Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 1155: Chapter 684: Spirit Realm Returns_2

’That, that Sun Coral who sleeps longer than Snorlax had extra training!’

Though everyone could see it just didn’t want to be excluded from the team, succumbing to a herd mentality, Baimu was still pleased.

Despite Sun Coral’s reluctance to work overtime, it tried to ”murder” him by covering his face in the middle of the night.

Mawile’s change and its influence on the team made Baimu even more accommodating to it.

”Shashang!”

Hydreigon was insanely jealous.

Unfortunately, it couldn’t learn [Envy Fire], otherwise with its temper, mastering this move would be a matter of minutes, and perfecting it would be a breeze.

However, jealousy was just jealousy.

Hydreigon still didn’t dare provoke Mawile; the attribute advantage was one reason, and another was being kicked off its bed by a single kick when it was little.

Psychological shadow.

Back when they were staying there, Mawile didn’t let it sleep on the bed. A bit rebellious, it would get a beating from Mawile every day, sneaking onto the bed when Mawile wasn’t around.

Only to be caught red-handed.

The key was that the Trainer didn’t side with it either and even scolded it.

Since then, Hydreigon never dared to provoke or seek revenge on the young lady, and luckily Aggron was the ace; if it were Mawile, it wouldn’t dare to compete.

Baimu dragged Hydreigon busying in the semi-open kitchen for a while, bringing Mawile a pot of tea and some cookies.

”Cheedo?”

Mawile looked at the plate of snacks, incredulously gazing at the Trainer.

Doesn’t Joltik and Cutiefly eat more than this?

Baimu explained, ”There’s a welcome dinner tonight, there will definitely be things you love to eat. If you eat too much now, don’t blame me if you can’t eat later.”

Welcome dinner!

Mawile recalled the dinner party from the Champion Alliance half a month ago and began to look forward to it.

In the bedroom.

The Dreepy siblings were rolling around playfully on the bed, missing the soft and bouncy Simmons mattress after getting tired of the hammock.

The Sun Coral, precisely finding the bedside, stared at them viciously, its red eyes seemingly oozing blood.

Around it, eerie and creepy Black Mist was swirling.

”Can’t you sleep somewhere else!” Baimu laughed angrily, picking it up and placing it on the sofa outside, ”Sleep here! You’re not picky about the bed!”

Sun Coral gazed at him silently.

Baimu saw this, took off his coat and placed it under it, ”Is this better?”

Maybe sleeping by his side for too long, Sun Coral needed his scent to sleep peacefully... It’s in this that it appears rather clingy.

Gengar was helping Blissey organize the things in its belly. Ever since having a more convenient mobile storage space, Baimu didn’t restrain himself while shopping.

”Gngng!”

It waved its chubby paw at the approaching Baimu and Hydreigon.

Baimu wanted to assist Blissey, but it firmly refused, unwavering in handling errands for the Trainer.

He could only say to Gengar, ”There’s a gaming console and a computer in the study, these two are way more engaging than handhelds, let’s have a gaming session tonight!”

”Kekekeke——” Gengar nodded expectantly, beaming brightly.

In the study room.

The computer was unexpectedly on.

Baimu glanced at the constantly refreshing Poké Blogger page, then looked at the Porygon II icon at the bottom right corner, helplessly said, ”Let them be, wrestling with Lechonk in the mud is pointless.”

’No way!’

Porygon II refused decisively, vowing to retaliate against every person who trolled Baimu online.

Of course, it wouldn’t commit any legal offenses, only equitably taunting those who quickly went silent or refused to back down after videos went up.

What?

Taunting is illegal too?

In human laws, unjustified provocation by humans certainly is illegal, but there’s no explicit provision against Pokémon provoking humans.

Legal issues involving Pokémon are limited to specific public order and criminal cases.

In the future, if someone were to file a lawsuit against Porygon II, the likely outcome would be for the Trainer Baimu to receive strict instructions.

——[Trainer condoning Pokémon to provoke others]

Porygon II investigated and found no such legal provisions, after all, Pokémon surfing the internet is extremely rare, let alone trolling.

