Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Cooperation and confrontation, meeting Qin AnBack in the Elevator, Lin Feng specifically checked the chat room.

After a long time, he didn’t see anyone from a Tier 1 Elevator speaking. He inquired in the chat room and only then learned that the person who claimed to be an Imperial Citizen yesterday suddenly stopped responding mid-conversation.

Some speculated that person might be a Seeker from another Elevator World, just that the chat room channels got crossed.

Others guessed this person was just being mysterious, or had died.

Or perhaps someone saw an empty Elevator, walked in, and used that Elevator’s screen to speak, trying to trick people.

....

Suddenly, someone he hadn’t contacted in a long time sent Lin Feng a message.

Ye Hua: [Brother Lin, do you have any heart-saving pills? Or other medication for heart disease?]

Ye Hua: [I’ll buy one bottle for fifty gold coins.]

Ye Hua had noticed that Lin Feng occasionally sold various medicines in the Exchange during this period, so he guessed that Lin Feng probably had a large supply of drugs, and many types as well.

Just in time, his medicine was almost gone. If he didn’t get a resupply, he wouldn’t live much longer.

He also knew that gold coins were a relatively precious resource.

Only five or six could be picked up on a single floor, and not every floor had them.

So Ye Hua took out all the gold coins he had saved. Most of these gold coins were acquired through trade, as he had a special skill.

Fifty gold coins?

Lin Feng was a little surprised. If he could buy a bottle of heart-saving pills for fifty gold coins, why didn’t he buy them on the Trading Floor?

If he still hadn’t entered a Trading Floor even now, then Lin Feng could only say that this guy was truly unlucky.

Lin Feng rummaged through the box where he stored medicines.

He found three types of medication for heart disease.

Quick-acting heart-saving pills, nitroglycerin, and metoprolol.

He happened to have the heart-saving pills Ye Hua wanted.

He had ten boxes in total, two bottles per box. He might as well sell three boxes to this guy; their previous transactions had been quite pleasant.

Lin Feng: [Three boxes, a total of six bottles of quick-acting heart-saving pills, forty pills per bottle, listed on the Exchange.]

Ye Hua: [Brother Lin, I only have fifty gold coins.]

Lin Feng: [Yes, just fifty coins.]

Ye Hua: [Thank you, Brother Lin! If you ever need anything in the future, just say the word. I’ll do my best to help!]

Ye Hua didn’t expect Lin Feng to be so generous, and his gratitude towards him flowed like a mighty river.

Not many people actually needed heart-saving pills, but there were, after all, over two billion Seekers. The moment Lin Feng listed them on the Exchange, dozens of trade requests appeared.

And Ye Hua’s trade request was at the top, precisely because he offered the highest price.

After the transaction with Ye Hua, fifty gold coins were added to Lin Feng’s material pile.

Ye Hua also gained three boxes of quick-acting heart-saving pills.

As for asking Ye Hua for help, Lin Feng went to the workbench to check and found that he didn’t need anything for now. However, Ye Hua’s crafting skill was so impressive that it would definitely be useful in the future, so owing him a favor wasn’t a bad idea.

Suddenly, Lin Feng glimpsed the synthesis recipe for Body Strengthening Pill. Thinking of the Body Strengthening Pill’s strange taste, Lin Feng curiously checked it.

Body Strengthening Pill: Fifty grams of Ganyellow, one centennial ginseng, one red lingzhi.

Lin Feng stroked his chin, looking at the unfamiliar Ganyellow.

He seemed to have some impression of this thing; it seemed to be a herb, but what was it?

“System, what is this Ganyellow?”

“Beep, esteemed Host, the main component of Ganyellow is a type of licorice.”

“Oh ~ licorice.”

Lin Feng nodded in sudden understanding. These medicinal ingredients all seemed quite normal, so why did the Body Strengthening Pill made from them taste so indescribable?

“By the way, System, will the Body Strengthening Pill still be effective if I take it again?”

“Beep, esteemed Host, it is still effective. Each Body Strengthening Pill consumed adds 1 to your strength, speed, and agility.”

“Okay, got it.”

Lin Feng nodded, then began lifting dumbbells while watching TV.

It hadn’t been 24 hours yet.

.......

“Beep, the floor the Host is about to enter is a team versus team game. This floor has ten Seekers, divided into two teams: Police and Bandit, with five Seekers per team. The game has five rounds. The losing side will be completely eradicated. No items can be carried onto this floor. It is recommended that the Host enter.”

“Beep, Game Rules: The Police faction needs to prevent the Bandit faction from planting bombs. The Bandit faction needs to detonate bombs within the specified time. Deceased/injured individuals will recover in the next round. Weapons and equipment can be purchased during the preparation time. No friendly fire. After the game ends, rewards will be settled through a lottery draw.

All Seekers entering this floor have combat experience. Please, Host, do not be careless.”

“Isn’t this just CS?”

Lin Feng said sleepily. He originally thought that with his Gun Proficiency skill, he could easily dominate this type of game.

However, the system’s last sentence made him put away any thoughts of underestimating his opponents.

It would be too laughable if he died due to carelessness.

[Ding dong! The Elevator is descending. Please hold on tight.]

[Ding dong! This floor is a team versus team floor, with ten Seekers in total, five per team...]

The subsequent explanation was not much different from the system’s.

After the Elevator stopped, Lin Feng walked out. As for Little Velociraptor, Lin Feng left him in the Elevator.

Facing hot weapons, this guy couldn’t help much.

The other four also appeared.

Three men and one woman.

Just then, Lin Feng suddenly felt a gaze assessing him. He turned his head and his eyes widened instantly.

“Qin An? Holy crap!”

“Lin Feng! It really is you!?”

Qin An had just felt that Lin Feng’s back looked familiar, and he didn’t expect it to actually be Lin Feng.

Qin An, with an excited face, stepped forward and gave Lin Feng a bear hug.

“There’s only one minute left in the game preparation time. Should we introduce ourselves first? After all, we’re teammates now, and whether we survive in the end still depends on everyone’s efforts.”

At this moment, the only woman on the team spoke. Her voice was cold, with a feeling of ’do not approach strangers’.

“Ah, yes, yes, sorry everyone, I got a little excited.”

Qin An laughed heartily, then stated his name.

Lin Feng also stated his name.

The other two men were Li Dao, who had a face full of tattoos, and Dong Yu, a muscular strongman.

The short-haired woman was Zhang Shuang.

[Ding dong! Game begins, assigning factions... You are the Bandit faction. Preparation time: 5 minutes.]

Soon, Lin Feng’s vision went white, and the next moment, they appeared in a place with 황 sand (yellow sand) everywhere.

“Holy crap! Dust II!”

Qin An and Lin Feng said in unison.
