The Unveiling of Secret Queen

”Over there.” Amadeus Yancey pointed towards the table where Nicholas Fuller and the others sat.

Kenzie Nabours had also arranged for them to be at the main table, thoughtfully seating them with Nicholas Fuller.

He only learned of Kenzie Nabours’ arrangement at the entrance.

However, today Kenzie Nabours and Marcella Davidson, as hosts, were extremely busy, and he didn’t want to trouble them to change his table. Amadeus Yancey looked over at the main table not far away, pressed his lips, and there seemed to be a hint of a headache in his deep eyes. He headed over with Sadam Vinson and Alfred Garland.

The table where Nicholas Fuller sat was indeed the main table of the main table, filled with major figures from Inderia.

Agnes Baker, Williansen Barness, Wincent Sullivan, Mrs. Sullivan sat together, and didn’t dare to speak carelessly, especially the three from group 10, they all held their hands neatly on their knees, in a posture like elementary school students, their backs straight and only listened intently, absolutely not speaking out of turn.

It wasn’t until Amadeus Yancey arrived that the calm at the table was broken: ”Excuse me, may I join you?”

His appearance was outstanding, and his voice was elegant and pleasant, directly attracting the attention of the whole table.

Mrs. Sullivan saw them and slightly sighed with relief. She even greeted Amadeus Yancey: ”Amadeus, are you also sitting here? Wonderful. Please sit, please sit, where would you like to sit? How about sitting by me?”

At the entrance, she had made a simple acquaintance with Amadeus Yancey and Sadam Vinson. The Sullivan Family was merely a lower-tier family in Inderia.

At a banquet of the scale organized by Kenzie Nabours, Mrs. Sullivan basically didn’t know anyone, so seeing Amadeus Yancey and the others also sitting at her table, she smiled warmly, feeling as if she had met old friends.

Amadeus Yancey, being very courteous, deftly pulled out a chair and sat next to Mrs. Sullivan.

Mrs. Sullivan speculated that his relationship with Ms. Quinlan might be more than just friends and jokingly said, ”Amadeus, are you and Ms. Quinlan friends from Zenla?”

Although the Sullivan Family was not well-ranked in Inderia, Mrs. Sullivan was relatively knowledgeable about Inderian people.

She was very clear that there was no one like Amadeus Yancey in Inderia, otherwise, she would surely remember, possibly Amadeus Yancey and Sadam Vinson had come with Nathalie Quinlan from Beijing.

”Sort of.” Amadeus Yancey was good-natured, his tone gentle and well-mannered.

Mrs. Sullivan exhaled a sigh of relief, finally finding someone of a similar status as her family, relaxing significantly: ”Inderia and Beijing aren’t that different, you don’t need to be too restrained. We’re all acquaintances here...”

She was acquainting Amadeus Yancey with the situation in Inderia.

The few people who had been persistently chatting with Nicholas Fuller finally left, and Nicholas fuller turned back to see the additional three at the table.

He didn’t recognize Sadam Vinson and Alfred Garland.

But the young man’s strikingly handsome face was quite familiar to him: ”Amadeus?”

Nicholas Fuller appeared somewhat surprised, not having noticed Mrs. Sullivan previously talking with Amadeus Yancey, and immediately said: ”You’re in Inderia too? Have you visited your teacher yet? Your teacher keeps talking about you, saying you haven’t been in touch with him for a while. You only sent him a letter last time... wait, were you already in Inderia when you sent that letter?”

”...I have some matters to attend to here.” Amadeus Yancey pinched his high nose bridge, feeling like he had a bigger headache.

When Nicholas Fuller called out ”Amadeus,” Mrs. Sullivan fell silent, utterly bewildered. She never expected Amadeus Yancey and Nicholas Fuller to know each other.
