Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 1181 -696: Mega Steelix

There have already been two precedents of Pokémon super evolution.

It’s now the third one’s turn, and Baimu is already familiar with the process.

Unfortunately, being familiar with the process is useless; whether super evolution succeeds or not still depends on his bond with Steelix.

“Hopefully it will go smoothly…”

He took out the Key Stone, feeling it resonating with Steelix’s Super Stone, with an imperceptible glow inside.

This is one of the proofs that the bond is in place.

Prior to this, the Key Stone had always remained in a dormant state.

It shows how big the disadvantage can be when separated from Pokémon for a long time.

Mawile’s joining time wasn’t much earlier than Steelix’s, just one or two months if you calculate carefully, whereas Steelix had been fighting alongside him against various forces like the Evil Dog Team since joining the team.

In the Ergin Forces invasion battle, it also fought side by side with Baimu, Aggron, and other Pokémon, playing a crucial role.

It’s not an exaggeration to say they have a camaraderie where they live and die together.

Yet such a Pokémon, Baimu only now meets the threshold for its super evolution; Aggron and Mawile have already started the next stage of super evolution training.

“Let’s begin.”

“Roar!”

The Giant Steelix lowered its car-like head, its bronze-colored eyes showing some anticipation.

Blissey stood nearby, watching them nervously.

“Happy~”

If Steelix suddenly goes berserk like Mawile did during its first super evolution, it could protect the Trainer.

As for climbing mountains…

To be honest, Blissey isn’t very interested in it; it only wishes to stay by the Trainer’s side, with no demands for the living environment.

“Pory!”

Porygon II also emerged from the phone.

It stood on the other side of Baimu, its tail connected to the phone like a data cable, its eyes shining as it activated the video recording function.

Dragapult blinked from under a rock’s shadow.

Between the foothills.

All around was silent.

Baimu’s mood returned to calm, closing his eyes while gripping the Key Stone, Steelix mimicked him, mentally perceiving each other’s presence and transforming impressions into tangible images, infinitely magnifying them in his mind.

Normal super evolution focuses on heart-to-heart integration, with the Trainer and Pokémon’s synergy enhancing the potential power of super evolution.

Therefore.

Despite having Aggron and Aerodactyl, Da Wu, not lacking the corresponding Evolution Stones, usually only allows Metagross to super evolve.

He had privately advised Baimu to concentrate on developing and researching the super evolution of one kind of Pokémon.

Too much greed leads to failure.

Though Baimu understands this principle, he is unwilling to give up the possibility of his Pokémon progressing to the next stage.

At most, he might be a little tired; he has no interest or hobbies outside cultivating Pokémon!

“Here it comes!”

He opened his eyes, familiar vibrations filled his heart, and the slightly glowing Key Stone now shone brightly like a spotlight.

Baimu looked at the affected Steelix ahead and asked, “Are you ready?”

“Roar!”

“Great! Embrace your new self! Super evolution!”

He tightly gripped the Key Stone, Steelix’s presence became exceptionally strong, the surrounding environment blurred, leaving only an exceptionally clear image of it.

Crash!

Chains radiating electric light shot out, Steelix glowing with brilliant colors, emitting lightning-like chain beams flying from its head, colliding thunderously, locking tightly, transmitting tsunami-like vast energy between them!

Bang!

The energy dispersion formed a storm-like airwave, blowing Baimu’s hair and clothes.

“Roar——!!”

Steelix raised its dragon-like frame, its gigantic head facing the sky, changing rapidly with the resounding roar echoing across the mountain range!

Baimu’s even and calm breathing suddenly became swift and heavy, recovering after a few seconds: “The third time with mental pressure appearing, but much lighter than the previous two times?”

He practiced the Superpower User’s meditation technique every day, though it didn’t grant him telekinesis, his willpower has noticeably strengthened compared to before.

Perhaps the changes in Divine Heart have a certain connection with it?

Baimu briefly zoned out, quickly returned his attention to the front, where Steelix’s form grew once again.

Amid the radiance.

This guy’s width, length, and height have all increased compared to its normal form, with its massive jaw expanding outward, extending six steel bars resembling excavator bucket teeth, the top of its head sunken, resembling a broken H-shape.

Turning to four sharp prickle points of lateral steel bones and the tail’s surface cracked, transforming into irregular metal fragments rotating around its neck.

Hexagonal ring patterns of glowing blue appeared on both sides of the connecting big rock.

When the glow dissipated, the fractured surface of lateral steel bones revealed a jade-like material, as did the tip of its tail.

A huge seven-colored genetic image appeared and vanished on its forehead.

“Ha… Grr…”

Steelix’s voice now resembles metallic oscillation echoes, Baimu looked at its eyes, his expression suddenly changed.

“Retreat!”

He shouted softly, quickly distancing himself from Steelix.

Blissey and Porygon II were a step slower, not because of lack of reaction, but wanting to protect him by standing in front.

The next moment.

“Roar——”

Steelix bellowed, its raised upper body crashing down like a toppled mountain!

Thud!!

The ground violently shook as if hit by a mortar, raising clouds of dust.

“Rrrra!”

Hydreigon, hearing the sound, sped from afar, frantically flapping its wings to disperse the smoke, then saw the Trainer half-squatting on Steelix’s bucket teeth, palm tightly pressing its brow.
