The Unveiling of Secret Queen

Chapter 1308: Chapter 1308: Amadeus Finally Knows How to Fight Back!

Tsinghua University gate.

The black Hongqi slowly stopped the car.

”Here we are.” Amadeus Yancey rested a hand on the steering wheel, pressing the car window to let the air from outside flow in.

Nathalie Quinlan saw the familiar surroundings outside and was about to unbuckle her seatbelt to get out, when her wrist was suddenly grabbed.

She raised an eyebrow, seeing a certain someone lazily smiling, an aristocratic, carefree expression spreading across his face. He leaned diagonally against the driver’s seat, the black trench coat fitting snugly to accentuate his broad shoulders and firm waist.

”Not saying goodbye before you leave?” So, quite the flirt!

Nathalie Quinlan: ”...”

He seemed to think it was not enough, his long fingers pinching the girl’s wrist, his fingertips not particularly warm, slightly cool, like a breeze on a hot summer’s day.

Nathalie Quinlan felt the skin on her wrist burn like a fire, the flames creeping upwards, almost reaching her heart.

She instinctively frowned, a trace of clear irritation flashing across her face, and her line of sight unconsciously fell on his lips.

Amadeus Yancey’s lips were beautifully shaped, thin with slightly upturned corners. Even when he wasn’t smiling, his strikingly handsome face always seemed to hold a hint of a smile. Whether he was genuinely smiling, only he knew.

Nathalie Quinlan thought he looked good whether he smiled or not.

He just looked a bit too good!

Who doesn’t like good-looking people? Gazing a few more times at beautiful things is a kind of enjoyment, especially when he’s always lingering around you.

”How do you want to say goodbye?” Nathalie Quinlan’s throat felt slightly dry, her voice hoarse, her line of sight still fixed on his lustrous thin lips.

She squinted her eyes, revealing a dangerous look.

Amadeus Yancey just wanted to tease her, but suddenly noticed she was staring in the wrong direction, his Adam’s apple bobbing up and down, not yet having had time to speak.

”Like this?” the girl’s voice was hoarse, her body tilting forward, she had already sprung into action.

Just like last time, it was a leopard-like sudden strike.

Almost the next second, Amadeus Yancey felt someone bite his thin lips, not hard, a bit painful, as if punishing him, biting a little then wanting to escape.

He immediately reached out to wrap the girl’s waist, pressing her firmly back into his arms, his eyes darkening, turning the tables, his heated lips covering hers, deepening the kiss.

The girl initially reacted fiercely, her whole body immediately stiffening.

Amadeus Yancey wasn’t anxious, his palm on her waist soothing her emotions, gently brushing over her back.

Finally, Nathalie Quinlan’s tense back muscles gradually relaxed, her reaction no longer as intense, seemingly relaxing from the initial resistance.

Amadeus Yancey’s eyes grew increasingly deep, his thin lips pecked at hers once more, prying open her guarded lips and teeth, step by step, as if a patient teacher showing her how to kiss someone.

Nathalie Quinlan only felt a flame ignite in her chest, almost consuming her completely.

Finally, ten minutes passed, or perhaps it felt like a century.

The hand around her waist finally released, he slowly ended the long kiss.

Nathalie Quinlan’s lips were a bit sore, she knew without looking that her lips must be swollen, but she didn’t care about the slight ant-bite-like tingle, her dark eyes restraining the irritation, pulling her hat brim down, unbuckling her seatbelt, expressionlessly opening the car door, getting out in one smooth motion.

”Bye bye.”

Amadeus Yancey watched her stand coolly by the car door, bidding him farewell. For a moment, he was stunned, almost not reacting.

When he snapped out of it, he couldn’t help but chuckle, finding her reaction very typical of Nathalie Quinlan, full of boss-like character!
