After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 2100: Chapter 2104: I Will Cherish You

Realizing that her last bottom line hadn’t actually been crossed yet, Xu Xia felt a little better.

Hearing him come closer, she clenched her teeth and refused to look at him. She had no desire to see him naked.

Leng Zirui pulled a bath towel over and wrapped it around himself, then circled to stand in front of her, tilting his head as he looked at her.

”You’ve still got a few days before your vacation ends. I don’t feel like going into a bloodbath right now.”

Vacation?

Bloodbath?!

Could it be that... her ”thing” was here?!

No, that wasn’t right. It was only mid-month; she usually came at the end of the month. It had only been a few days since it ended—how could it be here again?

”I know what I’m doing is a bit presumptuous, but I promise you, I’ll dote on you properly.”

Leng Zirui reached his hand out toward her face; Xu Xia immediately opened her mouth and went in for a bite.

Laughing as he dodged his fingers away, Leng Zirui hooked a finger under her chin, his fingertips gently brushing her lips, slipping away just so, never letting her actually bite him.

”You know, I just love hard-to-train little wildcats like you. Taming you is the fun part. Don’t worry—give it a few days, once your vacation’s over, I’ll make sure you’re well taken care of. But right now, I have to go.” Leng Zirui straightened up. ”Do you like it here? I think the environment’s not bad. Why don’t you just stay here, hmm?”

”Roy, I’m warning you, you’d better let me go right now, or you’ll regret it.” Xu Xia glared at him through clenched teeth. ”One day, you’re going to die a miserable death.”

Because that person would avenge her.

”Is that a threat, baby?” Leng Zirui asked with a cold laugh.

”Hmph.” Xu Xia snorted. ”It’s not a threat. I’m just telling you a fact.”

Leng Zirui shrugged, unconcerned. ”If you’re talking about those bodyguards of yours, forget it. With just them? They’re nowhere near capable of killing me.”

Xu Xia only gave him five words in return: ”Just wait for your death.”

”Ha...” Leng Zirui burst out laughing. ”The only place I want to die is in your gentle township.”

He picked up his watch from the table, glanced at it, then raised his hand and pressed the Butler service button.

”Good morning, how may I help you?”

On the phone, a respectful, elegant male voice immediately came through, asking in Chinese.

The services in the presidential suite were entirely up to the guest. Since Xu Xia was the one staying here, the services were provided in Chinese.

”Bring up two sets of clothes, one for a man and one for a woman. Everything from underwear to outerwear. The sizes are...”

Leng Zirui reported both his own and Xu Xia’s measurements.

Off to the side, Xu Xia could only grit her teeth again.

This bastard actually knew her body that well?

After hanging up, Leng Zirui walked back to the side of the bed again, looking down from above at Xu Xia, who was wrapped in red silk.

Right now, Xu Xia was basically a big red zongzi dumpling. But through her clothes he could still imagine how soft and sweet that beautiful body underneath the ”zongzi wrapping” was. It was just that now wasn’t the time for him to enjoy it.

The doorbell rang right on cue. He walked over and opened the door, seeing a hotel staff member standing outside with several shopping bags in hand. When the man saw him, he greeted him politely and, after getting permission, carried the things inside.

”Sir, do you require any other services?”

”Have them prepare a breakfast as well.”

Leng Zirui answered mildly. The staff member immediately nodded and slipped out quietly, closing the door behind him.
