Global Lords: I Have Information System

Chapter 388: Chapter 307: Boss Descends, Mysterious Snake [求订阅]

The mere tens of thousands of square meters of the Inner City simply cannot accommodate a team of over ten thousand people.

Not to mention there are also numerous horses and various mounts.

After all these people flooded into the Inner City, organizing an attack is out of the question—it’s even hard to move around.

Now Zong Shen’s territory resembles a rural market; some are chatting and exchanging, some are setting up stalls for trade, and some Lords are directly erupting in disputes among the crowd, quarreling like this from the start.

Fortunately, everyone is in ally mode, unable to fight or damage each other, or else the scene would be even more chaotic.

”Everyone squeezing into the city is not going to work.”

Zong Shen quickly realized the severity of the problem. In such circumstances, they’re not here to support the fight but to attend a fair; in such chaos, it’s utterly impossible to organize these Lords into an effective fighting force.

The final battlefield must be placed on the outskirts of the territory; Jiang Yi also realized this and came to Zong Shen’s side, shouting somewhat worriedly.

”My Lord, I think we should guide some of the Lords to move outside the city.”

”The regional Boss is about to arrive; continuing like this is not good.”

The surroundings were so noisy that Jiang Yi had to shout loudly for Zong Shen to hear.

Hearing this, Zong Shen nodded; he naturally knew what needed to be done now.

”The city cannot accommodate anymore, there are still dozens of meters of open space outside the city in four directions before the trench fortifications, enough to hold thousands of people.”

”You take a few people and go direct outside, first settle the newly arrived supporting Lords outside the city.”

”Inside the city will be under my care.”

At this point, there were still more than twenty minutes before the regional Boss arrives.

The inside of the city is so crowded that not to mention these reinforcements, even Zong Shen’s own men could hardly exert their combat power; there’s no other choice but to evacuate quickly.

Otherwise, once the monster swarm arrives, it will instead lead to disorder like trampling and congestion.

Currently, the scene is very similar to the tens of thousands of unorganized and undisciplined Burrow Monster swarms.

Chaos and disorder not only negate the advantage of numbers but also bring a lot of trouble.

Jiang Yi accepted the order and went off, dividing the brought Legion members into four groups, each directed toward one direction, squeezing out of the crowd, and guiding toward different directions.

Zong Shen then found Luna, Wenresa, Marie, and others in the small courtyard.

Everyone else was blocked in the crowd; fortunately, these supporting Lords cannot access any of Zong Shen Territory’s buildings or destroy any structures, all the Kobolds and farmers hid inside the Houses.

The situation was indeed terrifying, with various noises echoing around at all times.

Sounds of quarrels, chatting, discussions, footsteps, collisions—all sorts of noises gathered together, really indistinguishable from a bustling market.

”We need to quickly guide these Lords.”

”Inside the city, a mere three to four thousand Warriors can protect all four sides.”

”With so many people crowded here, it will instead affect the upcoming battle.”

”Everyone, get moving!”

Zong Shen spoke to Luna and the others, simultaneously began mobilizing Warriors from the Exploration Squad and Combat Squad to persuade the supporting Lords to leave.

As for the Kobolds, forget it; they’re too short, and being an Alien Race with looks so different from Humans, most Kobolds can’t even speak Human language. Sending them would only give these Lords a sense of resistance.

Zong Shen’s orders were quickly arranged to implement; people started moving around within the Lords, persuading and guiding very patiently.

Zong Shen wasn’t idle either; he directly contacted the Legion Commander of the Desire Legion, the Northern Europe bearded man, and still the Light Chaser Legion Commander Medina, managing to persuade them in just a few words to move north to the empty ground outside the city gates, awaiting orders.

Then he went to persuade and guide other scattered small groups of Lords gathered together.

These Aggressive type Lords were not foolish; they could see that Zong Shen’s Inner City couldn’t hold so many people, complying cooperatively with Zong Shen’s directive, heading to various directions’ outside city open grounds.

Only there could their Warriors form up; in the city, they could barely find a place to stop, let alone position for battle.

Their core aim for coming to support is to gain as much benefit as possible in the final challenge.

And not to hold a chat conference here.

Most of the persuaded Lords cooperated very well, each bringing at least six or seven Warriors, at most ten to twenty Warriors, and those still arriving Lords were directly guided outside the city.

Under such circumstances, the number of people in the city quickly cleared to half, currently, still six to seven thousand people gathered in the city, which number is still relatively high.

Some Lords were hard to persuade, even though Zong Shen was the host, and his hardpower was recognized, yet those Lords refused to cooperate. These people all had similar ideas, although knowing that crowding inside the city wouldn’t exert effective combat power, only outside the city can they have the chance to engage those Burrow Monsters head-on.

Moreover, outside the city is indeed within the Territory Defense Buildings’ range.

However, only inside the city can be counted as the safest place, thus some Lords were unwilling to cooperate.
