Ash, holding the culprit of this incident, soon found Serena and the others who had arrived.

”Sea...Sea God Lugia?!”

Melody was stunned when she saw Ash riding Lugia.

”He is Lugia, but not the legendary Divine Position Lugia. However, the legendary one is arriving soon.”

To be precise, Lugia had already arrived the moment Ash released his Pokémon. It probably didn’t come out because it was watching the show, or perhaps it was stunned and hadn’t reacted yet.

”There’s not much time left. Did you get the orb on Thunder Island?” Ash asked.

”We got it.”

Serena took out the Thunder Orb and handed it to Ash.

”Alright, everyone, come on up. We’ll go straight back to the Shamouti Island altar.”

Ash’s Lugia was a bit larger than when he caught it, and with the three Team Rockets members squeezed in, it could still carry everyone.

In the sky, Pikachu, taking advantage of Articuno and Charizard’s struggle, quietly crept behind Articuno and hit it with a full-power Thunder. Articuno, engulfed in lightning, stiffened and fell towards the ground like a kite with a broken string. Just as it was about to hit the ground, the paralysis wore off, and Articuno scraped the ground before returning to the battlefield.

The battlefield of the other two foolish birds was considerably easier by comparison, as Zapdos and Moltres had been captured earlier, and nearly half of their power had been absorbed, leaving them suppressed by Mewtwo and the others.

Suddenly, a spiral current of seawater shot into the sky, and the Divine Position Lugia appeared in the middle of the three major battlefields in the sky.

When the three foolish birds saw Lugia appear, as if summoned, they ignored Pikachu and the others and all unleashed their signature moves on the newly appeared Divine Position Lugia.

Facing Flamethrower, Discharge, and Ice Beam, the Divine Position Lugia flapped its wings, and a circular shield made of a vortex blocked all three moves.

After bubbling, the Divine Position Lugia turned and dove towards the sea surface.

The three foolish birds followed closely, as if they had a blood feud with Lugia at that moment.

Pikachu and the others, seeing this, didn’t know who to help. Originally, their battlefields were well-divided, but once the Divine Position Lugia appeared, all three targets ran off.

The Divine Position Lugia retracted the blue scales on its back, shattered the ice surface, plunged into the ocean, churned the seawater to form another Twister, and then burst out of the sea to ram the Moltres in the sky.

However, before it could hit Moltres, Articuno used an Ice Beam to freeze the entire Twister. Lugia shattered the ice and flew out.

The three foolish birds attacked Lugia again.

Shamouti Island, altar.

Slowking pointed to the altar behind him at Ash, ”The treasure is over there.”

”I know.” Ash nodded.

He quickly ran to the altar and placed the three orbs one by one into their corresponding positions.

Just as he finished placing the orbs, the Divine Position Lugia flew over with the three foolish birds.

Ash opened his Aura shield and said to his Lugia, ”Lugia, you go help too!”

Hearing this, Lugia turned and chased after the three foolish birds.

The three orbs burst forth with a brilliant light, and although the stone pillars on the altar were covered with a thin layer of ice, the characters on the altar ground emitted a faint green light.

”Melody, the orbs are in place. Now it’s your turn to play the flute, appease the three Legendary Birds, and quell the disaster!” Ash turned to Melody and said.

”Okay!”

Melody took out the shell flute and played the tune she had played at the festival earlier.

As the flute music began, the Divine Position Lugia radiated colorful light, and the gloomy sky was illuminated in a golden hue by the light emitted by the Divine Position Lugia.

The stone pillars around the altar emitted a faint green light in rhythm with the flute music, and a special light green current flowed from the center of the altar outwards.

In the sky, the three foolish birds, who were still fighting each other, gradually regained their sanity. The gloomy sky gradually dispersed, and bright sunlight streamed through the gaps in the dark clouds onto the earth. The Twister that had formed in the distance on the sea also gradually dissipated.

The light green current rapidly spread outwards from the center of the altar. After the three Legendary Birds completely regained their sanity, they flapped their wings and flew into the sky, invoking the power of their Divine Positions to reconstruct the balance and counteract the effects of their previous frenzy.

The Divine Position Lugia flew beside the altar, lowered itself, and communicated with Ash telepathically: ”Excellent controller, thank you for your Helping Hand. I sensed a few familiar Auras from you.”

”I’ve met Mew, and I’ve encountered Ho-Oh. The familiar Auras you mentioned should be them.

By the way, Lugia, you clearly have the strength to easily suppress the three gods, so why didn’t you retaliate?”

”The divine authorities are bestowed by this planet. The three Legendary Birds bear the responsibility of protecting the stability of this region and Assisting me in suppressing the ocean currents. They merely temporarily lost their sanity after being enraged, which led to the turbulent ocean currents spiraling out of control.

The power of divine authority is extremely strong, and two special authorities would have a huge impact on the world. To prevent the situation from getting out of control, I could not use my own authority to suppress them. Moreover, after their anger dissipates, they need to use their own authority to calm the disaster, and mobilizing authority requires sufficient stamina to maintain.

You are an excellent controller. The strength of your Pokémon is not far from theirs, who do not understand how to use authority, and they consumed a lot of stamina in their battle with you.” The Divine Position Lugia explained.

”Controller, I can sense the blessing of that forest on you. I need your Helping Hand!”

”Are you talking about Viridian Power? How can I help you?”

”Bring your two Psychic-type Pokémon onto my back. I will establish a connection with you through your Pokémon, and you just need to fully activate the forest’s blessing.”

”Alright!”

Ash climbed onto Lugia’s back with Jirachi and Gardevoir.

The Divine Position Lugia flapped its wings and flew towards the three foolish birds. After arriving in the middle of the three foolish birds, it also called over Ash’s Mewtwo, Lugia, and Deoxys.

Once they had all arrived, the Divine Position Lugia mobilized its Psychic-type power, linking Ash’s Pokémon to form a circle. Ash and Jirachi, who were activating Viridian Power, were placed in the very center by the Divine Position Lugia, separated on two sides.

Including the Divine Position Lugia itself, five Pokémon with Psychic attributes collectively poured Psychic-type power into Jirachi.

The True Eye on Jirachi’s abdomen slowly opened. Once the True Eye was fully open, Jirachi emitted a powerful Psychic-type energy wave, and a light as bright as day shot from the True Eye towards Ash. Ash’s Viridian Power, amplified by this force, radiated across the entire world.

People or Pokémon illuminated by this radiating Viridian Power slowly recovered from their injuries, and areas affected by the battle were gradually restored.

”Ding! Congratulations, Host, your Viridian Power has risen to Advanced level...”

”Ding! Congratulations, Host, your Viridian Power has risen to...”

”Ding! Congratulations, Host, you have gained divine blessing, and your Viridian Power has evolved into Natural Power. Your current Natural Power is Beginner level.”

Natural Power: Allows for telepathic communication with Pokémon, can call upon natural energy to heal all living beings (including humans), can call upon the power of nature to enhance Pokémon potential, with the degree of enhancement depending on the amount of Natural Power the Host uses, and can also permanently increase Pokémon strength.
