Urban Martial Saint

No matter if it’s Iron Head Skill or Steel Head Skill, a head is still a head, always a part of the human body. Crashing into a steel carriage, the result is foreseeable. Although the monk didn’t feel pain when collided with Ye Qing’s fist, he couldn’t bear hitting the carriage. He clutched his head, grimacing in pain, and couldn’t keep hold of Ye Qing.

With great effort, Ye Qing finally got rid of the Elder, taking a deep breath to relieve the suffocation in his heart. He had been hit several times, and his breathing had become labored. Now, he slowly recovered.

The two faced each other from a distance, each taking deep breaths, and once again rushed toward one another, engaging in a chaotic fight.

Having suffered a disadvantage last time, Ye Qing was much more cautious this time. Seeing the Elder lunging at him, Ye Qing immediately used the Tiangang Beidou Formation Stepping Technique to dodge the Elder’s attack.

”Huh?” The Elder had never seen the Tiangang Beidou Formation Stepping Technique before. Witnessing Ye Qing’s bizarre evasion, he couldn’t help but utter a surprised sound. Ye Qing, however, was unceremonious, delivering a heavy punch from the side.

The Elder’s skills were indeed decent. Although he couldn’t dodge in time, he was straightforward, crashing head-first toward Ye Qing. His head was his best weapon, presumably trained with Iron Head Skill, making it as solid as others’ fists. If Ye Qing were to clash his fist against the Elder’s head, he would surely suffer.

Of course, Ye Qing wouldn’t let himself suffer such a loss; he took another step using the Tiangang Beidou Formation Stepping Technique. And this step, unlike the first one, was even more unpredictable. The Elder didn’t expect Ye Qing’s technique to be so unpredictable, leaving him unable to react, receiving a heavy punch on his left shoulder, causing him to let out a muffled hum.

”Elder!” The nearby young monk was startled and rushed over to attack Ye Qing, intending to assist the Elder.

The skill level of this young monk was worlds apart from the Elder. As soon as he charged over, Ye Qing kicked him in the chest, sending him flying. And under Ye Qing’s Tiangang Beidou Formation Stepping Technique, the Elder had no power to resist, getting hit several times, until he could no longer endure, collapsing on the ground, with shock and disbelief written all over his face.

”Who... who exactly are you?” The Elder gritted his teeth and spoke in a deep voice, feeling indignant about losing to Ye Qing.

”My name is Ye Qing!” Ye Qing replied coldly, paying no further attention to the Elder. He turned around, took the keys, and opened the cargo container behind him.

The container was full of children. Seeing the situation inside, Ye Qing’s eyes widened. Hearing the monk’s words earlier, he thought there were only a few children. Unexpectedly, there were so many children packed inside, which made Ye Qing even angrier.

”You have some nerve!” Ye Qing abruptly turned around, picked up the Elder, and spoke in a deep voice, ”What exactly are you planning by abducting so many children?”

The Elder didn’t answer Ye Qing’s question. The search for the Reincarnated True Buddha was a tremendous secret. They could never let outsiders know about it; otherwise, there might be harm done to the Reincarnated True Buddha. Thus, this matter was not to be revealed to outsiders.

”Do you think silence will help?” Ye Qing said coldly, ”I despise those who traffic children the most. You two monks actually do such things, truly despicable. Especially you, who are considered a master, yet engage in child trafficking, utterly disgraceful. However, considering you haven’t harmed anyone, I’ll let you off today. But, while a death sentence can be avoided, punishment cannot!”

As he spoke, Ye Qing raised his hand, delivering a punch to the Elder’s chest, breaking several ribs. In fact, Ye Qing’s actions were rather merciful, given that they were Buddhists. If it were traffickers he’d dealt with before, leaving them alive would have been a tough decision.

”Consider this a warning today; if I see you trafficking children again, it won’t be so easy!” Ye Qing glanced at the young monk and said in a deep voice, ”Why are you still standing there? Take him and get out of Huaxia!”

The young monk, knowing he wasn’t a match for Ye Qing, quickly went over to assist the Elder, retreating in a hurry like a stray dog.

Ye Qing paid little attention to the two monks, inspecting the cargo container and finding Broom Star among the children. It made him breathe a sigh of relief, realizing this journey was worthwhile.

Seeing that the children were unharmed, Ye Qing wasn’t as worried. There were more than a hundred children in the truck, and Ye Qing couldn’t send them all home immediately, so he planned to take them all to the orphanage and then contact their families to retrieve them.

However, the truck driver had long vanished, forcing Ye Qing to abandon Li Lianshan’s sports car and drive the truck to Shenchuan City. Of course, he had called Li Lianshan, who was now sending people over to assist.

