From the glass ceiling of Las Noches, Yusuke Uchiha gazed up at Hueco Mundo’s perpetually night-shrouded sky. Unusually, the moon, typically a crescent, was full.

”What a beautiful night sky!” Yusuke Uchiha remarked, his voice laced with genuine wonder.

Baraggan Louisenbairn and Mayuri Kurotsuchi exchanged a fleeting glance, unable to comprehend what aspect of Hueco Mundo’s starless expanse Yusuke Uchiha found so captivating.

As their gaze shifted skyward, however, a spectacle unfolded that would leave them utterly speechless.

The once-white moon now emanated a crimson glow, its surface adorned with a mesmerizing pattern of concentric waves. At the very heart of these waves, a fiery cross-shaped star blazed intensely.

Having previously witnessed the unique patterns within Yusuke Uchiha’s eyes, both Baraggan Louisenbairn and Mayuri Kurotsuchi instantly recognized the undeniable link between this celestial transformation and the enigmatic figure seated upon the throne before them.

Nevertheless, they struggled to fathom the sheer magnitude of power that would be required to effect such a dramatic alteration in the moon’s appearance.

Had they possessed the Rinnegan and commanded sufficient Reiatsu, they would have been capable of projecting the Rinnegan’s distinctive pattern onto the lunar surface. It is important to note that such an ability would not entail an actual transformation of the moon’s physical form, but rather a projection of an image onto its surface by means of the user’s ocular power.

Naturally, Yusuke Uchiha elected not to provide his subordinates with an explanation for this extraordinary phenomenon.

For a ruler, maintaining an aura of mystery serves to inspire greater reverence and obedience among one’s subjects.

”From this moment forward,” Yusuke Uchiha declared, his voice resonating with unwavering authority, ”the entirety of Hueco Mundo shall fall under my unwavering surveillance!”

Although Yusuke Uchiha’s enhanced vision, facilitated by his manipulation of the moon, granted him the ability to perceive all events occurring within his expanded field of vision, his capacity to process the vast influx of information was limited by the inherent constraints of his soul’s cognitive abilities.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of events transpiring within any given region, Yusuke Uchiha would be compelled to concentrate his gaze upon that specific area.

Meanwhile, Baraggan Louisenbairn, humbled and subdued, bowed his once-proud head, completely submitting to the overwhelming power and commanding presence of Yusuke Uchiha. ℴ

Mayuri Kurotsuchi, on the other hand, exhibited a look of profound admiration, his eyes radiating an intense desire to delve into the mysteries of Yusuke Uchiha’s extraordinary ocular abilities.

Observing the contrasting reactions of his two subordinates, Yusuke Uchiha sighed inwardly. While Baraggan Louisenbairn’s submission appeared genuine, Mayuri Kurotsuchi’s inherent rebellious spirit presented a far more formidable challenge to subdue.

Indeed, Yusuke Uchiha reflected, those individuals blessed with exceptional talent often possess a pronounced reluctance to yield to the authority of others.

As Yusuke Uchiha projected the power of his Rinnegan onto the moon of Hueco Mundo, the entirety of the Hollow population witnessed this extraordinary spectacle. Overwhelmed by uncertainty and apprehension, most Hollows were gripped by fear, fearing the onset of some cataclysmic event within Hueco Mundo.

Nestled within a grove of uniquely shaped, spiky trees, four modest dwellings, constructed from white sandstone, stood in Starrk contrast to the typical landscape of Hueco Mundo.

The vast majority of Hollows lead a nomadic existence, characterized by constant migration, relentless combat, and the consumption of their brethren. They rarely establish permanent settlements, let alone construct dwellings of the type typically associated with human or Shinigami habitation.

Before these four structures, four female Hollows stood poised, their attention directed skyward. These were Harribel and her loyal companions.

They, too, were observing the extraordinary celestial phenomenon that had just unfolded.

Of this quartet, Harribel stood out, her entire form encased in pristine white bone armor. A massive bone sword was strapped to her back, and beneath her slender, hawk-like eyes, a formidable set of teeth, reminiscent of a shark’s, protruded from her jaw.

Although she had not yet undergone the transformation into an Arrancar, her physical form was virtually indistinguishable from that of a human female. Her exceptionally well-developed pectoral muscles were particularly striking.

The three Hollows accompanying Harribel possessed distinct physical attributes: Apacci, slender of frame and adorned with a prominent horn upon her head; Sung-Sun, distinguished by her serpentine tail; and Mila Rose, tall and athletic, with flowing brown hair.

These three Hollows had been rescued by Harribel from the clutches of other Hollows, and following their rescue, they had become her steadfast companions.

Upon Harribel’s transformation into an Arrancar and subsequent alignment with Aizen’s forces, they officially assumed the roles of Harribel’s Fraccion. However, the bonds of friendship and loyalty between these four individuals remained as strong as ever.

”Harribel-san,” Sung-Sun inquired, her gaze fixed upon the heavens, ”do you believe that this extraordinary transformation of the moon portends some significant event?”

