School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 250: Chapter 280 Punishment

Chen Nan originally wanted to turn in his paper early, but now he was hoping that the exam time would last a little longer.

Because as soon as the exam was over, he would have to go to Lan Yuqin’s office.

Lying on the desk, Chen Nan began to think of strategies. When he got to the office, what kind of excuse should he come up with to deal with Lan Yuqin?

”Hey, Chen Nan,”

Just as Chen Nan was feeling dejected, a voice reached him, and someone gently poked his back.

Chen Nan turned around and saw Han Yuting looking at him with a smile, which made him softly ask, ”What’s up, top beauty of the campus?”

Being addressed as the campus beauty to her face, Han Yuting was slightly taken aback but didn’t mind much and whispered, ”Do you have a spare pen? Mine broke, and I haven’t finished the questions.”

Chen Nan also had only one pen, but he hadn’t used it at all because he couldn’t understand the questions and couldn’t do them.

”You can use it,”

With a casual smile, Chen Nan handed over his pen.

Han Yuting didn’t take it. She asked with confusion, ”Don’t you have a spare? If you lend me this one, what will you do?”

”It’s fine, I have a backup.”

Chen Nan directly placed the pen on her desk.

His actions were not because he had any feelings for Han Yuting but because the pen was truly useless in his hands, and lending it to Han Yuting would be doing her a favor and counted as a good deed.

”Thanks a lot!”

Han Yuting smiled, took the pen, and continued working on her questions.

Chen Nan turned back around, not saying anything more, and continued to ponder how he was going to deal with Lan Yuqin later.

The period for the test passed quickly, but Chen Nan, lying on the desk, still couldn’t figure out what to say to Lan Yuqin.

”Chen Nan, thanks a lot!”

As the proctor began to collect the test papers, Han Yuting came over and returned the pen to Chen Nan.

”No need to be so formal, just call me by my name.” Chen Nan offered a faint smile, somewhat absent-minded, not because he wanted to reject a beauty from a thousand miles away, but because the issue with Lan Yuqin was really too bothersome.

Han Yuting gave a gentle smile, blooming like a flower, utterly charming. Yet, when she saw Chen Nan’s exam paper, her expression changed abruptly, ”You... why did you only do the multiple-choice questions?”

”I couldn’t do the rest. I have something else to attend to, so I’ll be going now. See you!”

Chen Nan stood up and walked toward the door.

Looking at Chen Nan’s blank exam paper and seeing no second pen on the desk, Han Yuting felt a sense of guilt. Although Chen Nan hadn’t known how to do the problems, if she hadn’t borrowed his pen, he might not have left it entirely blank, right?

He really is a good person!

Han Yuting shook her head and walked out of the classroom.

The second test period was over, and it was already time to eat, but Chen Nan, feeling miserable, walked toward Lan Yuqin’s office.

After hesitating for a whole two minutes at the door, Chen Nan finally mustered the courage to enter.

”Ms. Lan, I’m here.”

Chen Nan greeted her with a guilty face, looking at Lan Yuqin standing in front of the office desk.

”So you still remember I’m your teacher?”

Lan Yuqin snorted coldly, slapped a painting of Chen Nan’s on the desk, her eyebrows raised, and her expression extremely unfriendly.

”About that... I was wrong about this situation, I sincerely apologize to you, teacher.” Chen Nan said earnestly, as the situation was indeed his fault, and it was a serious one. So he didn’t dare to oppose Lan Yuqin. What would he do if he angered her and she ended up crying?

Chen Nan was scared of nothing when it came to Lan Yuqin—nothing but her tears.

Lan Yuqin stared coldly at him and said, ”You’re getting out of hand. Do you even realize what you’re doing?”

”You are right, teacher. It’s my filthiness, my despicable thoughts. I beg your forgiveness. You are magnanimous, able to forgive the petty offenses of us lesser beings, with a capacity large enough to sail a ship in your heart. Can’t you just overlook this for me, please?”

”You think a few nice words can fix this?”

Lan Yuqin pointed at the painting on the table, her voice filled with anger. ”Before you painted this, did you ever consider that I am your teacher? You bastard, it’s bad enough that you painted randomly, but to paint me without clothes—if this painting got out, where would I put my face?”

”This...”

Chen Nan was left speechless.

He had merely painted out of boredom without thinking too much about it.

”What’s this? Got nothing to say now?” Lan Yuqin glared at him. ”Be honest, have you ever regarded me as your teacher?”

Chen Nan fell silent for a moment, then said, ”Honestly, no. I’ve always seen you as a friend.”

Lan Yuqin nodded, ”That’s right. As your class teacher, I am also happy to become friends with you all. But remember, while being friends, I am still your teacher, your elder. How can you entertain such filthy thoughts about me?”

Chen Nan was at a loss for words.

He also felt he was beastly. If Lan Yuqin hadn’t dragged him out to flirt for five minutes, redemption would indeed be difficult.

”I actually didn’t have any intentions. I was just bored and painting for fun...”

Lan Yuqin’s expression grew colder. ”You bastard! So you mean you often paint when you’re bored?”

”No... not at all!”

Chen Nan quickly shook his head and said, ”This is the first time, absolutely the first time!”

Seeing Chen Nan’s anxious explanations, Lan Yuqin felt he was covering something up. She snorted coldly and said, ”I don’t care how many times it’s been, this behavior is despicable. Come with me to the track now. I’m going to make you run twenty laps to teach you a lesson!”

After speaking, she turned and walked outside.

Chen Nan touched his nose and followed her.

For him, as long as he wasn’t made to copy the school regulations, running twenty laps was mere child’s play.

When they reached the track, Lan Yuqin glared and said, ”Start running, twenty laps, not one less. I’ll be watching right here!”

Chen Nan grinned and asked, ”So if I finish the run, will you forgive me, not be mad anymore?”

”Less talking, just run and we’ll see!”

”Alright, alright, I’ll run. Just stop glaring, you look much nicer when you smile.” Seeing that Lan Yuqin’s anger was not as fiery as before, Chen Nan gradually resumed his playful demeanor.

Watching Chen Nan’s figure gradually run further, Lan Yuqin stomped her foot and grumbled angrily, ”You little jerk, I’ll show you for not treating me like your teacher, for not respecting me, I’ll wear you out! I’ll crush your spirit until you come begging for forgiveness!”

Lan Yuqin sat on the lawn next to the track, keeping an eye on Chen Nan as he ran, secretly hoping he would come begging for her mercy.

But to her frustration, Chen Nan ran ten laps without breaking a sweat or slowing down, as if he didn’t feel tired at all.

How could this be?

Even marathon champions don’t have this stamina!

Lan Yuqin was conflicted. Seeing Chen Nan had run another five laps, still without changing his expression, she couldn’t hold back anymore. ”Hey, you little jerk, aren’t you tired?”

”Hehe, are you concerned about me, teacher?” Chen Nan looked over, smiling warmly.
