the mist and let us in. If the Master of the Abyss wins, that’s good, but if he loses, we can’t escape blame! Don’t forget, it’s us who lost the Omen Stone.” Another Platinum Warrior of the Black Scale Race requested the Assistant Priest.

He was one of the two Platinum Warriors the Black Scale Race sent this time, Hei Ting.

”That’s only right! Let’s aid the Master of the Black Wolf Abyss. As long as we find the Omen Stone, we can certainly clear our names and gain the favor of the Master of the Abyss.” The Black Scale Race Assistant Priest nodded.

”Assistant Priest, you can use Spirit Secret Skill to contact the Three-Eyed One-Horned High Priest closely. Why don’t you convey the message to him and stir up chaos when we attack? We can capture it most securely, heading straight to the Demon Lord’s lair. By then, all of the Demon Lord’s treasures will belong to us, as the Master of the Abyss only wants the Omen Stone and won’t care about the Demon Lord’s vault.” Hei Ting suggested to the Black Scale Race Assistant Priest.

”Feasible! We originally came to rescue Hei Shan, the Three-Eyed One-Horned High Priest, and the Heaven-Reaching High Priest, thinking it would be easy, but we encountered this. I’ll contact the High Priest now. As soon as we take care of the city guards, we can bypass the Demon Lord from behind and attack with the Demon Wolf Abyss front and back.” The Black Scale Race Assistant Priest nodded.

After another round of gestures, the Black Scale Race Assistant Priest conveyed the message to the Three-Eyed One-Horned High Priest, asking him to prepare for rebellion. In five minutes, they would cross the mist and invade the territory.

After casting the spell, the Black Scale Race Assistant Priest took out a Crystal Ball and respectfully said to it, ”High Priest, there is a change. The Master of the Abyss did not take down the Evil Lord in one go. We need to enter the territory, please cast your spell!”

”Sure! Prioritize the Omen Stone, remember, remember!”

The High Priest on the other side didn’t say much, as they had considered this outcome before setting out.

In the distance, the High Priest of the Black Scale Race cast his spell using an altar, while the Assistant Priest supported from nearby.

A small part of the mist in the west thinned...

”Sons, the Horn Alliance is spreading the word that the lord of this coordinate is the Demon Lord and that we made the wrong choice. But I firmly believe we are right. Killing the Demon Lord will bring us great rewards, enormous rewards... We are the heroes of the Horn Alliance; we will silence the whispers. The Horn Alliance has always been led by our Black Scale Race, and it still is. I’m waiting for you all to triumph!”

While the Black Scale Race Assistant Priest was lecturing the tribe, the Three-Eyed One-Horned High Priest in the territory rolled his eyes.

He gathered a voice with his thoughts and transmitted it with Spiritual Power to the Heaven-Reaching High Priest, Hei Shan, Hei Yun, Hei Bai, and others.

Among the captives, there were only five Golden Warriors who could fight, and the highest three-dimensional attribute was only six hundred.

The three Hei Shan and the Heaven-Reaching High Priest were all wearing Restraining Belts, reducing their strength to one-twenty, and any Silver Warrior could easily overpower them.

Transmitting sound across the mist is limited.

The Black Scale Race Assistant Priest did not know the strength of the territory, and rebellion would result in certain casualties.

However, the Three-Eyed One-Horned High Priest was eager to try, hoping to atone for his crimes through rebellion.

The Evil Lord dispatched a total of 100 Elemental Warriors to guard, in addition to dozens of small minions.

The 100 Elemental Warriors were the most troublesome, but they had spell intervals, and with over five hundred people, if they all charged together, they could certainly destroy the Elemental Warriors.

The Heaven-Reaching High Priest, Hei Shan, and others were gathered together, whispering and plotting.

The Demon Territory was not a place for them to stay. The heat was the least of it; their food was worse than a pig’s, and they worked harder than oxen.

Especially for them, even though they wore Restraining Belts, they were still expected to perform Gold Level workloads.

Every day, they worked until the early morning, exhausted like dead dogs. It was too much to bear!