Meanwhile, the young monk was assisting the Elder, walking along the highway. After roughly two kilometers, estimating Ye Qing wouldn’t pursue them, the two finally slowed their pace.

”Elder, Elder, how...how are you?” The young monk looked anxiously at the Elder, who was still continuously spitting blood; Ye Qing’s punch had seriously injured him.

”I won’t die!” The Elder took a deep breath, adjusted his Internal Breath slightly, and said in a deep voice, ”This person has such gall, daring to interfere with our search for the reincarnated True Buddha. Under no circumstances can we let him go!”

”But his strength is so formidable; we are not his match!” replied the young monk.

”We may not be his match, but don’t forget, our Guardian of the Faith Elder is one of only five great masters in this world!” the Elder said in a deep voice. ”Hmph, once the Guardian of the Faith Elder comes, I will see how powerful he really is. You immediately gather Boye and Weiye to keep an eye on that Ye Qing. I’ll go back and request the Guardian of the Faith Elder to come out, then I want to see if he still dares to humiliate people of our Brahmanism!”

”Yes!” The young monk nodded and was about to get up to handle these matters when suddenly a mocking laugh came from nearby, as if taunting them.

The two simultaneously turned their heads and saw a medium-built man standing not far away on the open ground. The man’s appearance was rather sinister, with one eye wrapped in cloth, looking like a Cyclops.

If Ye Qing were here, he would instantly recognize this person as One-Eyed Ding Lianshun, from the Twelve Green Halls. The last time Ye Qing went to the Xihang Shen Family Manor, he was captured by Ding Lianshun and confined in the cave with Shen Qingyi. If Ye Qing hadn’t had Mu Ling with him, an irreversible tragedy might have occurred with Shen Qingyi.

And Ding Lianshun is indeed daring; he managed to escape even under the pursuit of the three masters of Shen Family Manor. He had disappeared for some time, and everyone thought he had left the mainland. Unexpectedly, he appeared here. It’s known the Hong Alliance headquarters is near Shenchuan City now, and Great General Helian Tiehua is coming personally soon. For him to still dare to come to Shenchuan City, he indeed has courage.

Seeing this strange one-eyed man, both monks were visibly surprised. And under such circumstances, they both felt an ominous sensation simultaneously.

”Who are you?” The young monk asked in a deep voice.

”Heh heh heh...” Ding Lianshun let out a cold laugh and said, ”I am here to send you to meet the Buddha!”

”What!?” The young monk instantly stood up, hurriedly shielding the Elder behind him, and said with glaring eyes, ”You...you dare to act against us? Do you know where we come from?”

”I know!” Ding Lianshun sneered and said, ”The Four Great Elders of Brahmanism entering Huaxia must be searching for the reincarnated True Buddha.”

”You...you actually know about the reincarnated True Buddha?” The Elder immediately frowned and asked in a deep voice, ”Who exactly are you? How do you know the matters within our Sect?”

”Not only do I know about the reincarnated True Buddha, but I also once sat and discussed Dao with your previous generation True Buddha!” Ding Lianshun coldly laughed. ”Things within Brahmanism are not secrets. The previous generation True Buddha passed away, and the reincarnated True Buddha appeared; this is very normal. However, this time the reincarnated True Buddha is not within Tianzhu but here in Huaxia, which is indeed a first!”

Ding Lianshun’s words made the Elder even more surprised. These matters are the greatest secrets of Brahmanism; how does this one-eyed man know?

”Who...who exactly are you?” The Elder asked in a deep voice.

Ding Lianshun sneered and said, ”I have told you, I am the one who will send you to the west!”

The Elder furrowed his brows and said in a deep voice, ”Since you know of Brahmanism’s reincarnated True Buddha matter, you must also be aware that our Guardian of the Faith Elder is the Purple Robe Lama, one of the Five Unmatches of the World. I do not care who you are. If you harm us, the Guardian of the Faith Elder will not let you off!”

The Elder couldn’t discern Ding Lianshun’s motives but was still very worried inside, so he mentioned the Purple Robe Lama to try to intimidate Ding Lianshun. Unexpectedly, upon hearing this, Ding Lianshun burst out laughing.

”Purple Robe Lama?” Ding Lianshun laughed heartily, ”That bald old monk’s martial arts are indeed remarkable. It’s truly not easy for such a master to emerge in a sect like Brahmanism. But no matter how strong his martial arts are, I will not fear him. Besides, if he truly investigates this matter, he may not even find out about me; why should I worry?”
