The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Nicholas isn’t someone everyone knows.

To some extent, he’s similar to Caleb Dax – both are academic fanatics, usually interacting with people related to their field.

For example, some important students at The First Research Institute and several lab heads.

Violetta was also surprised, astonished as she looked at the few people, especially at Amadeus Yancey, and said: ”Director, do you know Mr. Yancey?”

She had heard from Nathalie Quinlan that he was her boyfriend.

At first, she also thought Amadeus Yancey was just a descendant of some family in Beijing, coming to Inderia with Nathalie Quinlan this time.

But it turns out that their director actually knows Amadeus, which means she guessed wrong again.

However, after the initial shock, Violetta regained her composure.

How could the boyfriend of a big shot be a bumpkin from Beijing?

In her understanding, it would be unusual if Amadeus Yancey were an ordinary person.

Sadam Vinson also quietly asked Amadeus Yancey at the same time: ”Amadeus, what’s the deal? You know this person... hmm?”

He didn’t yet know Nicholas Fuller’s identity, only saw that Nicholas was quite old, and respectfully addressed him as ”senior.”

”Yes,” Nicholas first answered Violetta, glanced at Amadeus Yancey with his eyes, and bluntly exposed his slick operation: ”Do you remember when Orson Saban had a beloved apprentice? That’s him. He stayed at the research institute for two years before leaving, leaving Orson still reminiscing about him and frequently sighing to me that there are no good seedlings in the research institute. It made him so disheartened that he even lost the desire to teach students.”

Amadeus Yancey’s talent is no less than Nathalie Quinlan’s, and his research direction aligns more closely with Orson’s semiconductor research. Orson once thought he had found a successor, and was eager to teach him wholeheartedly.

To the people in Inderia, these are opportunities they couldn’t even dream of.

But he wasn’t interested, spending two years at the institute before leaving abruptly.

Orson couldn’t get in touch with him, which left him quite dejected.

After all, the more outstanding a teacher is, the harder it is to motivate oneself when encountering top-tier talents and then having to instruct students with average talent.

Orson had previously mentioned to him that Master Cadmus and Amadeus Yancey wrote a recommendation letter for Nathalie Quinlan.

He thought Amadeus Yancey was in Zenla, but who knew he was in Inderia all along, just hadn’t shown up!

”He was the first person to break the rules and enter our research institute, breaking many records at the institute. He has a semiconductor experiment that has now started as a textbook in several labs below,” Nicholas said leisurely, then fell silent, only giving Amadeus Yancey a few sidelong glances.

Hinting for him to explain himself.

Sadam Vinson and Alfred Garland were already looking at each other in amazement, both extremely surprised.

Amadeus Yancey was at The First Research Institute?

And he was the first to break the institute’s rules.

Wow, they all thought Nathalie Quinlan was the one breaking all the institute’s records, but it turns out it was Amadeus...

Sadam Vinson quietly remarked: ”By the way, Amadeus, does Nathalie know about this? You’ve hidden this identity of yours so deeply.”

He thought neither he nor Alfred Garland knew, and hadn’t heard a hint about it – surely Nathalie was being kept in the dark like them.

Who would have thought, the elegant, languid man contemplated seriously for a moment, then lazily raised his eyes to meet his gaze: ”She probably has a guess.”

Nathalie Quinlan hadn’t explicitly asked him.

But she probably had a decent idea.

Sadam Vinson was left completely speechless, touching his earlobe and awkwardly falling silent.

Alright, he dared not ask any more questions!
