Apocalypse Gachapon

Chapter 1319: Livestream

What was Ye Zhongming doing?

After receiving news that Cloud Peak had set off, all the factions had the same question.

Although the apocalypse was very different compared to the one Ye Zhongming was in before he had evolved; for example, humans were still disadvantaged against mutated lifeforms, but the degree was better than before. For example, the time that a nine-star evolved would appear in this life was later than the last life, but their overall strength would be higher. For example, Secret Realm lifeforms appeared on Earth in this life. Organisations that were slightly bigger would have heard of this news.

But some things didn’t change. Super factions were still being the focus of attention.

In the last life, Ye Zhongming paid attention to others. In this life, other people started to pay attention to him.

Cloud Peak was ranked third in the country, so everyone was shocked when they looked like they were going all out!

Especially when no one knew what his goal was.

Friends and enemies weren’t a clear line in the apocalypse. If Cloud Peak went crazy, some factions would be unlucky.

So when Cloud Peak went out, all the organisations in the country moved. They used various methods to collect information about these 130 thousand troops and guessed all sorts of possibilities.

The faction along the way shivered. Some decided to move away to avoid the army.
Those factions that were enemies of Cloud Peak, like the Resistance Zone, Glory Army, etc., were wary. Glory Army even started to move troops to support the two branches in the direction of Cloud Peak’s army while also moving toward Cloud Peak.

It was obvious that they were wary of Cloud Peak.

They suffered a loss over at Cloud Peak, and three branches were destroyed. Both sides were enemies.

Factions closer to Cloud Peak decided to follow them and see where they wanted to go. People like Mu Xinfei realised the issue and didn’t go far. She returned and entered the army. She acted like she wouldn’t go anywhere unless they told her the goal.

Ye Zhongming couldn’t do anything to her. Both sides did business with each other, and Cloud Peak needed their ammo techniques. S Zone needed their evolution potions and weapons. Their personal relationships were also quite good.

Moreover, there was also Bai Sisi, who was in Mu Xinfei’s faction, to whom they had to give some face.

Everyone wanted to know Cloud Peak’s goal. Ji Ruiguang’s envoy even arrived. Wen Zhong lowered himself to contact Guang Yao to ask what Ye Zhongming was doing.

But they were all disappointed as they didn’t get an answer from Cloud Peak. But they would find out soon.

Cloud Peak’s army stopped on a highway on the fifth day.

In front of them was a hilly region. As there were a few famous hot springs, it was called Shuidongling.

The army stopped. News spread through various channels, and a few hours later, the various factions learned about it.

These organisations started to investigate what Shuidongling was.

“Where is… This? What is there?” This was the reason why the higher-ups of Thousand Beast Villa looked at each other. They didn’t know where this place was. The map showed that it was an ordinary hilly area with nothing special about it.

“Are you sure there isn’t any faction or camp there? For example, ones that Cloud Peak placed a bounty on?”

This was the question the Five Ring Money deacons had.

“I don’t understand. Are they just resting?” This was Cannibal Chain’s guess/

“They stopped? Shuidongling? Which factions are nearby?”

Many higher-ups gathered in the Resistance Zone’s meeting room. They, too, didn’t know what had happened.

“Oi, why did you stop?” Mu Xinfei asked Ye Zhongming, but she was sent away with a smile.

“Cloud Peak’s War Fortress moved!”

“Their warriors have started to build… They look like defences, or traps?”

“The crystal cannons have been moved down. They are not resting!”

“They are clearing mutated lifeforms in the area!”

“The moving lab has opened! Something is being activated!”

“Oh my god, I saw them move boxes of crystal grenades!”

“Cloud Peak has started to set up!”

“The warriors from the Secret Realm are moving to the sides. I don’t know their actual goal!”

“They have started to clear the area. Should we continue to observe?”

“It is the Exquisite Floating Ball; it rose into the sky! What is beside it? It is that level eight evil dragon. The dragon that they call Yangos!”

“Red Hair also rose into the sky. But she is not with Yangos. She flew into Shuidongling!”

“Cloud Peak’s main battle squad moved!”

“Some people in white started to place traps. They are really quick. Most of the traps are already completed and only need to be laid.”

“What are those? It looks like a new crystal gun. It is very long, over three meters. There are four parts. Is that a sniper rifle? Cloud Peak’s new weapon?”

“They are clearing the area. I can’t continue to observe, retreating, retreating.”

“Final report. Over two thousand Cloud Peak warriors held something similar to an RPG. Beside them are hundreds of boxes of ammo.”
