As Hashirama Senju completed the jutsu, countless tree roots burst from the earth, each tipped with enormous flower buds, nearly the size of an adult human.

”Everyone, be careful,” Hashirama Senju warned. ”This jutsu, like ’Wood Release: Advent of a World of Flowering Trees,’ can control you, absorb your chakra, and, once mature, these buds release paralyzing pollen.”

His words barely left his mouth when a massive wave of roots swept towards Kabuto Yakushi and the arriving Konoha ninjas. The giant buds burst open, releasing a cloud of pink pollen that drifted towards them.

Kabuto Yakushi, still protected within his Earth Release: Hiding in Earth Technique, was shielded from the encroaching roots. Seizing this opportunity, Kabuto Yakushi rapidly formed hand seals.

”Sage Art: Great Wind Break!”

A powerful gale erupted, dispersing the pollen. However, the flowers continued to release more pollen; it couldn’t be completely eliminated unless all the buds were destroyed.

Seeing this, Kabuto Yakushi shouted, ”I’ll maintain this jutsu to protect everyone from the pollen. Quickly subdue the First Hokage. I can only hold this for three minutes.”

Upon hearing Kabuto Yakushi’s urgent announcement, the Konoha ninjas immediately sprang into action, launching a concerted offensive against Hashirama Senju.

Minato Namikaze hurled a Flying Thunder kunai towards Hashirama Senju, who stood perched atop the colossal wooden golem. With his hands resting on Kakashi Hatake’s and Jiraiya’s shoulders, Minato Namikaze instantaneously teleported himself and his two comrades onto the golem’s surface.

Simultaneously, Izumi, accompanied by Itachi Uchiha and Tsunade, utilized the ”Heart Flash” technique to join Minato Namikaze and his allies.

The six Konoha ninjas now surrounded Hashirama Senju, forming a decisively advantageous six-on-one encirclement.

Konan initially intended to utilize her Paper Release wings to swiftly reach another section of the battlefield to provide support, but Kabuto Yakushi’s ongoing maintenance of the ”Great Wind Break” technique resulted in the entire area being subjected to a powerful gale, rendering her Paper Release wings ineffective for flight.

Gazing upon the six Konoha ninjas who had encircled him, Hashirama Senju erupted into a hearty laugh. ”To think that even in death, I would be afforded such an exhilarating and invigorating battle! Truly, it is a most exhilarating experience. However, I do sincerely apologize for causing you all so much trouble!”

Having spoken these words, Hashirama Senju, his countenance devoid of any hint of remorse or apology, brought his hands together before his chest, and the distinctive markings associated with Sage Mode materialized upon his face.

Having barely transitioned into Sage Mode, Hashirama Senju subtly tilted his head to the side, and a torrent of black flames erupted from the tree roots behind him. In that fleeting instant, he had successfully evaded Itachi Uchiha’s targeted ”Amaterasu” technique, which had been aimed directly at his head.

”Truly terrifying flames,” Hashirama Senju remarked with genuine admiration.

Before his words had even fully dissipated, the Amaterasu flames were completely neutralized by the chakra-absorbing capabilities of the Wood Release technique inherent in the tree roots, gradually fading from view.

With a resounding boom, Tsunade materialized instantaneously beside Hashirama Senju, unleashing her prodigious strength to create a sizable crater beneath Hashirama Senju’s feet.

”Little Tsunade,” Hashirama Senju chuckled, ”your strength has become truly formidable since your childhood!”

Having effortlessly evaded Tsunade’s devastating punch, Hashirama Senju swiftly seized her arm, hurling her forcefully outwards, creating yet another crater of comparable size in the network of tree roots.

Simultaneously, the surrounding tree roots aggressively entangled Tsunade, who had been thrown into the crater. Had it not been for Jiraiya’s timely intervention, which enabled Tsunade to extricate herself from the perilous situation, Tsunade would have undoubtedly been incapacitated.

Meanwhile, Minato Namikaze and Kakashi Hatake launched simultaneous attacks from either flank against Hashirama Senju. Kakashi Hatake’s lightning-imbued chakra blade sliced towards Hashirama Senju’s head, while Minato Namikaze’s Rasengan targeted Hashirama Senju’s abdomen.

Hashirama Senju, having activated Sage Mode, possessed an exceptionally acute awareness of his surroundings, instantly perceiving the nature of these stealth attacks.

”Remarkable speed, indeed!” Hashirama Senju exclaimed with a chuckle.

