After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1684: Chapter 1688: Just Have Eight or Ten Kids

”That day, when I heard you got caught on the phone, my heart hurt so much, and then I rushed to Hong Kong, drove to find you, and at the time, I thought, if you died, what would I do...” Leng Zirui raised his hand, gently stroking her face, ”I don’t dare to think, Xu Xia, I really don’t dare... In all my life, I’ve never been as scared as I was that night... Your place in my heart is much higher than you imagine. Xu Xia, listen carefully, I, Leng Zirui, have fallen in love with a woman, and that person...” he raised his palm, pointing at her, ”is you, Xu Xia!”

It was she who first told him she liked him, this word ”love,” should come from him first, that’s fair.

This girl, because she liked him, had already endured too much, he couldn’t let her keep guessing his feelings with anxiety and uncertainty.

Xu Xia smiled, her smile radiant.

What could be happier than hearing the man you love say ”I love you”?!

”Now, I also want to tell you, Leng Zirui, listen carefully, I, Xu Xia, have fallen in love with a man, and that person...” she drew near and lightly kissed his cheek, ”is you, Leng Zirui!”

She was tired of pretending, tired of acting.

Now, finally able to meet him sincerely, Xu Xia no longer wanted to hide her feelings.

This man, she loved, she wanted.

Starting today, she would choose to be brave.

Leng Zirui raised his hand, pressing her little head against his chest, his fingers gently massaging her wrist, which still showed clear bruises, he sighed tenderly.

”Next time, don’t risk yourself like this again, from now on, you are not just Xu Xia, you are also the one who will be Leng Zirui’s wife, and if you die, your husband here would have to rely on his left hand for the rest of his life!”

”You bad guy!” Xu Xia blushed and cursed softly in his arms, ”When did I ever say I would marry you?”

”Playing dirty, are you?” Leng Zirui gently stroked her hair, ”I remember very clearly, you said, as long as I don’t die, you’ll marry me, and you’ll give me children, as many as I want, and moreover, I’ve got witnesses, my brother, Ah Jiu, and Ah Sang, they all heard it, I think, now, children shouldn’t be too many... just ten or eight should do...”

Ten or eight, does he think she is a pig?!

Xu Xia laughed and scolded, ”I’m not a pig, you give birth yourself!”

...

...

Beijing.

With Ah Jiu and Cheang Xiao and others escorting him, Leng Zimo safely arrived at the Leng Family Mansion.

”Dad!” Sitting on the sofa playing chess with Leng Lin, Luo Jun saw him, immediately put down the chess pieces, and ran towards him, ”You’re back.”

”Good son!” Leng Zimo bent down and picked him up, giving him a kiss on his little face, ”Why aren’t you asleep yet?”

”I’ve been waiting for you back!” Luo Jun hugged his neck, whispering in his ear, ”Mom is upstairs waiting for you, she said, as soon as you come home, take you upstairs immediately.”

”Really?!” Leng Zimo lifted the corners of his lips, ”Alright, then let’s go upstairs.”

”Zimo!” Leng Lin stood up, ”I have a few words to say to you.”

After dinner, he had been waiting, just waiting for his eldest son to come back, ready to apologize.

”Is it urgent?!” Leng Zimo asked.

Leng Lin hesitated a bit, ”Not... not too urgent.”
