Urban Martial Saint

Seeing this scene, Ye Qing’s eyes widened. Since he arrived in Shenchuan City, he had indeed witnessed many things that defied the common knowledge he once had, but something like this, it was truly the first time he had seen.

He had just watched carefully, and there were absolutely no wires or similar aids in Li Qianqiu’s hands. In other words, he simply grabbed in the air and pulled an old monk towards him.

How... how is this possible?

Not only was Ye Qing shocked, but even the monks were stunned. After a long while, the old monk, who had first attacked Ye Qing, spoke with a look of shock: ”This... could this be the long-lost ultimate technique, the Sky-Piercing Claw?”

”Sky-Piercing Claw?” Ye Qing was even more astonished. Li Qianqiu’s move actually had a name?

”It seems the master is quite knowledgeable about the martial arts of our Huaxia!” Li Qianqiu looked at the old monk with a calm expression and said, ”Yes, this is our Huaxia’s Sky-Piercing Claw!”

The old monk said in surprise: ”This Sky-Piercing Claw, hadn’t it been lost long ago? How... how did you learn it?”

Li Qianqiu said, ”This is my personal secret and it’s not convenient to disclose!”

The old monk looked at Li Qianqiu, then at Ye Qing here, and said in a deep voice: ”Fine, your personal issue, I won’t ask. But, what does it mean that you have now acted against us? Are you intending to back this person up?”

Li Qianqiu glanced at Ye Qing, and said loudly: ”Ye brothers is my friend. His matters are my matters.”

Between Ye Qing and Li Qianqiu, they had only met a few times at the Xihang Shen Family Manor, and it could be said there wasn’t much interaction. However, they admired each other, so they both considered each other as friends. This time, when Li Qianqiu heard that Ye Qing was under attack, he rushed over immediately to help, which shows that he truly considered Ye Qing a friend.

Listening to Li Qianqiu’s words, Ye Qing felt warm inside. Regardless of how the Seven Steering Committees of the Hong Alliance were, at least in his view, there were still many upright and straightforward people within the Seven Steering Committees of the Hong Alliance. People like Ludong White Horse Chen San, and like this Li Qianqiu, are absolutely stand-up men!

The old monk said in a deep voice: ”So, you’re prepared to involve yourself in the enmity between us and this person?”

Li Qianqiu said calmly: ”If you can let Ye brothers leave here, and promise not to target Ye brothers in the future, I would be happy to be friends with you.”

”Hmph, all in all, you are prepared to meddle in this matter!” The old monk frowned tightly and said in a deep voice: ”Young man, unaware of the height of the sky and the depth of the earth, do you really think that just because you’ve learned some long-lost ultimate technique, you can be so arrogant?”

”Master, I am not arrogant. I said, Ye brothers is my friend, and if he is in trouble, I will definitely not stand by and do nothing!” Li Qianqiu looked at the monks beside him and said: ”Master, just like these masters beside you, if they encounter any danger, would you just leave them alone?”

”You don’t need to say this to me.” The old monk said in a deep voice: ”Young man, I advise you, our affairs are not something you can manage. The enmity between us and Ye Qing is irreconcilable. Anyone who meddles in this matter, we will not let them go!”

Li Qianqiu did not feel any panic because of the old monk’s tone and said calmly: ”Ye brothers is my friend. His matters are my matters!”

”Hmph, you surely don’t know what our status is, do you!” Another old monk said loudly: ”I’ll tell you, we are the Four Great Elders of Brahmanism. This is the enmity between Brahmanism and Ye Qing. Do you really want to meddle in this matter?”

Upon hearing this, the three people beside Li Qianqiu were shocked. One slightly older man hurried to Li Qianqiu’s side and whispered: ”Young Master, Brahmanism, that is where the Purple Robe Lama resides.”

”Purple Robe Lama?” Li Qianqiu frowned slightly; he had, of course, heard this name.

The man whispered: ”Purple Robe Lama is the Supreme Protector of Brahmanism, a master as renowned as the Great General. The Purple Robe Lama has always stayed out of Huaxia’s affairs. Neither the Seven Steering Committees of the Hong Alliance nor the Twelve Green Halls dare provoke him easily. Young Master, the Twelve Green Halls are growing in strength, eagerly watching us. At this time, there’s no need to erect such a formidable enemy!”

Li Qianqiu was silent for a moment, then slowly shook his head and said: ”Ye brothers is my friend. His matters are my matters. If he is in trouble, and I don’t help him because I fear making enemies, how can I have the right to talk about friendship with others in the future?”

After saying this, Li Qianqiu directly looked at that old monk and said loudly: ”I hope you masters will kindly refrain from troubling Ye brothers further.”

The old monk originally thought that the name of the Purple Robe Lama would scare Li Qianqiu, but didn’t expect Li Qianqiu to remain so bold in such a situation, leaving the three of them stunned. If even the Purple Robe Lama couldn’t intimidate Li Qianqiu, they had no other tricks up their sleeves.

