”Just who are you? What is your purpose in coming to Las Noches?” Baraggan Louisenbairn asked, his tone grave.

Slowly removing his Hollow mask, Yusuke Uchiha smiled. ”I am Uchiha Yusuke. From this moment, I am the new master of Las Noches.”

Yusuke Uchiha had worn the mask to prevent anyone from Soul Society from seeing his face. Now, preparing to unify Hueco Mundo, Hueco Mundo was his own backyard, so the mask was unnecessary.

Mayuri Kurotsuchi, beside Yusuke Uchiha, saw Yusuke Uchiha’s face and learned his name for the first time.

Baraggan Louisenbairn erupted in furious laughter. ”You, a mere Shinigami, dare to rule Hueco Mundo? This is a joke! Witness the true power of a Vasto Lorde!”

Immediately, Baraggan Louisenbairn used his bony hand to draw a battle-axe from his purple robe. A golden chain connected the axe’s end to a void within the robe, like a black hole.

”Gran Caída!”

He swung the golden chain, hurling the axe at Yusuke Uchiha.

The axe, propelled by immense Reiatsu, flew towards Yusuke Uchiha, who seemed to make no reaction.

Mayuri Kurotsuchi, behind Yusuke Uchiha, paled. Not yet possessing Bankai, he was powerless against this attack.

Baraggan Louisenbairn’s officers looked pleased, certain their master’s attack would subdue their opponent. Yusuke Uchiha’s lack of reaction only increased their confidence.

However, what followed was unacceptable to everyone except Yusuke Uchiha.

”A powerful blow, indeed. Baraggan Louisenbairn, I permit you to become my subordinate.”

Yusuke Uchiha casually caught the axe blade with his left hand, smiling.

Yusuke Uchiha now understood why Aizen enjoyed catching blades barehanded—it was undeniably effective for intimidation.

Baraggan Louisenbairn, while strong, was only mid-Captain level before becoming an Arrancar.

For Yusuke Uchiha, stopping the attack with his Reiatsu was effortless.

He tossed the axe back to Baraggan Louisenbairn and slowly walked towards him.

Baraggan Louisenbairn felt a surge of both anger and fear. His opponent’s Reiatsu far surpassed his own, yet he still possessed even greater power!

”Gran Caída!”

Killing intent flashed in his empty eye sockets. Black mist erupted from Baraggan Louisenbairn, spreading rapidly.

Everything the mist touched—stone, sand, any substance—aged and disintegrated into dust.

This black mist was Baraggan Louisenbairn’s inherent power, representing Age Acceleration.

Everything ages; this mist drastically accelerated the process, causing rapid disintegration.

Against weaker opponents, this power was utterly overwhelming. Against opponents with comparable Reiatsu, it gave Baraggan Louisenbairn a significant advantage. But against someone with vastly superior Reiatsu, it was merely a flashy display.

Yusuke Uchiha calmly drew his Zanpakutō and made a slight forward motion.

An incredibly sharp wave of Reiatsu erupted, cleaving the spreading black mist in two.

”Baraggan Louisenbairn, your time is running out. If you haven’t submitted by the time I reach you, Hueco Mundo will be one Vasto Lorde short.”

With a gentle smile, Yusuke Uchiha, Zanpakutō in hand, continued his unhurried advance towards Baraggan Louisenbairn’s throne.

Gazing into Yusuke Uchiha’s eyes, with their strange patterns, Baraggan Louisenbairn sensed the underlying killing intent.

Those eyes seemed to say, ”Refuse, and I will utterly annihilate you.”

Despite being the nominal king of Hueco Mundo, wielding the power of a power akin to death itself—Baraggan Louisenbairn’s greatest fear was, ironically, death.

Confronted by Yusuke Uchiha’s Reiatsu, heavy with the promise of death, Baraggan Louisenbairn finally yielded.

”I surrender. You are the new king of Hueco Mundo!”

Recalling the black mist, Baraggan Louisenbairn knelt and bowed respectfully.

His officers followed suit, collapsing to their knees in defeat. They had strained against Yusuke Uchiha’s Reiatsu, but with their master’s submission, further resistance was futile.

”Congratulations. You made the right choice,” Yusuke Uchiha said, smiling.

Though Yusuke Uchiha’s expression was gentle, Baraggan Louisenbairn saw a different meaning in his eyes—a sense of regret that Baraggan Louisenbairn had chosen submission, for it had spared him immediate death.

This was, of course, a genjutsu illusion created by Yusuke Uchiha, amplified by his overwhelming Reiatsu. Under such pressure, the illusion easily instilled deep-seated fear.

In the original story, Aizen subdued Baraggan Louisenbairn, but Baraggan Louisenbairn remained resentful, throwing his axe at Aizen before his death.

Aizen, with his deep cunning, was aware of Baraggan Louisenbairn’s resentment, yet he simply disregarded it.

Yusuke Uchiha, however, was proactive, understanding that even small problems could escalate. While Baraggan Louisenbairn posed no immediate threat, any covert acts of defiance could cause significant trouble.

Therefore, Yusuke Uchiha subtly used genjutsu to implant psychological suggestions in Baraggan Louisenbairn’s mind, creating the impression that any transgression would result in immediate execution, ensuring his complete control.

Seated upon the throne, Yusuke Uchiha extended a finger, and a beam of white light shot towards the unconscious Charlotte Chuhlhourne. The light struck him, and he slowly awoke, rising from the crater he’d made.

This white light was Hadō #1, Shō, not typically used as an attack but to create a minor concussive force to assist in movements.

Upon regaining consciousness and seeing Yusuke Uchiha seated upon the throne, Charlotte let out a furious roar, springing to his feet with the intention of launching a desperate attack. However, he was swiftly restrained by Baraggan Louisenbairn’s remaining officers.

Once Charlotte had regained his composure and witnessed Baraggan Louisenbairn standing respectfully beside Yusuke Uchiha, the implications of the situation became clear. With a heavy sigh, he ceased his attempts of resistance.
