Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Difficulty changes, floor merchantsAfter returning to his Elevator and quickly bandaging himself, Lin Feng hurried to scavenge the supplies from the other three Elevators.

As Lin Feng approached an Elevator, just as he was about to enter, he suddenly noticed something flash beneath the Elevator door.

”Could it be a trap?”

Lin Feng was a little unsure; he suddenly remembered the trap he had unlocked, which was triggered by a laser line and camera scan.

Lin Feng thought for a moment, then went back to his Elevator to find a wooden stick.

After probing with the wooden stick, a tiny poisonous needle shot out from somewhere, fortunately, he wasn’t standing in front of the Elevator, otherwise, he would have been hit directly.

Lin Feng probed again, and only entered after confirming it was safe.

Now that most people’s Elevator levels have gone up, he needs to be careful when entering others’ Elevators in the future.

Lin Feng thought to himself, then went to the person’s Elevator screen to check it.

This was the Islander’s Elevator.

His Elevator level was 9.

It must be said, his speed was already very fast.

There weren’t many supplies in the storage area; it seemed he had just upgraded to level nine.

There were a lot of other things.

A pile of dried meat hung by the fireplace.

There were also 2 wooden boxes.

Inside were also some daily necessities.

Weapons were all placed in easily accessible positions outside.

After emptying the Islander’s Elevator of supplies, Lin Feng went to search the other two people’s Elevators, the first thing he did upon entering was to probe for traps, and only entered after confirming it was safe.

It ultimately took Lin Feng over an hour to sort out all the items.

Several upgrade sets, thirty cans of various canned foods, compressed biscuits, over ten packs of dried bread, about fifty catties of various dried meats, over forty bottles of bottled water, a variety of weapons including four guns, a dozen knives, an axe, a compound bow, three grenades, and ten Molotov cocktails.

Ding dong! Floor completed, Seeker Lin Feng rated D, due to the Seeker ignoring multiple rules, rating elevated to A, reward: upgrade set * 2.

”What the heck? There’s such a good thing??”

Originally, Lin Feng had given up hope for the reward on this floor, after all, slacking off for seven days was completely unrelated to working seriously.

He didn’t expect that unlocking the hidden path would directly change his rating from D to A.

After closing the Elevator door, Lin Feng opened Qin An’s chat interface.

He reminded Qin An about the poisonous needle; he had almost forgotten about this trap, and if he hadn’t been lucky today, he might have fallen for it.

Having a higher luck value still has its benefits.

Qin An quickly replied to Lin Feng’s message, and also showed off the lucky ring he had just obtained to Lin Feng.

It was the same style as Lin Feng’s.

After ending the conversation, Lin Feng removed the gauze from his shoulder; under the effect of his self-healing ability, the bleeding had stopped.

However, the bullet was still inside, so Lin Feng needed to cut it open again and remove the bullet.

Little Velociraptor paced restlessly around Lin Feng, clearly very nervous to see Lin Feng injured.

”Damn it! I’ll do it!”

Lin Feng gritted his teeth, picked up the sterilized dagger, and plunged it into the wound.

Accompanied by piercing pain, he successfully reopened the wound.

The bullet was not stuck in the bone, which was good news.

”Damn it!!”

Lin Feng roared, and with a ruthless resolve, he directly picked out the bullet.

Then he bandaged it, took anti-inflammatory and pain medication, and only then lay back on the bed.

After a short rest, Lin Feng went to the screen to check the materials needed for the upgrade.

One upgrade set and twenty kilograms of obsidian. Lin Feng found an obsidian box in John’s Elevator, smaller than his own, only 25 kilograms.

Just then, the Elevator’s announcement sounded.

Ding dong! Survival difficulty changed, temperature increased, floor exploration time extended to 5 hours, return to Elevator restriction canceled, Floor Merchants will appear on some floors, you can trade with him using gold coins, you can also rob the merchant, provided you have sufficient strength, and after robbing the merchant, you will not be able to encounter a merchant for a short period of time.

After the Elevator announcement fell silent, the temperature inside the Elevator gradually began to rise.

At this time, everyone still thought that the controller of the Elevator World had shown great mercy; not only had the temperature warmed up, but the restriction on returning to the Elevator had also been canceled, which could be said to increase everyone’s chances of survival when exploring floors.

In the chat room.

I think it’s too early to be happy, after all, according to this broken Elevator’s routine, extreme cold might be followed by high temperatures.

Oh my! If the temperature in this Elevator gets too high, it’ll really become a sauna!

If extreme cold has a fireplace, then high temperatures should have air conditioning, right?

Air conditioning? Upstairs, do you think this is a vacation?

By the way, does anyone have an upgrade set? I’m stuck at my current level, I can buy it at a high price with gold coins!

upgrade set? I remember seeing someone asking for it on the Exchange before, they were even offering a large bottle of antibiotics, but unfortunately, I didn’t even know what that was.

Inside the Elevator, Lin Feng felt a sense of tension as he read what that person in the chat room said.

He glanced at that person’s level, 11, only one level behind Lin Feng.

”Damn, is this guy cheating? When did he show up?”

Lin Feng was full of surprise; he hadn’t checked the chat room for a while, how did such a monster appear? The only two possibilities for this guy to upgrade so fast were: first, he was truly lucky and got whatever he wanted, or second, he was strong enough to directly kill and loot others.

An Elevator level of 11 was already among the best of everyone; at this time, he had already been praised to the skies by other onlookers.

After watching for a while and understanding most people’s information, Lin Feng closed the chat room, took a submachine gun, and put it up on the Exchange, with obsidian as the Exchange item.

Then he started preparing dinner.

Seeing Lin Feng take out beef from his backpack, Velociraptor rushed over in an arrow-like dash.

Saliva was almost dripping from its mouth.

”Does it have to be so exaggerated...?”

Lin Feng smiled helplessly, then cut off a large piece of meat and threw it to Velociraptor.

......

An hour later, Lin Feng, sweating profusely, put down the iron pot. Due to the energy consumed by wound healing, Lin Feng ate a full five catties of beef for dinner before finishing.

At this time, he found that the temperature seemed to be getting higher and higher.

How high was this going to get?!

Lin Feng went to the sink and continuously poured water over himself; it made him feel a bit more comfortable. The wound on his shoulder had healed, but there was still some pain; sleeping should make it better.

With such a high temperature, Lin Feng was too lazy to exercise. After wiping himself dry, he lay on the bed and watched TV.

Although the current temperature was high, it wasn’t life-threatening, but if it lasted for a long time, heatstroke was very likely.

Lin Feng didn’t sleep all night, and only managed to fall asleep around 7 AM.
