Apocalypse Gachapon

Chapter 1319.5- Livestream (2)

Although the various factions received different amounts of information, the information was still spread through their scouts.

They might have already finished when the various faction leaders got the information, but they followed the changes closely.

They really wanted to know what would happen there.

At one moment, another piece of information started to spread.

“Red Hair is back; I saw that behind her, there are… Mutated… Mutated Ape?”

“Many mutated apes; I can’t confirm the number!”

“Cloud Peak’s target seems to be the mutated apes!”

“Shuidongling has a bunch of mutated apes!”

“Headquarters, we received accurate information from the evolved around that Shuidongling is the nest of the mutated apes. Cloud Peak’s goal is this place. I find it weird because they don’t seem worth it for Cloud Peak to go all out!”

“There are around two thousand of them. The evolution levels are not certain, but I see some level seven ones.”
“I noticed another thing! A zombie horde has appeared two kilometers southeast of Shuidongling. They seem to be heading towards the Cloud Peak battlefield. There are around a thousand of them, but their average level is high. It is around level five!”

“No, this isn’t a simple zombie horde. Cloud Peak warriors are around them, but why aren’t they getting attacked?”

“Red Hair should have controlled them. Does Cloud Peak want to use the zombie horde to attack these mutated apes?”

Cloud Peak’s target got clearer and clearer, but doubts still existed. Many people didn’t understand why Ye Zhongming would spend so much effort to attack the mutated apes.

“Strong, fast, high defense, various abilities, intelligent and very organized. Not only do they know how to attack, but they also know how to flee when the situation is wrong. Why did Ye Zhongming choose them? If he wants to hunt, the effect won’t be too good.”

Deacon Water, Ji Ruiguang, Wen Zhong, and other leaders had the same analysis.

Ye Zhongming wanted to train his troops?

“The attack started! Eh, no. The firepower isn’t strong.”

“Red Hair gave a weird roar. For some reason, the mutated apes got angry, and they are speeding up!”

“There are around five thousand apes!”

“There is a level eight mutated ape. It is very muscular, like a moving giant!”

“Not good. They are very organised. Many of them have weapons, such as thick tree branches and large bones.”

“A bunch of super giant apes appeared, there are hundreds of them. What are they carrying? Seem like stones!”

“The number of mutated apes is increasing and has reached eight thousand. How are there so many of them here?”

“Red Hair sped up. It quickly broke away from the battlefield!”

When the number of apes reached eight thousand, the leaders who heard the information started to think that Cloud Peak had thought this true. This number of apes would be a sizeable fortune even if they wiped out half of it. That would be a huge gain if they could kill that level-eight ape king and get the level-eight demon crystal and material.

But what about losses?

Did Ye Zhongming consider the losses? Facing the strong, mutated apes that were as intelligent as humans, the losses won’t be little. So, could the gains be worth it?

These leaders weren’t optimistic about this.

“They are here! Cloud Peak’s firepower increased, and all the crystal cannons started to fire!”

“Exquisite Floating Ball used the air-to-earth missiles. Just three of them, but the explosion was shocking.”

“Yi, why are some of their squads retreating?”

“The mutated apes are fighting back. They have started to toss stones at Cloud Peak’s formation.”

“The War Fortress has moved. Cloud Peak’s ranged forces have also moved, and they are destroying the stones!”

“That two thousand RPG squad has started to fire. Oh my god, it is so majestic. They fired in unison!”

“Trap! The mutated apes entered a trap area, and many of them fell!”

The situation spread through the various regions. Although they weren’t there personally, it was as if they were listening to a live stream and still felt very nervous.

“The apes are so smart. They stopped charging, and some wrapped around the sides. Some are trying to remove the traps. The others stopped. They are using stones and trees to suppress Cloud Peak’s firepower.”

“The War Fortress is firing, and it is very powerful. No, it is too powerful. Apes lower than level-five can’t block it at all!”

“Cloud Peak’s defensive squad has moved, and they blocked the ranged attacks.”

“Ah!”

“Wait!”

“Explosion, an explosion!”

The area around the traps exploded! Cloud Peak buried many crystal cannons, and the energy drowned the battlefield! There is too much smoke and I can’t see anything!”

News paused because of that explosion. While the leaders were nervous, they also looked forward to the battle continuing.

But at the same time, they realised a huge problem. Thus, many scouts received an order.

Report the losses of both sides!
