Pillar of Yita

This might be the very reason why Hain Famm did not make these incomplete technologies public. And before he truly mastered these technologies, Fang Hong also no longer harbored those naive ideas.

He couldn’t help but reflect on whether he had been too indifferent to Hain Famm’s treasured technologies in the past, and whether he had inadvertently leaked them. If this had fallen into the hands of a proper Grand Artificer like Aquitez, it’s still fine, but if his predictions really came true, wouldn’t he be a sinner of Eteliria for ages?

Do not speak of completing Hain Famm’s vision, whether one is worthy of this legacy is still uncertain.

Fang Hong quietly reminded himself at this moment that he must pay attention to this in the future, even when passing on technology, one must carefully discern the true intentions of the other party.

He glanced briefly over the blueprint, and half an hour had already passed, with time flowing slowly like sand. Not until the last moment did he put the blueprint back with a deep sigh:

Aquitez replicated an incredibly simplified version of a Combat Fairy, and he had just seen a real Combat Fairy at the Hall of Thousand Doors. He understood that the Old Dwarf had at least not taken the wrong path — this Combat Fairy did not compromise its original agility, nor did it omit the targeting device, and still left room for upgrades. Though simplified somewhat, it had already taken the most important step.

He believed that continuing this line of development, it might one day be possible to recreate a true Combat Fairy.

Indeed, the technologies are related, Fang Hong thought. Some technologies of the Numelin Elves resurfacing immediately led to the revival of other technologies that once existed. If not for the vast differences between the Numelin Elves and humans, recreating the glory of the Numelin Elves Era one day isn’t impossible.

Of course, presently it is indeed a glorious era of burgeoning alchemy. Only this time, it is led by humans and Dwarfs.

He returned to his senses, glanced at these blueprints, knowing clearly their value. Even now, they signify a revolution for the Clockwork Fairy. He even found it a bit unbelievable, and looked towards the middle-aged Knight beside him, asking: ”Are these really for me, Mr. Diket?”

But Diket wasn’t in a hurry, only leisurely drank the malt beer in his cup. After Fang Hong finished looking, he replied: ”Of course, I don’t understand them. It can’t be that Aquitez gave them to me, right? But that old guy has another request, I’ll tell you later, because there’s something even more serious right now.”

Fang Hong wasn’t too concerned at this moment. Upon hearing the other party’s request, he merely nodded. After all, since he accepted help, those blueprints are of extraordinary significance and value, they could completely become a Grand Artificer’s secret craft—and having learned from these blueprints, in the alchemist circle’s view, he is considered half a student.

So even if Old Aquitez had once tricked him, isn’t it normal for a teacher to trick his student a bit?

However, when he saw Mr. Diket suddenly become serious and sit up straight, he naturally forgot the trivial matters in front of him, and subconsciously asked: ”What’s wrong, Mr. Diket, what’s the serious matter?”

Fang Hong actually understood from the beginning that Diket came south to find him for something more urgent. And clearly, only now are they getting to the main point.

It was only then did Diket put down the glass in his hand and asked: ”Do you remember that piece of armor, the one that Miss Atira and Tianlan brought out from Dolifen Fantasy.”

Having said that, he originally thought he had to explain a bit more, after all, it was an incident from half a year ago, and at that time, others didn’t pay much attention to that armor.

But unexpectedly, as soon as he spoke, Fang Hong’s expression changed.

”I certainly remember,” Fang Hong immediately replied with a frown: ”In fact, we’re currently facing a troublesome matter, which might be related to that armor, Mr. Diket.”

Diket was slightly startled, then listened as Fang Hong recounted what he and Sophie and others witnessed in Dulun—when they witnessed the Duke’s eldest son ’dying’ and returning to life in Phoenix City, their suspicions were aroused, the entire farce on the night of the celebration was filled with bizarre aspects from start to finish.

Although the situation in the Southern Region can still be maintained on the surface for now, Fang Hong was still somewhat uneasy about everything that happened before.

Sophie also shared the same thoughts and inspected that armor once more thereafter, although they gained nothing, she could always feel that the armor seemed to be alive. Because sometimes it would even move its position, varying from a few centimeters to a few meters.

This matter once made Atira feel the armor was somewhat ominous, Tianlan and Gita were even more afraid, so Sophie had to put it away. Fang Hong thought the armor should currently be kept with Silver Weslan, and perhaps Princess Silver Weslan would present it as evidence to Stargate Port.

After Fang Hong finished speaking, he couldn’t help but ask: ”Mr. Diket, so what secret is hidden in that armor?”

Diket shook his head, asking him to be patient. After a moment of silence, he answered: ”I brought that armor with me, only it’s inconvenient to take it out today.” Then he looked up, fixing his silver-grey eyes on Fang Hong, and slowly said: ”Moreover, I found some related information pointing to the owner of that armor.”

”What?”

Fang Hong was taken aback, not expecting the other party to have actually discovered the owner of that armor.

”Who is that?” He blurted out, and in a moment of urgency, his voice drew puzzled looks from others in the bar. Only then did Fang Hong realize the inappropriateness and lowered his voice to add: ”Mr. Diket, who is the owner of that armor?”

”His name is Aiertaute Ailingelan.”

”What? Ailingelan!” Fang Hong couldn’t help but exclaim.
