School Beauty's Personal Crazy Young Master

Chapter 202: Chapter 226: Zhang Daxin’s Death by Anger

The classroom was dead silent, a complete and utter hush.

Everyone stared at Chen Nan, dumbfounded, with their mouths agape. Did he have to be so defiant, so arrogant?

Aside from Huo Xinya, all the classmates looked at Chen Nan with admiration. But, after their initial respect, what gradually appeared in their eyes was sympathy, because in their view, anyone who offended Zhang Daxin was doomed to a bad end...

Chen Nan would probably be no exception!

At the podium, Zhang Daxin could hardly believe his ears. Chen Nan actually dared to speak to him like that!

”You... what did you say? Say it again!” Zhang Daxin roared.

Chen Nan shrugged his shoulders, and said nonchalantly, ”Good words aren’t repeated a second time. Since you didn’t hear it, let’s just forget it, to save me from wasting my saliva.”

”You you you...”

Zhang Daxin pointed at Chen Nan, shaking with anger, and bellowed, ”Do you even know you’re a student! I’m your teacher, how dare you speak to me like that!?”

Chen Nan nodded, and said indifferently, ”What’s with all the excitement? Of course, I know you’re a teacher. If you weren’t my teacher, I would have slapped you by now.”

With those words, the whole class erupted.

They’d seen arrogant students, but never one this arrogant.

Many of them secretly gave Chen Nan a thumbs up, especially Zhu Bajie and Zhang Jiangyi, who were banging on the desks and shouting their approval, which infuriated Zhang Daxin to the point where his face turned an iron blue, and he couldn’t help but slap the desk and roar again.

”I can’t teach this class anymore! Let the Principal find someone else!”

Then he grabbed his textbook and stormed out of the classroom in a fury.

But, just as he reached the doorway, he ran right into Principal Yang Shan, who was inspecting the discipline of the classes.

”Teacher Zhang, what’s going on?”

Seeing Zhang Daxin charging out with a face full of rage, Yang Shan asked in confusion.

Zhang Daxin, who was already quite angry, immediately felt a surge of joy. He had been worrying about how to deal with Chen Nan, and now that he had run into the Principal, things would be much easier. As long as he told the Principal about Chen Nan’s misconduct, the boy would have to be expelled!

Zhang Daxin couldn’t contain his excitement and quickly said, ”Principal Yang, your timing is perfect. These students in Class Nine are simply unbearable. It’s bad enough they don’t listen in class, but they also insult me and oppose me in every way. I can’t handle them anymore.”

On hearing this, Yang Shan too was filled with indignation.

A bunch of students, daring to ride roughshod over a teacher? This was unacceptable!

”It looks like I need to set things straight!” said Yang Shan as he led the way into the Class Nine classroom, his gaze sweeping over the students. ”Teacher Zhang, who is so bold?”

”It’s him, Chen Nan!”

Zhang Daxin pointed at Chen Nan with a touch of triumph in his voice.

Chen Nan?

Upon hearing that name, Yang Shan felt a shiver through his body, and his face instantly darkened.

He would never forget, the last time he was having a tryst in his car on the levee, it was this Chen Nan from Class Nine who had snapped pictures of him, and even blackmailed him for three thousand yuan!

Perhaps, there were two Chen Nans in Class Nine?

Yang Shan silently prayed in his heart, but when he followed the direction Zhang Daxin was pointing in, he felt an icy chill through his whole being, as if someone had poured a bucket of ice water on him from head to foot. Bone-chilling cold!

It really is him again!

Right now, Principal Yang’s face was truly darker than that of Judge Bao, with the video in Chen Nan’s possession, he definitely dared not punish Chen Nan. But for such a student who had no respect for discipline, if he didn’t deal with him properly, who would fear him in the future?

What to do? What to do? Damn it, what should he do?

As Principal Yang was struggling with his dilemma, Zhang Daxin, who was completely oblivious to his impending doom, opened his mouth—

”Principal, did you see that? It’s this student, he was whispering sweet nothings with his deskmate Su Qingqing during my class, and when I called him out, he cursed at me. He has no respect for his elders. A student like him is a scourge to the class; I suggest we expel him!”

Looking at Chen Nan’s smiling face, Principal Yang’s mouth twitched, caught between a rock and a hard place.

He knew himself that Chen Nan was no good; otherwise, he wouldn’t have secretively recorded him, engaging in such despicable acts.

But what could he do about Chen Nan?

Clearing his throat, Principal Yang said, ”Chen Nan, is everything Zhang teacher said true?”

”Nonsense, pure nonsense,” Chen Nan replied with an air of nonchalance, defending himself: ”The whole class knows Su Qingqing is my cousin. How could I possibly be in a relationship with her?”

Cousin?

Zhang Daxin’s heart sank, cursing himself for being too hasty, and quickly said, ”Even if you two weren’t flirting, you were talking during class, disrupting classroom discipline, and you also verbally abused me. You must admit to these, right?”

”To impose a crime upon someone, there will always be a pretext,” Chen Nan shook his head and said, ”I’ve always been listening attentively in class, never speaking out of turn. It’s clear you have a problem with me and are deliberately picking on me. Now in front of the principal, you even have the nerve to turn the tables on me. Teacher Zhang, there should be a limit to human decency!”

Zhang Daxin was nearly livid with rage—this guy was actually playing the victim and shifting the blame onto him!

”You’re talking nonsense, making absurd arguments!” Zhang Daxin’s face was filled with anger, and he scanned the class saying, ”Everyone bear witness for me; I’m speaking the truth.”

The classroom was dead silent; no one testified.

It wasn’t that they lacked a sense of justice, but rather that Zhang Daxin was unpopular.

Moreover, who was Chen Nan? He was someone who could tame the two school bullies Zhao Ming and Xiao Jianren, and even made Jiang Xiaomi chase after him. Who would dare to offend him? Only a fool would!

Chen Nan sighed and scanned the class, saying, ”My fellow classmates, is there anyone willing to testify for me?”

No sooner had he finished speaking than Zhu Bajie and Zhang Jiangyi sprang to their feet, loudly agreeing that what Chen Nan had said was true, while Zhang Daxin was spouting complete nonsense.

”You’re talking through your hat!”

Zhang Daxin nearly fainted from anger, unable to restrain his swearing.

He could never have imagined that there would be students framing him, a teacher, on behalf of Chen Nan!

Principal Yang looked displeased, scanning Zhang Daxin, ”Teacher Zhang, mind your language! Do you have anything else to say?”

”I...”

Zhang Daxin sensed the situation turning sour and hurriedly said, ”Principal, don’t listen to their nonsense; they’re obviously in cahoots. What I’m saying is the truth, you have to believe me!”

Principal Yang snorted coldly, said irritably, ”Teacher Zhang, you’re supposed to be a role model, educating the students, yet here you are slandering your own students. You say Chen Nan insulted you, did anyone in the class testify for you? That’s laughable. Chen Nan has been virtuous since his youth, he respects his elders—just recently I saw him helping an elderly lady across the road, chopping firewood and carrying water for lonely old people. With such character, how could he possibly insult a teacher?”

Zhang Daxin stood there stupefied, utterly dumbfounded.

He couldn’t understand what had gotten into Principal Yang—had he been kicked in the head by a donkey, or had he gotten his head stuck in a door?
