Elevator Survival: Master of Every Floor

Please follow the arrow and you will leave here =(What, what exactly is this ghostly place!

Lin Feng punched the wall beside him, and his fist became damp.

Even the wall was very damp.

Looking at his damp fist, Lin Feng couldn’t help but lick his dry lips.

However, he wasn’t crazy enough to lick the unknown liquid on the walls and floor.

Lin Feng patted his face and quickly calmed down; he seemed to be caught in a loop now.

Although the surrounding layout had not repeated, Lin Feng always had a sense of déjà vu.

Rip!

Lin Feng tore a piece of cloth from his clothes and placed it on the ground as a marker, then continued to walk forward.

This time, he still walked straight ahead.

However, more than ten minutes later, Lin Feng was shocked to see the black cloth appear in front of him.

He was very sure that he had walked in a straight line, but why did he encounter the marker he had left?

After checking the cloth, Lin Feng was very sure that it was what he had torn from his clothes.

So, after walking for so long, could it be that he had been walking in place the whole time?

This time, Lin Feng changed direction and no longer walked in a straight line; watching the cloth disappear from his sight, Lin Feng thought that this time he should not return to the same spot.

Another ten minutes passed, and Lin Feng despaired; he actually saw the marker again.

He really wanted to curse loudly now, but he also knew that if he lost his mind now, he would be trapped here forever, until he died of dehydration.

Now he could only continue walking forward, and after Lin Feng had walked a few steps, he suddenly found a line of text on the wall.

”Strange, it wasn’t there just now.”

Lin Feng was a little confused, and the words on the wall were:

[If you are trapped here, please follow →, it will lead you out = (.]

An arrow was drawn in front of the wall with this string of characters.

When Lin Feng followed the arrow, he found two more strings of characters appeared under the arrow.

[Please do not follow the arrow, it is deceiving you = ).]

[Please continue to follow the arrow, you will find the exit = (]

Lin Feng looked at the two completely different texts and didn’t know which one to believe for a moment.

But if he followed the arrow, there was still a fifty percent chance of finding the exit; if he didn’t follow the arrow, he might never find a way out.

So, Lin Feng decided to take a gamble.

Follow the arrow, find the exit.

Next, Lin Feng continued to follow the arrow.

The divergence of the text under the arrow became more and more serious.

Along the way, Lin Feng also saw a red balloon floating in the air, but with a cautious attitude, Lin Feng didn’t look closely and continued to follow the arrow.

Another hour passed.

Lin Feng’s clothes were soaked by now.

In this damp, stuffy, and monotonous environment, people are very prone to irritation, but Lin Feng’s eyes were still clear at this time.

This might also be due to his three points of sanity.

Although he still hadn’t found an exit, there was one good news: he hadn’t seen the cloth he had discarded again, which proved that he wasn’t circling in place, and that was enough.

However, Lin Feng, who had walked for so long, was still a little tired, and at the same time, due to profuse sweating, his lips became drier and drier.

But fortunately, this was all within an acceptable range.

......

”How much longer until I can get out....”

Another hour later, Lin Feng was panting, looking at the seemingly endless space in front of him.

”Cough, cough, cough....”

Lin Feng coughed as he continued to follow the arrow.

A few minutes later, he finally perked up as he looked at the text under the arrow.

[Walk another hundred meters along the arrow and you will successfully leave here. = (]

[Don’t go any further, you will die here!! = )]

[After seeing the red balloon, walk over to it, and it will take you out of here! = )]

[Do not approach the red balloon! = (]

These texts seemed to be written by two opposing beings.

As for whether they were human, Lin Feng didn’t know.

And he had trusted the arrow for so long; now there was no turning back.

If he couldn’t get out again, his physical strength would not be enough.

So Lin Feng walked forward again.

A minute later, a wooden door appeared in front of Lin Feng.

[Open the door and walk out, and you can leave this level. = (]

[Are you sure you want to go out? It’s very dangerous outside. Go find the red balloon; it can take you out of this ghostly place. = )]

Looking at the two paragraphs of text on the wooden door, Lin Feng unhesitatingly twisted open the wooden door.

The other side of the wooden door was a place similar to a warehouse.

Upon seeing this, Lin Feng breathed a sigh of relief. It seemed he hadn’t believed wrongly; the other side of the door finally had a different color.

After walking out the door, Lin Feng saw his Elevator appear in front of him. There was also a sixty-second countdown on the Elevator, asking him if he wanted to go back.

After a moment of thought, Lin Feng still chose to return to the Elevator.

This floor was a bit too eerie.

He also couldn’t guarantee whether he could find a new exit.

If the system’s mission wasn’t completed, then so be it. Anyway, there was no penalty, and his life was more important.

”Hoo~”

Lin Feng lay on the floor of the Elevator, breathing in fresh air in big gulps.

The rotten, damp air on that floor had made him a little hypoxic.

After resting for a while, Lin Feng sat up.

The Little Velociraptor, meanwhile, sat quietly beside Lin Feng, holding a suitcase in its mouth. It remembered that Lin Feng had taken this box before, so when this box suddenly appeared in the Elevator, it picked it up, ready to offer it to Lin Feng at any time.

”upgrade set? Could this be the reward from that floor just now?”

Lin Feng took the upgrade set from the Little Velociraptor’s mouth and asked doubtfully.

He had only found one exit, and the reward was already this good. If he found a few more, would the rewards be even better?

Lin Feng shook his head; he really didn’t want to experience that floor again.

If he hadn’t chosen to follow the arrow, he probably would never have gotten out, right?

At this time, Qin An sent another message.

Qin An: [Lin Feng, your dad is back! The holiday passed so fast, and I’m back in this broken place again.]

??? Wasn’t Qin An’s holiday seven days? How many days has it been, and he’s already back?

Lin Feng: [Isn’t your holiday seven days?]

Qin An: [Yes, I had seven days.]

Lin Feng: [???? But it’s been less than three days since you left!]

Qin An: [Nani??]

Qin An: [Could it be that the time flow in the Elevator space is different from that on Blue Star?]

Lin Feng: [That’s the only possibility. I just came out of a very strange floor. I need to rest; I’m exhausted.]

Qin An: [Oh~ What kind of floor exhausted you ๑ U v U ๑]

Lin Feng: [......... Where did you get such a lewd expression from!]