Apacci and Mila Rose, upon hearing Sung-Sun’s question, directed their anxious gazes towards Harribel, awaiting her response. Harribel, however, responded with a gentle smile.

”Regardless of the nature of the events that may unfold,” Harribel reassured her companions, her voice soft yet resolute, ”I shall ensure your safety and well-being!”

Although Harribel’s shark-like teeth, a feature that remained even before her transformation into an Arrancar, presented a rather fearsome and intimidating aspect, her three companions remained unfazed, each expressing their unwavering determination to protect Harribel, the leader they deeply respected.

At that very moment, a peculiar vortex materialized before them, from which emerged a man attired in a striking ensemble: glasses perched upon his nose, a haori—a type of over-robe—with a white base and black trim draped over his shoulders, and a crow perched confidently upon his shoulder.

”A Shinigami?” Harribel exclaimed, her voice laced with suspicion. ”What reason could you possibly have for appearing in Hueco Mundo?”

Observing the enigmatic Shinigami before her, whose origins remained shrouded in mystery, Harribel positioned herself in front of her companions, her expression one of vigilant alertness.

The individual who had materialized before them was none other than Yusuke Uchiha, and his purpose in appearing before Harribel and her companions was to recruit them into his burgeoning organization.

”Tier Harribel,” Yusuke Uchiha began, his voice measured and courteous, his expression one of affable cordiality, ”it is my distinct honor to extend to you an invitation to join the ranks of Las Noches.”

Harribel’s brow furrowed in response to Yusuke Uchiha’s proposition. ”Are you perchance a subordinate of Baraggan Louisenbairn?” she inquired, her tone skeptical. ”Convey to him my utter lack of interest in joining his forces. I must confess, however, that the presence of a Shinigami among his ranks is a rather unexpected development.”

A subtle smirk played upon Yusuke Uchiha’s lips. ”To be precise,” he corrected, ”Baraggan Louisenbairn is my subordinate. And given my personal presence here, the possibility of your refusal is no longer a viable option.”

”Baraggan Louisenbairn is your subordinate?” Harribel repeated, her voice tinged with disbelief.

Upon hearing Yusuke Uchiha’s assertion, Harribel remained uncertain as to the veracity of his claim. Nevertheless, given the formidable aura of power that emanated from him, she recognized that a confrontation was virtually inevitable.

Detaching the massive bone sword from her back, Harribel declared, her voice firm and resolute, ”I harbor no intention of joining Las Noches. I implore you to depart immediately, lest you compel me to resort to more forceful measures.”

Yusuke Uchiha responded with a gentle smile. ”Then, Harribel,” he proposed, his voice measured and calm, ”permit me to witness the full extent of your formidable capabilities.”

Upon hearing Yusuke Uchiha’s challenge, Harribel, fully aware that a confrontation was now unavoidable, composed herself and executed the signature technique of the Arrancar: Sonīdo. In an instant, she materialized beside Yusuke Uchiha, her bone sword descending in a swift, powerful arc.

Sonīdo, a hallmark technique of the Arrancar, functions in a manner analogous to the Shunpo technique employed by the Shinigami, granting the user the ability to move at extraordinary speeds.

However, it is important to note that the utilization of Sonīdo is not exclusively limited to Arrancar; the vast majority of Hollows simply lack the requisite power and control over their Reiatsu to execute this technique prior to their transformation into Arrancar.

Although Yusuke Uchiha harbored a strong inclination to employ the same technique he had utilized to effortlessly deflect Baraggan Louisenbairn’s axe—that is, to intercept Harribel’s bone sword with his bare hand—the sheer immensity of the weapon proved to be a significant impediment. The weapon’s size rendered it impossible for him to grasp it effectively with a single hand.

With a decisive movement, Yusuke Uchiha drew his Zanpakutō, positioning it across his chest to serve as a formidable barrier against Harribel’s forceful blow.

The effortless manner in which Yusuke Uchiha parried Harribel’s attack instilled a sense of foreboding within Harribel and her companions.

As a Vasto Lorde-class Hollow, Harribel had, for all intents and purposes, reigned supreme within Hueco Mundo, encountering virtually no opponents capable of challenging her dominance.

Starrk, widely recognized as the most powerful of the Vasto Lorde, was a solitary figure, devoid of any inclination towards conflict, and he had never engaged in combat with any other Hollow. Consequently, his existence remained largely unknown to the vast majority of Hollows inhabiting Hueco Mundo.

Ulquiorra Cifer, whose very essence embodied the concept of ”emptiness,” had been ostracized by his peers due to his unique and unsettling appearance, leading him to retreat into the seclusion of the desolate forest known as the ”Empty Forest,” where he spent his days in quiet contemplation.

Within the known population of Vasto Lorde inhabiting Hueco Mundo, only Harribel and Baraggan Louisenbairn, the former ruler of this desolate realm, could be considered to be of comparable stature.

Therefore, having never previously engaged in combat with Baraggan Louisenbairn, Harribel had, until this very moment, encountered no opponent capable of matching her formidable power.

Never before had any adversary been able to withstand the full force of her bone sword’s devastating blow without faltering or retreating.
