Demon King: Hero, don’t run away!

Bai Jin, while preparing her magic, noticed Tian Hanxue using teleportation magic to leave.

She connected with Yang Yu through telepathy:

”The time for teleportation magic activation is short, the technique is simple, and the use of magic power is minimal. It should be short-distance teleportation magic.”

Yang Yu furrowed his brow and asked, ”Can you tell which direction she went?”

Bai Jin shook her head, ”Checking the magic power residue she left might tell us, but that takes time..... I can sense the surrounding magic power, but...”

The magic Bai Jin used just now not only interfered with the flying magic but also disrupted the spread of magic power to some extent.

Bai Jin couldn’t accurately sense the magic burst points within the town, making it impossible to track Tian Hanxue.

The sky gradually darkened, even if the chaotic magic power returned to calmness, flying back into the sky might not reveal much.

Not to mention, Tian Hanxue might use a special magic tool or other members of the Demon Clan to accelerate her departure from here.

Even if Bai Jin didn’t say the rest, Yang Yu roughly knew what Bai Jin wanted to say.

”The opponent is likely one of the Demon King Four Heavenly Kings.

And she brought so many capable demons.

... Pursuing recklessly is dangerous.

Go support Gordon, protect their safety.

While other demons haven’t left yet, defeat as many as you can.

Do not let your guard down! There’s a possibility that woman might double back and attack.”

Bai Jin gripped her magic wand and nodded.

Iyas, riding on Lotcar, arrived late.

After exchanging a few words with Lotcar, Yang Yu led Bai Jin to climb onto Lotcar’s back, and they turned back to support Gordon and the others.

Following Tian Hanxue came elite members of the Ghost Clan, with levels surpassing Level 150, average attributes exceeding twenty-five hundred, possessing the ability to adjust their appearance and attributes according to their opponents.

These members of the Ghost Clan were resolutely abandoned by Tian Hanxue, or rather...

Abandoned by the entire Demon Clan, left behind here.

To ensure absolute safety during their retreat, the red Ghost Clan troops withdrawing from the town took on part of the rearguard duties.

Without Tian Hanxue in the battle, the fight quickly came to an end.

What is noteworthy is that after Gordon and Yang Yu surrounded two members of the red Ghost Clan, those two Ghost Clan members abruptly chose to detonate their inner magic power.

Luckily, Bai Jin and Wanjing Zhuhua timely controlled the situation, preventing the explosion from affecting anyone.

Even when treated as pawns, those demons remained absolutely loyal to the Demon King.

After Yang Yu and the others helped Gordon deal with the red Ghost Clan members, they didn’t let Lotcar follow the scent to track the demons’ trail. Instead, they decided to protect the Krengris family, in case the demons suddenly returned, while assisting the Krengris family in managing the emotions of the populace and handling various aftermaths.

The top priority... sure enough, is to report this matter quickly to the high echelon of Setis, and have them inform the world that the actions of the Demon Clan have begun.

The disheveled Doro Krenge tightly gripped the crystal ball. After several attempts, the crystal ball finally connected to the crystal ball of the King of Setis.

On the round crystal ball appeared a middle-aged man with a beard and orange-red hair. The man was neatly dressed with a delicate, diamond-encrusted crown on his head, yet he lacked regal demeanor from his brow. From head to toe, he appeared ordinary.

Yang Yu eyed the King of Setis.

Counting this king, Yang Yu considered having interacted with the high echelon of the Human World.

Seeing the disheveled Doro Krenge, the current King of Setis slightly widened his eyes:

”Duke Krengris, what’s with your appearance? Could it be that a rebellion among your people in your territory made you look like this? I had already advised you to be more kind. You see, now you’re unlucky, aren’t you?”

Despite feeling a bit dissatisfied with the king’s banter, Duke Krengris maintained his demeanor:

”Your Majesty the King, I have very important news to report. The reason for my condition is the Demon Clan!

I was attacked by the Demon Clan in my territory! My manor has been completely destroyed, and my family members have been captured!

I need Your Majesty’s help! And please inform other countries that the Demon Clan has started to act!”

The King of Setis slightly furrowed his brows: ”... You’re joking, right? I haven’t received any reports of the Demon Clan making a swift entry from key routes, how could they have arrived at your place so quickly? Could it be some thieves posing as the Demon Clan running rampant in your territory?”

Yang Yu could see a hint of hope on the king’s face, hoping that Duke Doro Krenge’s words were false.

If Duke Doro Krenge’s statements were false, he could continue sitting peacefully on the throne with a sliver of luck.

”Your Majesty, I’m telling you the absolute truth! Let me show you my manor now! And then the condition of my territory!”

Doro Krenge raised the crystal ball high, Gordon and Wanjing Zhuhua illuminated the ruins with magic as agreed, revealing the tragic scene of the Krengris family manor.

”Thanks to the [Red Blood Rose]and... a capable adventure group here, we barely saved our lives.

If Your Majesty still doesn’t believe me, you can send people to investigate! I will fully cooperate with the investigation, as this concerns the survival of the world and the life and death of my family, I would definitely not joke about it!”

Perhaps realizing the unprecedented seriousness on Duke Doro Krenge’s face, the current King of Setis abandoned that trace of luck, responding solemnly:

”I understand. I will immediately notify all countries and swiftly send personnel to your territory.

Duke Doro Krenge, since you say this is no joke, I believe you.

If there’s anything you need to report, I will contact you.

Please ensure the crystal ball remains connected from now on.

If you deceive me, you deceive the world, you know the consequences.”

Duke Doro Krenge nodded seriously.

The current King of Setis said no more, simply disconnecting from the crystal ball.

Sethis Palace.

The current King of Setis, Aite Sethis, rubbed his forehead and didn’t immediately contact the high echelon of other countries.

Instead, he took out a specially made crystal ball to try to contact his daughter.

Aite Stis knows what kind of person Duke Doro Krenge is. If anything involves his family, he wouldn’t joke about it.

The situation is far graver than expected.

Being able to appear in the depths, avoiding key fortresses, suggests the Demon Clan used an advance unit to set up some unnoticeable teleportation magic in the depths of Setis.

The number and area of teleportation magic are still unknown. Once this world officially goes to war with the Demon Clan, there’s no guarantee the Demon Clan won’t exploit those teleportation magic.

The Hero is still in the country, which conveniently allows the justified retention of the Hero in Setis.

Once the war starts, the Hero can support them at the first sign.

After a short time, Aite Sethis’ crystal ball showed the face of his daughter.
