The Female Lead Decides to Act Wickedly

Not a Princess, yet surpassing a Princess!

When Princess Yongping was still a Commandery Princess, she was the most noble lady in the Capital City.

If the young master of Prince Qi’s Mansion is crowned as Crown Prince, she will have even more reason to flaunt her status.

”He Dian,” a rural village girl, even becoming a concubine to the Third Young Master of the Marquis Mansion wouldn’t be easy.

Now, she only needs to nod and tacitly agree to Wei Yong’s House’s words, and she could replace Princess Yongping and become the most esteemed noble lady of the Dafeng Dynasty, without compare!

Such a huge temptation, surely no one in the world could resist it.

Wei Yong’s House’s eyes were full of madness, and her heart was firmly convinced—

This ”He Dian” was ambitious and full of schemes.

Even without opportunities, she could create them to climb up.

Now, Wei Yong’s House had practically placed the ladder at her feet. ”He Dian” only needs to lightly lift her foot to step onto the high official position.

As long as He Dian isn’t stupid or crazy, she won’t refuse.

He Tiantian: ... I’d have to be stupid and crazy to agree to collude with you. This is seeking a tiger’s skin as cover; even if I became a Commandery Princess, I would be blackmailed and extorted by Wei Yong’s House!

He Tiantian would never do such a foolish thing that makes her subject to others!

Wanting wealth and status, to become a person above others, He Tiantian can completely rely on herself, rather than using these unrefined deceitful tactics!

”No! I’ve already said, there’s absolutely no way I’m Prince Qi’s Consort’s daughter!”

”I am very clear about my lineage, I am a child of the He Family!”

Why is He Tiantian so certain? Because the original owner has known her own lineage since childhood.

She indeed isn’t Mr. He’s daughter, but his biological niece.

Mr. He had a sister, who in her youth privately committed to a young scholar, and they even tasted the Forbidden Fruit.

The scholar promised to come back and marry her once he achieved prestigious titles.

However, he left and never returned.

The scholar didn’t become a heartless manipulator after achieving success; he died from a cold along the way to his examination, leaving everything unfinished.

He Family’s aunt was left pregnant.

Though they lived in a remote mountain village, bypassing strict societal norms.

For survival, a widow could remarry, a woman cast aside could live and marry anew.

But, being pregnant out of wedlock was still intolerable.

He Family’s aunt remembered the scholar’s promise, and stubbornly refused to abort the child.

Mr. He was helpless, but he loved his younger sister whom he had raised himself.

So he had his wife pretend to be pregnant, and made up an excuse to move the family to the foot of the mountain away from the village.

Months later, He Family’s aunt gave birth to a girl.

Mr. He ran joyfully to the village to announce, ”My wife has given birth, it’s a baby girl, fair and plump, so pretty!”

The villagers: ... A liability, but you’re this joyful?

However, with Mr. He’s proclamation, everyone in the village knew the He Family had a daughter named He Dian.

When He Dian was three, He Family’s aunt finally received news of her lover’s death, which she couldn’t bear, ultimately succumbing to depression.

Mr. He was deeply saddened, although he blamed her for caring only about love affairs and neglecting her family, she was still his own sister.

He arranged her funeral and buried her beside their parents’ graves.

With his sister gone, Mr. He cherished the only child she left behind, He Dian.

Soon after, Mrs. He died in childbirth, leaving only Mr. He and He Dian reliant on each other.

Mr. He treated He Dian very well, no one doubted that he wasn’t He Dian’s real father.

It wasn’t until Mr. He’s deathbed, he clutching the weeping He Dian’s hand, haltingly told her, ”...Your aunt is your mother, I am your uncle!”

Mr. He had indeed been to the Capital City, but he didn’t bring back any baby girl from there.

As for Mrs. He, she only ”gave birth” to one child, and that was He Dian.

Therefore, He Tiantian was very certain, the original owner’s lineage had no issues!

Wei Yong’s House: ... Damn it, even knowing it’s fake, you wouldn’t fight for power?!

He Tiantian remained resolute, not to mention cooperation, she was one step away from reporting Wei Yong’s House.

Wei Yong’s House dared not persist, intentionally showed disappointment, muttering: ”Indeed, back then in the ruined temple there were several others, if not you, maybe someone else—”

So, the fake lady plot, Wei Yong’s House was unwilling to abandon.

But, finding someone resembling ”He Dian”, oh no, someone like Prince Qi’s Consort’s looks wasn’t easy!

Wei Yong’s House was already ambitious due to this plan, she truly didn’t want to give up unless absolutely necessary.
