Pokemon: My Trainer Simulator

Chapter 690: Chapter 472: Mega Maw

As we all know.

The bond is the fundamental premise of Super Evolution.

But as a mental concept, the bond has its unique abstract nature, invisible and intangible, existing only in the heart.

Fortunately, as the critical point of Super Evolution, the Key Stone and Super Stone have the ”function” of verifying if the bond is in place.

”Resonance...”

Baimu looked at the Key Stone in his hand, emitting a faint glow. A subtle warmth passed through his palm, spreading through his body and finally converging in his brain.

On the other hand, was the Super Stone Ornament on top of Mawile’s head, which seemed to be experiencing a similar sensation.

Illusory yet real.

The key to successful Super Evolution lies in amplifying this sensation and enlarging the subconscious presence of the other, using mind resonance to stimulate the energy infusion of the Super Stone, ultimately awakening the [Evolution Beyond Evolution].

Having become proficient long ago, Baimu guided Mawile to close its eyes.

”Stand still, feel my presence, feel my movements.”

After that, he made no more sound, slowly beginning to move while closing his eyes, and gradually sketched the outline of Mawile in his mind.

This was a technique he learned from the Meteor People, which had been validated when he performed Super Evolution with Aggron.

Previously, Mawile couldn’t successfully undergo Super Evolution because it was stuck on enhancing the presence and strengthening the mind resonance, a manifestation of an incomplete bond due to the difficulty of imagining the Mind Chain connecting each other.

But after such a long period of honing.

Along with the experience of mind resonance brought by the ”Super Overcoming Power,” Baimu believed the time was ripe for both him and Mawile to take that step forward together.

As anticipated, the feeling of resonating with Aggron gradually surged.

It’s possible now!

Baimu quickly opened his eyes, and indeed Mawile was less than half a meter away, raising its head to look at him with a similar gleam in its eyes.

”Are you ready?”

”Chido!”

”Then—”

He grabbed the glowing Key Stone pendant on his chest and said in a somewhat deep voice, ”Super Evolution!”

The moment his fingers touched the Key Stone, their presences suddenly intensified, the previous hazy sensation became as clear as a mirror, and with the shared feeling, it transformed into a rapidly soaring Mind Chain.

A form of unbreakable connection quickly formed.

In an instant.

Seven colors of light emerged from Mawile’s body. Under Lugia’s curious gaze, lightning-like Mind Chains were shot from the Key Stone and Super Stone respectively. These entities, turning from virtual to real, collided, and locked tightly, transformed into a surge of energy infused into the former’s body.

Evolution occurred quietly!

A familiar mental pressure blocked Baimu’s chest like a boulder, suffocating him almost to the point of suffocation.

”Haha... such a nostalgic feeling.”

He breathed slowly, well accustomed to this situation.

The root cause of this pressure came from Mawile being forced to endure the massive energy infusion, resulting in a fierce impact and pressure shared by both body and mind as they underwent transformation and distortion.

Due to the mental resonance between the Trainer and Pokémon, the pressure was divided on him as well, preventing Mawile from losing sanity due to energy shock, ensuring the most basic wisdom.

In the future, as Mawile further masters and becomes proficient in Super Evolution, this pressure will lessen, and Aggron right now is the most convincing proof.

In the light.

Mawile’s appearance quickly changed.

First, the Giant Jaw behind its head enlarged, expanded, and began to split, eventually forming two identical fierce Giant Jaws on either side of its head.

Then its height, originally only slightly above Baimu’s knee, in a moment reached his waist.

Including the height of the twin Giant Jaws rising behind its head, it could almost reach his shoulders.

Its limbs accordingly lengthened, with sawtooth patterns appearing on its wrists and chest, making it look even more like it was dressed in a luxurious kimono.

When the light of evolution dimmed, the violet color of Mega Mawile’s lower body contrasted with the cream color of its upper body, enhancing the kimono-like appearance to a whole new level.

Now it seemed to have transformed from a well-behaved little girl into an elegant Neon Witch.

”Chi...do?”

Mega Mawile blinked its bright red eyes, instead of looking at Baimu in front of it, its gaze fell on Lugia, who was half-buried in the mountain stream, curiously observing this side.

Eye contact.

”—Quick, dodge!”

An urgent shout rang out, followed by a loud boom!

Boom!

The mountain rocks exploded.

In front of Lugia, the view blurred as Mega Mawile somehow appeared before it and thrust out a seemingly small yet terrifyingly powerful fist.

However, an invisible cyclone locked its fist tightly like a shackle, preventing it from advancing at all.

This guy, its mind was in turmoil!

Lugia looked at Mega Mawile’s eyes, clearly aware that its intelligence had been affected by the immense energy, oscillating between rampage and stability.

Why say so?

Firstly, if Mega Mawile truly lost control, it would definitely attack Baimu, the nearest target, without considering his identity as its Trainer.

Secondly, the punching action doesn’t seem like random flailing either.

Proving that at the moment, it was just having its judgment ability distorted, likely seeing a distorted world in front of it.

No big deal.

It’ll be fine when it exhausts its energy.

Lugia, looking at the tightly bound Mega Mawile in front of it, felt quite calm, even amused.

Suddenly.

”Chi—do!!”

An intense roar exploded by its ears.
