After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 1668: Chapter 1672: Sissi, What a Coincidence

”Quickly go back and protect Madam!” Xiao Jie couldn’t bother with Seo Fei, shouted as he stood up from the grass, turned around and led a few bodyguards running towards the door, dialing Cheang Xiao’s number as he went.

...

...

At the amusement park’s back door.

Luo Ke had just stepped out when one of his subordinates greeted him.

”Where are they?!” He immediately asked the person.

The subordinate dared not neglect the task, quickly leading him towards the parking spot on the side of the road, soon arriving near a black Audi car.

”I’ll do it!” Luo Ke raised his hand to hold the subordinate’s arm, one hand in his pocket, slowly walked to the Audi with the flashers on and the doors closed, bent down slightly, and tapped on the window, ”Sissi, what a coincidence!”

Inside the car, no one responded, and the window remained unmoved, not sliding down as he expected.

Perplexed, Luo Ke pressed his face to the car window, his gaze piercing through the reflective film on the glass, only to see the empty cabin; there was no one inside.

”Where are they!”

Turning his face, he shouted angrily at the subordinate responsible for monitoring Luo Xiaoqian.

The subordinate trotted over, looked inside the car with confusion, staring at the empty vehicle with a bewildered expression, ”I clearly saw them in the car earlier, how could... they be gone?!”

Smack!

”Damn it!” Luo Ke raised his hand and slapped him across the face, then furiously ordered through a wireless earpiece, ”Everyone, search for her at all costs! Find her!”

Upon hearing his command, about a dozen subordinates near the back door immediately turned around and went back into the amusement park, while Luo Ke also strode back inside.

He did not notice that inside the small supermarket he passed by, Luo Xiaoqian was there.

Luo Xiaoqian smiled while using a tissue to wipe the tears of the small boy in front of her, ”You can’t find your mom, can you?”

”Yes!” The little guy nodded amid sniffles and sobs, ”Mom is gone, I want my mom...”

”Don’t cry, if you cry and your mom calls your name, you won’t hear her!” Luo Xiaoqian took an ice cream Cheang Xiao handed her and gave it to the boy, ”Now, while eating the ice cream, tell Auntie your name, okay?”

A while ago, she was indeed waiting in the car, only to find a little boy near the back door crying and calling for his mom loudly.

Luo Xiaoqian noticed the child was separated from his mother, initially intending to have subordinates bring him to the amusement park’s staff, but surprisingly, the boy refused to let them touch him. With no other option, she personally got out of the car and led him to the small supermarket for comfort.

”Mom said not to eat things from strangers!” The little boy, probably around three years old, younger than Luo Jun, looked at the ice cream in her hand with a greedy expression, yet hesitated to take it.

Luo Xiaoqian smiled warmly, ”Let’s introduce ourselves to each other and be good friends, okay? I’m Luo Xiaoqian, what’s your name?”

”I...I’m Xiao Bao!” the boy answered.

”How old are you?”

”Three years old.”

”Do you know your mom’s name?!”

”She...she’s called Luo... Luo... Luo Hongyu!”

”Wow, Xiao Bao is amazing, you even know your mom’s name!” Luo Xiaoqian gave him a thumbs-up, ”Alright, now we are good friends, not strangers anymore. You can eat the ice cream Auntie bought, and then we’ll go find the security uncle together to help find your mom, okay?!”
