Starting Off Survival With A Small Treehouse

Chapter 859: Chapter 513: So This Is How Survivors Are Born (3)

Even Xu Xin and the others would cease to exist directly due to the enormous changes in history.

Moreover, the time machine cannot travel across too distant a time.

So it won’t work.

They can only choose the point in time ten years before the invasion.

However, because the newcomers are completely unfamiliar with the past world, and also have not experienced the discovery of the giant beast’s bloodline, they have no way to find where the giant beast’s bloodline is dormant.

This gave them a great headache at one point.

But in the midst of their headache, they suddenly discovered a fearsome situation.

The space-time they were in started to become unstable!

This instability was manifested in various aspects.

Just a few hundred meters apart, the flow of time showed a very noticeable difference.

Occasionally, tiny visible spatial rifts would appear around them.

The world suddenly became chaotic.

After investigation and speculation, they reached a conclusion.

Certain actions taken by those who went back in time have already altered the world’s trajectory.

The world has begun to develop in a different direction.

Therefore, the space-time they were in was no longer the true future of the world!

The space-time they were in was likely to collapse and disappear soon!

In layman’s terms, the entire world was like a game.

Going back to the past was like loading a previous save, making different choices, changing the path, and the future experiences became false and blurry.

The timeline leads from the past to the future. There is no parallel universe, only one.

Changing the past creates a new future, and the original old future becomes a false future.

The false future doesn’t disappear immediately but gradually collapses, eventually turning into nothingness.

When they learned this information, everyone fell silent.

Only then did they realize what a terrifying device they had created!

Therefore, they must stake everything on one throw! There is no second path to choose!

They at least need to make the new future a true and bright future!

So, before their false future completely dissipates, they must do something!

After much thought, they finally adopted another method.

Since the newcomers couldn’t successfully execute the plan, let those who have survived all along return!

Those who have survived all along might not be unable to go back to the past!

The laws of the universe do not allow the same person to exist in the same space-time, so they just need to circumvent this law.

There is a way to send those who have survived for hundreds of years back to the past!

As long as they use the time machine to send their past selves, who are still in an ignorant state on the eve of the disaster, to a more distant future so that their past selves do not exist in that time-space.

Then they can go back!

This way, the same people won’t exist in the same space-time!

And these future people, who are about to cease to exist because of the future’s fading away, can use their last moments to change the world’s destiny!

This idea is very bold and rushed, but it’s the only way!

Thus, the plan began.

A batch of newcomers was sent to the eve of the disaster as the first step’s executors.

The time machine played a huge role at this time.

While the false future hadn’t completely faded, the time machine could choose to return to the false future or enter the real future!

The newcomers sent the first batch of people to the real future and gave them tremendous help, so they wouldn’t die in the future.

And the planners in the false future finally managed to return to the past, to the eve of the disaster, and saw Earth before the disaster again!

But these planners were already destined not to have a future; even they themselves were already false...

Xu Xin’s eyes twitched slightly.

Wait...

Could this first batch of people sent to the future be...

The first batch of survivors in his world?
