After rejecting my celebrity husband

Chapter 57: Chapter 57: As Expected, It’s Not a Legend

Leng Zimo, looking at Luo Xiaoqian, who moved toward the bathroom like a bug, got off the bed neatly, took large strides to the door, and got there first. Grabbing the bathroom doorknob, he said, ”Bring the shirt over, and lay the coat and pants on the bed. I have a meeting this afternoon, remember to match the tie well!”

She wasn’t his maid. Why should she serve him?

”Why do you get to shower first!” she turned around and blocked the bathroom door with her body.

Leng Zimo raised an eyebrow. ”You want to shower together?”

Luo Xiaoqian was also about one meter sixty-something tall, not considered short, but standing in front of him, she was still almost a head shorter, giving her a strong sense of oppression.

”Not interested!”

She turned to leave, and her foot caught the corner of the blanket, immediately losing her balance.

”Ah!”

She screamed and reached out to grab something. Her fingers touched an object, which she immediately clung to tightly.

The thin blanket, no longer supported by her hand, slid off her body. Before she could reach for it, her arm was suddenly encircled, and he pinned her against the wall.

What she was holding onto... was his...arm?!

Before her eyes, his handsome face rapidly enlarged, and the man’s breath, closing in.

”Behave, or else, deal with the consequences yourself!”

Time was no longer on their side. There was a meeting in the afternoon, and she had classes to attend. He was already trying hard to contain himself, yet she kept swaying in front of him. Was she challenging his willpower?

Realizing that her arm, at some unknown point, had ended up around his neck, Luo Xiaoqian hastily withdrew her hand.

”I’ll go get your clothes ready!”

Squirting from under his arm, she quickly grabbed the blanket off the floor, draped it over herself, and fled to the wardrobe.

Leng Zimo took a breath and turned to walk into the bathroom.

Only when she heard the sound of water flowing from the bathroom did Luo Xiaoqian breathe a sigh of relief, turning to look for her clothes by the bed.

After rummaging on the floor for a while, all she found was a green, shredded T-shirt.

Did this man have a destruction addiction? Every time, he wouldn’t stop until her clothes were ripped to shreds.

Not daring to delay, she folded back to the edge of the wardrobe and randomly pulled out one of his shirts to put on over her body, then his boxer briefs, and finally found a pair of sports pants with a drawstring to pull on.
