The Empress Wants a Divorce Every Day

Chapter 196: Chapter 196: Jealous of Feng Qing (Extra)

Feng Qing thought about it and felt a headache coming on. In front of her, Si Qi and Si Hua were staring blankly at their wrists.

Why did the Princess Consort give them golden bracelets again for no reason?

”Princess Consort, we can’t accept them.”

They had already received many gifts from the Princess Consort, and if it continued like this, they couldn’t even imagine how much private wealth they would have when they got married.

While it made them happy, it also made them uneasy, so they didn’t want to take them.

But Feng Qing, smiling, stopped their actions: ”Alright, I’ve already rewarded you, how can I take back what I’ve given out? That would be so embarrassing for me.”

Si Qi and Si Hua’s actions halted. The two girls no longer insisted on returning the golden bracelets to Feng Qing, though they didn’t forget to earnestly advise her.

”Princess Consort, you mustn’t casually reward your things to us servants again in the future.”

Feng Qing amusedly glanced at the two girls: ”Isn’t it good that I’m rewarding you?”

Si Qi and Si Hua, full of gratitude, said: ”We know the Princess Consort is generous, but even so, you can’t reward us like this. If you keep doing this, all of your items will end up in our pockets, which makes us uneasy.”

”Yes, Princess Consort, we know you care for us, but please don’t reward us like this anymore. For ordinary girls, getting one such item is a lifetime’s worth of joy, and you’ve already given us several.”

Feng Qing saw that the two girls were genuinely uneasy. She wasn’t rewarding them to make them uneasy, so she nodded immediately.

”Alright, I won’t do it anymore.”

She was going to leave, so there was no need to give out more rewards.

But for now, how could she avoid others and find Han Moyao of the Five Cities Military Department?

Feng Qing felt a headache, but decided not to worry about it. She thought she would first go out for a walk and then figure it out.

Feng Qing led the two girls as they left the camp, wandering around the hills near the camp. Occasionally on the road, they could see some young ladies from the Dayan Capital, strolling around in groups of three or two.

When these young ladies saw Feng Qing, they all showed a look of surprise, followed by a look of jealousy in their eyes.

Such an ugly woman had actually become the Princess Yong of Dayan, and the key point was that Prince Yong, Rong Ling, was actually very kind to her. This made them feel uncomfortable.

Feng Qing couldn’t be bothered to pay attention to these women, leading Si Qi and Si Hua as they wandered aimlessly.

As time was ticking away, she still hadn’t figured out a way to meet Han Moyao, and Feng Qing was getting irritable.

As she was feeling distressed, a few young servants walked up the mountain path ahead. As they walked, they were saying, ”Hurry and call Commander Han over. Otherwise, no one can handle the Fifth Princess. Let’s hurry.”

Watching these people walk past her, Feng Qing was intrigued. These people were going to find Han Moyao, and Han Moyao would definitely come, as the matter involved the Fifth Princess, Rong Qianjin.

The Fifth Princess Rong Qianjin was the Dog Emperor’s younger sister and the Empress Dowager’s daughter.

Han Moyao wouldn’t just stand by, and to get to the front, there was only this one mountain path, so Han Moyao would definitely come this way. All she needed to do was wait for him on this road.

Currently, her trouble was how to send away the two maids and two guards.

Feng Qing quickly came up with an idea, raising her hand to quietly remove an earring.

After a moment, Si Qi noticed that the earring on her ear was missing and exclaimed, ”Princess Consort, where’s your earring?”

Si Hua also noticed and said, ”I remember it was still on earlier. How come it’s gone now?”

Feng Qing raised her hand to touch her ear and then anxiously looked at Si Qi and Si Hua, ”You two quickly go and find it. What if someone picks it up?”

The two maids’ expressions changed, and they quickly exchanged a glance, ”We’ll go find it. Si Qi, you stay with the Princess Consort here and wait.”

Feng Qing gave Si Hua a look and said, ”I have Hong Chi and Guo Feng to protect me. You two go together. Go to where we met Madam Jing’an earlier. It might have fallen there.”