”You... Are you sure you want to meddle in our affairs?” The old monk hastily said, ”We are the elders of the Brahmanism, and the Purple Robe Lama is our protector. If this matter cannot be resolved, the Purple Robe Lama will definitely come to handle it personally. Aren’t you afraid of the Purple Robe Lama coming to find you?”

”I believe the Purple Robe Lama is someone who reasons.” Li Qianqiu said, ”My brother Ye is an upright person, honest and sincere, definitely not a deceitful villain. Even if the Purple Robe Lama seeks revenge, he will certainly get to the truth and would never attack an innocent person.”

Li Qianqiu said this to imply to the old monks that, in this matter, Ye Qing was certainly not at fault, and the ones mistaken were absolutely these monks.

The three old monks, being shrewd, naturally understood the meaning in Li Qianqiu’s words, and the three of them instantly became furious.

”Young man, you are overly arrogant!” The leading old monk angrily said, ”Do you really think that just because you’ve learned the lost Sky-Piercing Claw, you can really point fingers at us?”

Li Qianqiu replied, ”I absolutely have no intention of pointing fingers, I just hope that you great masters will show mercy and not trouble my brother Ye!”

The old monk shouted, ”Hmph, show mercy? On what basis?”

Li Qianqiu sighed and said, ”I don’t know how the great master thinks I should act for you to not trouble my brother Ye?”

The great monk openly declared, ”It’s simple, defeat the three of us, and we’ll let him go today!”

Li Qianqiu was silent for a moment, then slowly nodded, ”I will do my best.”

”Brother Li, this is my issue, how can I let you take action?” Ye Qing hurriedly walked over, ready to take action instead of Li Qianqiu.

”We are on the same side, no need to say such things,” Li Qianqiu smiled faintly towards Ye Qing, waving his hand, he took off his outerwear and walked directly to the center of the three old monks, cupping his hands, ”Please, great masters, be lenient!”

As Ye Qing watched Li Qianqiu walk over, his respect for him deepened. He glanced at the three monks and shouted, ”Brother Li, be careful, the strength of these three monks is formidable, each is on par with me.”

Ye Qing had just fought these three monks, so he was quite familiar with their situation. By telling Li Qianqiu this, it was also a way to give him some information, so Li Qianqiu could be somewhat prepared.

”Thank you, Brother Ye, for the reminder.” Li Qianqiu’s tone was calm, without the slightest hint of panic or contempt. His disposition was somewhat similar to Lin Tianyou’s, unaffected by external factors, which was very rare.

The three old monks surrounded Li Qianqiu, yet none dared to strike first. In fact, they were somewhat apprehensive about the Sky-Piercing Claw that Li Qianqiu had just demonstrated.

After a good while, the three exchanged glances, and suddenly rushed towards Li Qianqiu simultaneously. Three pairs of palms attacked together, sealing Li Qianqiu’s upper, middle, and lower paths, entirely enclosing him.

These three were originally not weak, and having been together for years, their coordination was already extremely adept. Now, striking with full force against Li Qianqiu, the three attacking simultaneously, the techniques were exceedingly exquisite. With Li Qianqiu at the center, unless he jumped directly over them, it was very difficult to avoid the attack of these three.

Upon seeing such a situation, Ye Qing couldn’t help but take a deep breath. Just now, when these three fought against him, they hadn’t attacked like this, which proved they hadn’t exerted their full effort. But now, dealing with Li Qianqiu, they struck with full force immediately, because Li Qianqiu’s Sky-Piercing Claw had placed too much pressure on them, so their initial strike was an ultimate technique.

If they had struck Ye Qing in such a manner just now, Ye Qing likely wouldn’t have lasted until now. And now, being amidst them, Li Qianqiu was to endure immense pressure; how would Li Qianqiu resolve the attack of these three?

In truth, when faced with the attack of these three, Li Qianqiu did not have the intention to fight back, nor did he show any sign of evasion. He stood quietly in place, enduring the six palms of these three with his body.

When the three old monks struck, they actually calculated all possible ways Li Qianqiu might dodge or counterattack, and they held back plenty of reserves to deal with Li Qianqiu. Who would have thought that Li Qianqiu did not dodge or retaliate but endured their attack, leaving the three completely astonished. What exactly was Li Qianqiu up to?

At the moment of surprise, the six palms of the three had already all landed on Li Qianqiu. In the eyes of the surrounding spectators, a shocking scene unfolded.

The three old monks struck Li Qianqiu but simultaneously retreated backward, as if they had suffered a severe blow. The three of them had trembling hands, clearly taking a hidden loss, each wearing an expression of shock, even they couldn’t comprehend what exactly had just occurred.

Looking at Li Qianqiu, who was in their midst, he merely had a slightly reddish countenance, showing no signs of injury. Taking the full attack from these three monks, he didn’t even blink, what kind of situation was this?
