Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 1172: Chapter 692: Lesson 1_2

Garchomp has a fourfold weakness to Ice Attribute, if it gets hit by Blizzard, how can this battle continue?

Ayana couldn’t help but glance at Baimu, seeing him with a calm expression showing no signs of worry, she quickly turned her head back to the field.

Indeed.

The moment before, the retreating Quicksand Hell suddenly became exceptionally powerful, pushing back the Blizzard at an incredible speed!

”Captain’s secret skill!” Otsuka’s exclamation drew the attention of many around him.

Cheng Hong and the others were equally shocked, and seeing Ayana’s confusion, they explained, ”In the Hoenn Four Heavenly Kings, Captain Genji has a Pokémon that can merge Quicksand Hell and Sandstorm to form an impenetrable sand wall.

”I never thought Baimu could teach Garchomp so easily...”

”You’re overthinking it, this is just a basic fusion of a similar technique that can be done with effort, at most it’s a rough sand wall prototype.” Baimu waved his hand, indicating not to exaggerate.

Ayana realized, focusing her attention on the Sandstorm swirling around the field.

Upon careful examination, it was not difficult to see that the originally impenetrable Sandstorm was thinning out, as if something was ”weakening” it.

No doubt about it.

It’s exactly Garchomp’s manipulation of Quicksand Hell.

Boom!

With a loud rumble, Quicksand Hell completely suppressed the Blizzard, engulfing Mamoswine.

Ying Ma was overjoyed, he couldn’t believe Garchomp could fight against Mamoswine, after all, it was a Blizzard!

A Blizzard capable of freezing a group of people into ice sculptures!

But in the blink of an eye, he couldn’t keep smiling.

Quicksand Hell seemed fierce, but in reality, it couldn’t trap the mountain-like Mamoswine, no matter how the strong wind blew, it didn’t move a step.

Looking at its demeanor, it seemed there was very limited physical depletion.

Can this battle really be won like this?

Ying Ma was worried.

The surrounding Trainers also noticed Garchomp’s flashy moves, but they didn’t bring any substantial damage to Mamoswine, and their expressions were a bit strange.

Tactics... No matter how superior, if it can’t defeat the opponent, it’s useless, right?

Some outsider Trainers, considering Baimu’s status as a top Coordinator Trainer, wondered if he mixed up the nature of the current competition.

This isn’t a Gorgeous Competition where looking good scores points!

Baimu ignored the surrounding chatter and continued to issue commands, ”Dig down, stay deep, don’t resurface.”

”Garchomp!”

Garchomp quickly descended, diving underground at a speed like a shark in the sea, only it didn’t expose its dorsal fin.

Kendall was delighted instead of shocked, wondering how Mamoswine could approach the flying Garchomp, as most long-range techniques couldn’t deal with it.

Who would have thought it would take the initiative to burrow underground!

”Locate its general position and use Earthquake!” he shouted, deliberately letting Baimu hear.

When a Pokémon is underground, the power of Earthquake waves used by the opponent on the surface will double.

So without leverage, digging underground in front of a Pokémon that can use Earthquake is definitely not a wise choice.

However, Baimu was not panicked upon hearing this and even revealed a faint smile.

The anxious Ying Ma was stunned by this smile, instinctively wanting to blame Baimu for laughing at such a time, but his reason told him that Baimu was different from him, an ignorant youngster.

If he’s daring to smile, there must be a reason.

”Use Quicksand Hell!”

Baimu shouted into the pit left by Garchomp, leaving Ying Ma and others bewildered, why use Quicksand Hell again? This technique was clearly ineffective against Mamoswine!

Why didn’t Garchomp use more powerful techniques?

Ying Ma felt increasingly unable to understand the battle, or perhaps Baimu always did things beyond his common sense.

In the field.

Mamoswine, with a sense of smell sharper than Hydreigon and capable of learning [Scent Detection], effortlessly found Garchomp deep underground.

It ignored the relentless invasion of wind and sand, raising its sturdy forefeet like two Stabilizing Needles, and stomped down fiercely!

Boom!

A deafening explosion and a visually perceptible earthy-yellow shockwave spread out around.

And out of sight, more Ground Attribute energy surged towards the deep-underground Garchomp, determined to take it down in one fell swoop.

Countless fine cracks spread under Mamoswine’s feet.

Garchomp felt the intense tremor from overhead, but remained calm without a hint of panic, bravely jabbing its claws upwards!

Thunk!!

Everyone felt a tingling underfoot, as if some kind of big explosion had occurred underground.

The field instantly fell silent.

Only the whistling wind of Sandstorm echoed.

Everyone awaited Garchomp to emerge, battered and bruised, from a spot on the field.

One second, two seconds, three seconds...

After a long time, nothing happened.

At this moment, Ying Ma was particularly worried about Garchomp’s situation, wondering if it had fainted underground since it hadn’t emerged for so long.

”Baimu...” ℴ

He couldn’t help but speak.

Baimu turned to look at Ying Ma, seriously saying, ”Your Garchomp has never been a weak Pokémon. You are its Trainer, you should trust it the most!”

Then.

He turned his gaze back to where Mamoswine stood, smiling, ”Here it comes!”

As soon as the words fell.

Rumble!

A sudden loud noise emerged from who knows where, and Kendall suddenly shouted in panic, ”Hurry, get to the side!”

Then everyone watched as Mamoswine with an astonished expression suddenly vanished from its spot.

What?
