Not Being a Trainer This Time

At the same time, Naoki also hurriedly returned to the Paldea Region.

Without time to rest, he immediately jumped into the lake at the center of the ranch, and through it, smoothly arrived in the Reversed World.

Thank goodness, Giratina did not close this entrance! Otherwise, he would have had to drink Poisonous Mushroom Soup!

Upon entering the Reversed World, Naoki instantly breathed a sigh of relief.

He had stopped Giratina, Giratina must have been very upset then, right?

Thinking of this, Naoki turned his head towards the direction of the Flower Sky Island.

At this moment, Giratina was resting there as usual.

The surrounding flowers, which were originally growing well, were crushed beneath it, with many casualties.

Giratina’s eyes were tightly closed, its large head resting on its forelimbs, and its thick tail swaying continuously behind it, as if to display its master’s unusual inner feelings.

Naoki: ”...”

He tried to step forward and landed on the Flower Sky Island, then deliberately coughed twice.

Giratina didn’t even lift its eyelids, still keeping its eyes shut, looking as if it didn’t want to be bothered.

—It was still angry.

Not angry at that person, but angry at him!

Naoki immediately realized this.

At that time, as Giratina’s friend, he didn’t stand by Giratina’s side but instead chose to block Giratina’s attack for that person...

If it were him, he might also feel very disappointed.

But rationality told Naoki that he couldn’t let such things happen.

Giratina is hot-tempered, once enraged, it would really follow the internet line and eliminate a netizen’s entire family.

Naoki didn’t know what to do for a moment; he couldn’t just stand by and watch Giratina eliminate all the netizens it had a dispute with.

After a moment of silence, Naoki let out a sigh, then apologized to Giratina.

”I’m sorry, it was my fault this time.”

First, soothe it and then calmly explain the pros and cons to Giratina after it calms down.

Sure enough, upon hearing this, Giratina’s eyelids lifted slightly, then it turned its head, facing the back of its head towards Naoki.

Seeing this, Naoki reached out to it, using Dragon Power to perceive Giratina’s emotions.

The next second, the power in his hand fully conveyed Giratina’s current feelings to him.

It felt wronged!

Naoki was slightly startled, then immediately understood the reason.

From the moment it was born, Giratina had been banished to this ruined world, living alone here as a dragon.

It had no friends or anyone to talk to; every day, it could only look at everything in the real world through the water surface in silence.

Initially, he had entered the Reversed World by accident. After improving the environment of the Reversed World, helping Giratina build a sunlit sky island, providing food, and using Dragon Power for massages, Giratina had already regarded him as a friend.

And now, as Giratina’s friend, he stood on the opposite side.

Thinking of this, Naoki instantly understood everything.

Naoki felt pained! Handling such matters was really difficult.

If he chose to support Giratina, then he would have to watch Giratina hurt people, and this matter might continue indefinitely.

If he chose to stop Giratina, then Giratina would be even angrier because of his actions.

More importantly, this incident had already happened.

What should he do? Naoki looked at the giant creature in front of him.

Deceit? Lies?

Naoki was silent for a long time and finally decided to sincerely apologize to Giratina first and then express his true thoughts.

”For humans, everyone has a different definition of a friend.”

”I don’t know what others think, but in my view, friends should help each other when the other is in difficulty and also stop the other when they are about to make a mistake.”

”Although that person quarreled with you, they do not deserve death... I know, I have no right to stop you, and human laws cannot restrain you, but I am just worried that if you hurt humans, people will dislike you, even though your nature isn’t bad, right?”

Giratina kept its eyes closed but processed these words in its mind.

It snorted coldly in its heart; whether humans disliked it or not, it did not care!

But Giratina thought of something else again.

Naoki’s words seemed to mean that he did not want to see it go down the ”wrong” path?

If that’s the case, then doesn’t that mean Naoki wasn’t protecting that human like it previously thought?

Giratina suddenly opened its eyes and stared at Naoki in front of it.

From the moment they exchanged Dragon Power, not only did Naoki feel its emotions, but Giratina also sensed Naoki’s thoughts.

Naoki regarded it as a friend, which is why he did not want to see it hurt humans.

Moreover, Giratina felt Naoki’s intention to take responsibility for it.

It had just heard Rotom explain on its way back.

In the human world, killing a human would get someone arrested and taken into a police station.

If Naoki took responsibility for it, then Naoki would be caught...

Although Giratina did not care, it could break into the police station, finish off all those policemen, and then free Naoki.

But such actions would definitely put Naoki in a difficult position, right?

Understanding this, Giratina realized that Naoki wasn’t intentionally opposing it.
