Sister Nan's Combat Strength is Unknown, But It's Probably Only a Tiny Bit Stronger

139: You’ve had your fill of showing off and venting, you can go die now.A cold voice floated up from below. Si Nan walked up leisurely, her tall, graceful figure and her clear, exquisite face suddenly coming into the view of Master Shi and his men, instantly igniting their lust.

They had never seen such a stunning Beauty; she was even more beautiful than she appeared in the shaky video. Truly the daughter of the Residential Area’s number one Beauty, her face was even more striking than her mother, Nan Dai. In one word: beautiful!!

However, having witnessed Si Nan’s prowess, everyone present, including Master Shi, only dared to feel lustful but lacked the courage to act, not daring to make a single move.

Moreover, there was a strange man in front of them who they couldn’t identify; one wrong move and they would all be sent to meet the King of Hell.

Seeing the old man staring intently at Si Nan, a thick killing intent flared in Luo Sen’s eyes. With a flick of his wrist, the Military Knife in his hand flew toward Master Shi. With a ”squelch,” someone collapsed to the ground.

Master Shi was indeed a trained fighter with quick reflexes. The moment Luo Sen threw the Military Knife, he jerked to the side to dodge. The Military Knife grazed his cheek and plunged into the chest of a lackey behind him.

Seeing the blade pierce the heart and sink fully into the flesh, such clean and decisive methods made Master Shi’s old face tighten. He felt a sense of approaching death he had never experienced before: ”To kill me so directly right in front of my face... Si Nan, is this why you came here?”

Master Shi’s expression was no longer relaxed as it was before; he was as solemn as if facing a great enemy. His tone couldn’t help but be tinged with fear, softening slightly. ”We’ve always minded our own business. You do your thing, and we do ours. Why must you drive us to a dead end?”

He more or less understood Si Nan’s intention now—she was here to kill him. Although he was holding a machine gun, Luo Sen’s move just now had shattered his worldview. He had to re-evaluate Si Nan’s strength and this impossible power. He didn’t dare to act rashly and tried to resolve it peacefully.

As long as it was something he could afford, he would give it to Si Nan, just to trade for his life!

But Si Nan had come to wipe them out, so how could she be in the mood to talk business with him? Thus, Si Nan sneered, ”My purpose for finding you? Are you even worthy of saying that? You clearly knew that Building S was already my territory and that Ge Yue and his people were mine, yet you still sent people to move against them. Wasn’t that intentional?”

”You were gambling, relying on the few crappy machine guns in your hands, harboring the lucky thought that you could rule the entire Residential Area, including me. Am I right?”

”That’s why I’m saving you the trouble of running around at your age by coming to your door to be killed. You should thank me.”

Master Shi was so angry he almost spat blood. Not only had Si Nan insulted him to his face, calling him old and useless, but she had also guessed his entire plan. However, since they couldn’t reach an agreement—he gritted his teeth and said, ”It seems you’ve wanted to unite the Residential Area for a long time. Si Nan, it’s not that I, Master Shi, am laughing at you, but what’s a woman like you going to do ruling the Residential Area?”

”Can you support so many useless old, weak, and sick people? Look for yourself at how many men are among those you’ve gathered from Unit 3. And how many are useless old, weak, or sick?”

”I don’t believe you’re that kind-hearted. You’re just giving them a little sweetness first to achieve your own ulterior motives. What’s the difference between you and me, Master Shi?”

”Stop pretending. I’ll stick to what I said at the beginning: you do your thing, I’ll do mine, and we’ll continue to mind our own business. Since you came here yourself, I won’t touch the people in your three units again. But don’t think about stopping me from moving against the other units. Otherwise, shall we settle who’s superior right here?”

Master Shi babbled a lot, finally gesturing with the machine gun in his hand along with his men, pointing it threateningly at the ground beneath their feet.

”Honestly, you’re not even eighty yet and you’re already so long-winded. You’ve acted cool and talked big enough; now you can die.” Si Nan’s head throbbed from the old man’s rambling, her temples pulsing.

Luo Sen had long since lost his patience, the veins on his forehead bulging with rage. He didn’t even use his massive power, relying only on speed and ordinary skill to close in on Master Shi. His left hand pinned down the machine gun in Master Shi’s hand, while the Military Knife in his right hand swept across the necks of the three men.

With several ”squelches,” the blade slit the throats of the three men. The remaining one tried to fire at Luo Sen, but his shotgun was suddenly snatched away by Si Nan using Telekinesis.

The lackey looked at his empty palm and let out an ”Ah.” In the next second, his head hit the ground. Luo Sen grabbed the lackey’s corpse and wiped the blood off the Military Knife with the man’s cotton coat, his face full of displeasure. ”So noisy.”

Once the Military Knife was wiped clean, he picked up the four guns from the ground and handed them to Si Nan. ”They’re a bit crappy—two machine guns and two shotguns—but better than nothing.”

Compared to the guns they had scavenged before, these two types were indeed very poor.

”Fine, let’s just throw the machine guns to the three Building Lords to play with.” Si Nan took them and put them into her space.

Luo Sen reached out to take her hand and stepped over Master Shi’s corpse into the room. The inside was a mess, a den of iniquity, but the security was well-done, with reinforced doors and windows.

The two searched all the rooms. Besides a small pile of food, there was only a box of bullets. However, Si Nan saw a piece of white paper on the dining table, covered with the names of nightclubs of all sizes in City A, with several well-known ones circled.

Connecting this to Master Shi’s identity, Si Nan concluded that there must be something good in these circled nightclubs; otherwise, Master Shi wouldn’t have wasted his effort with so many zombies outside.

He must have thought of a way to get out and wanted to get the items inside these nightclubs. ”What exactly could it be?”

Si Nan pondered. Besides being gold-consuming dens for those soulless, wealthy playboys, nightclubs only had alcohol and snacks. Could there be some high-lethality weapons hidden there?

But her focus now wasn’t on that, but on the fuel for the entire city. So, she tucked the paper away and continued checking the room for other valuable information.

Taking advantage of this gap, Luo Sen returned after checking the entire Building K. ”No survivors. Everyone is dead. From now on, this building is a dead building.”

”Let’s go, we need to set out too.” Si Nan nodded. She didn’t go back to see how Ge Yue was doing; such things were common in this Apocalypse, and there was no need for her to care about a Building Lord she had just started cooperating with.

Before returning home, she stopped by to check on the Security Lady’s injuries. Seeing she was fine, she gave all the machine guns and shotguns to her, telling her to keep one for herself and distribute the rest to the three Building Lords.

After returning, they set out in the Armored Vehicle, once again drawing the envious gazes of survivors in other high-rise Building S. They could no longer hold back, including those in Fang Yongqing’s Unit T:

”How about we cooperate with Si Nan too? Look at how well MOS Building 3 is doing. Not only do they get food every day, but they also have mineral water to drink. What’s the point of us guarding these empty rooms?”