Pokémon with such high intelligence disdain doing such things.

Had it not been for overwhelming frustration, Porygon II would also have ignored those people online.

”...Alright.”

Baimu saw its excited state, feeling that perhaps this was Porygon II’s way of emotional release.

As a highly intelligent artificial Pokémon, it experiences emotional storms no less vigorously than other Pokémon, even more intensely.

Thinking nonstop, both day and night.

Just like how both generations of Mewtwo in animations ponder their existence’s purpose.

Porygon II also wonders about the mission it was created for, once believing it to aid Baimu in achieving the Trainer pinnacle.

But when Baimu asked if there was anything else besides battles it wanted to do, Porygon II was internally confused.

The differing ideals and goals of Zeroth Machine and No.1 Machine made it feel lost too.

Luckily, its resolute support for Baimu’s grand goal remained, so for now, it only accumulated some unrelieved pressure.

The internet became its outlet for stress relief.

Recalling the initial admiration Porygon II had for Blissey’s docile nature contrasts sharply with this current digital surfing savvy persona, Baimu suspected the influence of internet information had subtly altered Porygon II’s character.

Just like the Zeroth Machine was influenced by Team Rocket’s trio.

”Need a break?”

Baimu glanced at Hydreigon holding onto his sleeve with one head, watching it nod and sit on the living room sofa, beckoning to the air.

No response.

He turned his head to look at the air beside him, then frowned towards the bathroom, walked in briskly, and asked the bathtub, ”Need me to pour water for you?”

Still no response.

Baimu went to turn on the tap.

A weak paw rested on the back of his hand, revealing Dragapult in the bathtub.

Once a formidable Dragon-type Pokémon that harbored strong hostility and would attack at the slightest provocation, now...

He stared puzzled at the timid Dragapult, ”What’s wrong? Why look at me like that? Not used to the air being too dry?”

”Waddles.”

Dragapult shook its head, carefully glancing around, and gesturing with its two paws.

Baimu didn’t understand, while Hydreigon beside him showed a shocked expression, three heads looking around, even using its tail to shield him.

Ready stance!? Is there an enemy?

Baimu was shocked, about to alert the Pokémon outside, Dragapult wrapped his mouth with its semi-transparent tail, gesturing for silence.

It looked around a bit, doing a back-and-forth gesture, then pointed at the bathroom door, making a couple of intimidation expressions.

The content was too complex, still unclear.

But Baimu had a hunch, pulling the tail from his mouth and said to Hydreigon, ”Go call Porygon II!”

”Shashang...”

”Go!”

Hydreigon rushed to the study, bringing Porygon II along.

The little translator made the situation clear.

It turned out Dragapult was indicating that deep beneath their feet was an entrance to the Spirit Realm, which was blocked, and many souls meant to enter were stuck outside, now wandering around.

Spirit Realm entrance!

Baimu looked at Dragapult in shock, then felt incredibly eerie. The unjust spirits of Pyrite Town numbered in the thousands; they won’t become fierce ghosts seeking revenge on humans, will they?

He quickly contacted Furong but received no response, likely resting.

Dragapult promptly clarified that the accumulated souls have no capacity to harm humans actively, but their prolonged stay outside does slightly affect the living environment.

Its timidity stemmed mostly from what those souls were saying, which it found ”frightening.”

”How do you know so much? Just how old are you?”

Baimu began to doubt Dragapult’s age; it previously claimed to be about ten years old.

But it’s adept at traversing between regions using the Spirit Realm, knew how to find the Spirit Realm entrance in Glazed City to escape, and now discovered the filled souls in Pyrite Town.

When Dragapult heard this, it immediately diverted its gaze.

Ding dong!

”Roar!”

The doorbell and the roar of Giant Steelix sounded together.

Hearing this, Baimu walked towards the door, halfway through he turned and said, ”I’ll explain the Pyrite Town situation to you, don’t be afraid, it’s no longer Hell here.”
