Apocalyptic Reincarnation: Start with a 30-million Bonus

Li Yu said to Dapao sitting behind him, ”Look over there.”

Dapao and the others hurriedly looked over.

Dapao exclaimed, ”I see them, someone’s following us; no wonder we couldn’t see them, they’re on another road.”

Li Yu said, ”Don’t make a fuss.”

Then he took out the walkie-talkie and said to Yang Tianlong, who was at the very front, ”We’re being followed by a group of people, the ones who were preparing to ambush us back there. You keep driving ahead and then take a turn up front.”

Hearing about the chase from behind, Yang Tianlong asked, ”Where are they?”

Li Yu replied, ”They’re on a different road, you can’t see them from the front.”

Then he spoke to the whole team, ”Everyone, get ready for combat.”

Lao Xie and Lao Lu were driving the pickup truck, the smallest vehicle among them, placed in the center of the convoy.

From the back, Lao Lu’s vehicle was blocked by the Unimog at the end.

Thinking, Li Yu said to Lao Xie and Lao Lu, ”For safety’s sake, Lao Xie, later on, pull over to both sides of the road. We’ll cover you from behind.

After you drop back, immediately drive to their rear; we’re going to encircle them.”

Lao Lu and Lao Xie replied, ”Understood.”

Li Yu made some further arrangements with the team, making sure they could encircle and handle them at the first opportunity.

After the preparations, Li Yu added,

”Remember, for the sake of safety, make sure to coordinate well and don’t give them time to react. Since they dared to pursue us, they must have firearms too.”

The team members all perked up.

The safety catch on the guns was released, ready at a moment’s notice.

Li Yu saw the vehicles still chasing from behind and said to Li Tie,

”Drive to the left and block Lao Lu’s vehicle.”

Li Tie did as he was told, and Lao Lu, after seeing this through the rearview mirror, aimed for the gap between the two vehicles in front and drove through.

Stopped the car, turned off the engine.

Lao Xie did the same, repeating the motion.

Soon, they moved their vehicles to the left side of the road.

Lao Luo was watching the tall buildings on the right closely, monitoring any movement from the pursuers.

60 seconds later, Li Yu heard from Lao Lu and Lao Xie that they had reached the rear of their vehicles.

”Director Li, we’re now behind their vehicles. There are five of them in total. We don’t dare follow too closely, but it’s easy to be spotted. We should act quickly,” they reported.

Li Yu slowly exhaled and said, ”Alright.”

With everything in place, according to the plan set earlier, Li Yu’s vehicle directly drove to the road on the left.

Yang Tianlong and his team were interdicting in the front, while Lao Xie and Lao Lu were encircling from behind.

”Move out!” Li Yu shouted into the walkie-talkie and also to the people in the car.

Today, they had brought rocket launchers, and just now, while Lao Xie and his team were in the back, they had taken positions in the rear of the pickup truck.

Ready to launch an attack on the vehicles ahead at any time.

Following Li Yu’s command, the team members sprang into action.

Screech~

At a corner, Li Tie turned right.

Everyone in the vehicle opened the windows, ready to get out at any moment.

Simultaneously, Yang Tianlong and others, driving the dozen-ton heavy trucks, turned right at the front and entered the road of the chasing people.

Their vehicles stretched across, completely blocking the road.

Five heavy trucks completely barricaded the road.

On the other side.

The skinny man chasing after Li Yu’s team was the first to see the heavy trucks ahead.

”D-D-Dao, Dao, Brother Dao, Boss, there’s a vehicle blocking the front,” the skinny man stuttered.

The man referred to as Brother Dao, smoking his cigarette, was thinking about whether he could find a couple of young girls in the cars ahead.

Hearing his subordinate’s words, he immediately took his feet off the car’s hood.

”What’s going on? Huh, someone ahead?” Brother Dao, seeing someone in front, immediately told the driver, ”Stop the car, reverse, they’ve spotted us. Hurry up and go!”

The skinny man said, ”Brother Dao, why not fight them?”

Brother Dao looked at him as if he were looking at an idiot, about to say something.

Then he saw a Unimog rushing over from the right.

”Turn, turn, turn! It’s a trap,” Brother Dao hadn’t finished speaking.

Someone who was already positioned at the gun port of the lift started shooting at Brother Dao’s group.

Bang bang bang bang~

The gun mounted on the Unimog was a heavy machine gun brought from the base.

With extreme penetrating power.

It penetrated through the driver of the car in front of Brother Dao.

The vehicle, as if made of paper, was simultaneously hit.

Instantly everyone in the car was shot dead.

The vehicle, out of control, skewed and collided with a vehicle on the roadside.

Boom~

Suddenly, a fire erupted.

Brother Dao watched the scene, his eyes filled with horror.

He thought he had been so careful, yet they still found out, and the opponent was so ruthless.

In the blink of an eye, he aimed his gun at the Unimog and opened fire.

Bang bang!

”Return fire! What are you waiting for, waiting to die?” Brother Dao yelled.

The events unfolded too suddenly, his underlings didn’t react right away.

Just a moment ago, the vehicle driving nicely ahead was blasted and overturned.

Like waking from a dream, they pulled out their guns and attacked the Unimog.
