A Sorcerer’s Journey

Chapter 996: Chapter 988: Oblivion Tower

Oblivion Tower Sorcerer Academy, five hundred years of protection period ended.

From now on, the Stigmata Sorcerer of the Oblivion Tower became formally registered at the Second Ring Holy Tower. The Source of Magic Power stood in the Wizard Continent, taking on the corresponding responsibility to protect its Magic Source, sheltering many human civilians within the Sorcerer’s Tower territory, passing on the wizarding civilization.

Two Rings World, inside the Holy Tower.

Generally, the first thing every newly promoted Stigmata Sorcerer does is to conduct the Stigmata Contribution, exchanging their knowledge for resources from the Holy Tower Book, using this as initial funding for their first Demon Hunting Expedition, and embarking on the journey of the Road of Stigmata with the Source of Magic Power as the foundation.

However, Green, as a resource-rich sorcerer, and due to a special promotion method, started his Demon Hunting Expedition before the Sorcerer’s Tower Source of Magic Power was established, even organizing a large-scale cross-dimensional invasion by his own strength, thus not paying much attention to acquiring resources through Stigmata Contribution.

What Green cared about was the wizard knowledge inheritance ritual within.

”The ’Conception of Mirage Desire Space-TIme Sealing Technique’, ’Verification of the Fourth-Level Shackles of Human Cellular Evolution Peak’, ’The Power of Annihilation Attack Power Calculation Formula’, ’Grimm’s Fairytales Copy’, ’Titan Summer Unification Civilization’, are all quite advanced Stigmata System knowledge. With this, I have left my mark in wizard history.”

Green stood on the knowledge trading balance of the Second Ring, writing his Stigmata Contribution Elemental Book word by word. As Green’s writing increased, the descending extent of one end of the balance also increased, which wasn’t a small project.

Five years later.

It took a full five years for Green to organize his Stigmata Contribution in the form of the Elemental Book, calmly stepping down from the balance.

”You have received the ’Conception of Mirage Desire Space-TIme Sealing Technique’, ’Verification of the Fourth-Level Shackles of Human Cellular Evolution Peak’, ’The Power of Annihilation Attack Power Calculation Formula’, ’Grimm’s Fairytales Copy’, ’Titan Summer Unification Civilization’. Value assessment: You will receive 171,233 Witch Essences, 2,446,450 Wizard Currency, and a Floating Island with a diameter of ten thousand meters. Stigmata Sorcerer of the Oblivion Tower, do you confirm this Stigmata Contribution?”

The result surprised Green, as it was actually higher than his expected reward.

”Confirm.”

In the value assessment of the Holy Tower Book, is the practical knowledge more valuable, or is the novel knowledge worth more?

Leaving various speculations, Green got up and went to the Second Ring Holy Tower Teleportation Array, heading to the Wizard Continent Oblivion Tower through the Second Ring Holy Tower Teleportation Array.

”Mentor!”

Valo, Cappuccino, Saladin, and Mili, the four Academy Headmasters, had already gathered with more than twelve hundred Academy Mentors on the ninety-ninth floor of the Oblivion Tower in anticipation. The wizards were somewhat crowded, looking at this mysterious, eerie, and powerful wizard reverently, whose entire body was flowing with Seven-Colored Runes, leaning on a Dead Bone Frost Magic Staff, with a Gray-White Mask showing three differently colored light pupils.

”Greetings to the great Stigmata Sorcerer of the Oblivion Tower...”

Many wizards saluted in unison.

For Green and the Academy Wizards, it was a very important day, but for the wizard apprentices in the college, it seemed as if nothing had happened, as they continued their day-to-day life exploring the truth and mystery rules.

Besides the sudden yet fleeting terrifying pressure that erupted from the top-level Magic Source of the Oblivion Tower, and the faster swirl of the Elemental Cloud surrounding the top of the Oblivion Tower, nothing else changed.

Several Hourglass times later.

Hosting a Wizard Conference, Green delivered a speech, and the academy wizards in their respective roles departed in succession. Accompanied by several headmasters and many Academy Guardians, Green accepted the gift list presented by Saladin.

During the five years of Green’s Stigmata Contribution, some Academy Headmasters visited one after another.

Although the gift list was marked with the names of Sorcery Academies, in Green’s eyes, it represented the various Stigmata Sorcerers behind it, totaling thirty-seven.

Naturally, Green looked at the other six academies in the Twenty-Second District of the Two Rings Holy Tower that belonged to the Oblivion Tower.

Wandering Dandelion Sorcerer Academy, Flame Holy Grail Sorcerer Academy, Arc Thundercloud Sorcerer Academy, Hoarse Song Sorcerer Academy, Welid Island Sorcerer Academy, Rainbow Potion Sorcerer Academy.

”Originally, I thought the Oblivion Tower Academy would be assigned to the Sixty-Third District of the Two Rings Holy Tower, but it ended up being assigned to the much stronger and farther Twenty-Second District. It seems that the Thundercloud Arc Stigmata Sorcerer, after learning about my rare abilities, caused a contention between the Twenty-Second and Sixty-Third Districts during the Stigma Tower Area division.”, he pondered.

As the region with the most resources and the strongest Sorcerer’s Tower system on the Wizard Continent, the Two Rings Holy Tower had a total of 156 districts and more than a thousand Sorcerer’s Towers, greatly surpassing the scale of the Seventh Ring Holy Tower.

It should be noted that the last Wizarding Alliance conference Green attended did not include all the Stigmata Sorcerers and World Masters.

Green’s bi-colored light pupils constantly looked at the gift list, recognizing some familiar names, and some unfamiliar, suddenly becoming astonished by the grand gift lists from the Blood Rain Colosseum and the Foul Wind Colosseum.

These two gift lists were enough to rival the entire Twenty-Second District other six Sorcery Academies within the Two Rings Holy Tower, which was extraordinary.

”Hmm, perhaps it’s because during the trip to the Decayed World, I corrected the machine-burst melee for the Black Terminator, enabling the two to earn the precious first specimen task reward that originally belonged to them, as a form of compensation,” Green guessed.

Following several headmasters, he quietly toured around the Oblivion Tower Sorcerer Academy before stopping in a specially allotted open space for Green at the academy.

”The Oblivion Tower Academy is committed to nurturing Bright Wizard Apprentices, with the purpose of unity, trust, and focused truth exploration, aiming to cultivate a powerful Wizard Legion suitable for the development of the Wizard World, rather than those solitary Dark Wizards.”

Several headmasters listened to the teaching and nodded one after another.

Green had prepared for this long ago, pulling a piece from the Time-Willow Vine, throwing it to the ground, sealing it with magic power from the Magic Source, after a round of elemental entanglement, revealing one end that resembled a long rope.

”Every new class should come over for a tug of war, and according to the different results, the academy will give out corresponding rewards as introductory education. During the wizard apprentice period at the Bright Sorcerer Academy, each wizard apprentice obtains resources far lower on average than the Dark Wizard apprentices due to the number of apprentices. Apart from focusing more on truth exploration, apprentices are required to unite as one!”

After pausing, Green continued, ”I also know that during Regional Academy wars, it is very difficult for Bright Sorcerer Academy to take victory. You need to overcome these difficulties; I don’t want the Oblivion Tower Secret Realm to go several thousand years without a single academy apprentice appearing.”

Coming from a Demonic Hunter Dark Wizard background, Green was well aware of the respective advantages and disadvantages of Dark Wizards and Bright Wizards.

As a Stigmata Sorcerer, Green was even more aware that the so-called Bright Wizards and Dark Wizards were just processes, methods to maximize the combat potential of the Wizard World.