With astonishing speed, Hashirama Senju deftly evaded Kakashi Hatake’s slashing attack, simultaneously seizing Minato Namikaze’s arm and redirecting his Rasengan towards Itachi Uchiha, who was charging towards him with his Susanoo activated.

Unbeknownst to Hashirama Senju, Minato Namikaze had seized this opportune moment to discreetly affix a Flying Thunder mark onto Hashirama Senju’s body.

As Itachi Uchiha prepared to sheathe his Sword of Totsuka, having observed Minato Namikaze being propelled towards him by Hashirama Senju, he was suddenly alerted to the fact that Minato Namikaze had tossed a Flying Thunder kunai in his direction, accompanied by a subtle signal.

Itachi Uchiha immediately understood Minato Namikaze’s intentions. He continued to thrust his Sword of Totsuka towards Minato Namikaze, while Minato Namikaze, in rapid succession, executed two stages of the Flying Thunder God Technique.

First, Minato Namikaze utilized the Flying Thunder mark that he had surreptitiously affixed to Hashirama Senju’s body to seize Hashirama Senju. Simultaneously, he employed the second stage of the Flying Thunder God Technique to teleport Hashirama Senju to the precise location where the Flying Thunder kunai had been directed towards Itachi Uchiha.

In that fleeting instant, Hashirama Senju, who had just propelled Izumi and Kakashi Hatake away, found himself positioned directly before Itachi Uchiha’s Susanoo, armed with the Sword of Totsuka.

Without the slightest hesitation, Itachi Uchiha’s Susanoo thrust the Sword of Totsuka into Hashirama Senju, who was caught completely off guard, while Minato Namikaze, seizing this opportune moment, once again employed the Flying Thunder God Technique to escape to a safe distance.

”We’ve succeeded!” Izumi exclaimed joyfully, her voice brimming with elation. ”Itachi Uchiha’s Susanoo, wielding the Sword of Totsuka, has successfully sealed away the First Hokage’s soul!”

As Izumi had accurately predicted, Hashirama Senju’s soul was extracted from his Edo Tensei body by the Sword of Totsuka, and his Edo Tensei body subsequently crumbled into ashes.

With Hashirama Senju’s soul having been successfully extracted from his Edo Tensei body, the ”Nativity of a World of Flowering Trees” jutsu immediately dissipated.

Although a considerable number of tree roots remained rooted firmly in the ground, the flower buds, deprived of the sustaining chakra, withered and crumbled, rendering them incapable of releasing their toxic pollen.

Kabuto Yakushi, having deactivated both the ”Great Wind Break” technique and his Sage Mode, approached the assembled Konoha ninjas, his expression one of profound admiration and respect.

”Truly deserving of the title of ’God of Shinobi’,” Kabuto Yakushi exclaimed, his voice filled with awe. ”The First Hokage possessed virtually no discernible weaknesses, and his mastery of each and every technique had reached the pinnacle of ninja prowess. Had you not arrived to provide support at this critical juncture, I fear that I would have been unable to sustain my efforts for much longer.”

The Edo Tensei technique had been successfully neutralized, and Itachi Uchiha released Hashirama Senju’s soul from the confines of the Sword of Totsuka. Bereft of its physical vessel, Hashirama Senju’s soul gradually transformed into a radiant white light, gently ascending towards the heavens.

At that very moment, a sudden and violent tremor shook the earth, and the assembled ninjas perceived an extraordinarily powerful gravitational force that seemed to be drawing them all upwards, as if attempting to lift them into the sky.

As this irresistible force progressively intensified, the assembled ninjas found it increasingly difficult to maintain control over their own bodies.

”What is happening?” one of the ninjas exclaimed in alarm.

”This force... it seems to be emanating from the sky,” another ninja observed.

Amidst the palpable sense of apprehension and uncertainty that had gripped the assembled ninjas, a spatial vortex materialized before their very eyes, and Yusuke Uchiha emerged from its swirling depths.

Without a word, Yusuke Uchiha swiftly seized Izumi, who was utterly bewildered by the sudden turn of events, and transported her back to the location where he had been engaged in battle with Madara Uchiha.

Gazing upon the vast expanse of molten magma that had engulfed a considerable portion of the surrounding terrain, Izumi could not help but express her astonishment at the sheer scale of the environmental devastation wrought by the battle between Yusuke Uchiha and Madara Uchiha.

”Izumi,” Yusuke Uchiha declared, his tone firm and resolute, ”at this critical juncture, it is only your ’Eye-Seeing Slash’ technique that holds the potential to thwart Madara Uchiha’s plans.”
