The Incubus System Chapter 810. Crazy Yandereʼs Obsession VI

She tilted her head slightly, her unwavering gaze fixed on me. There was no trace of fear in her eyes, only an unsettling blend of obsession and madness.

”Cause I love Ethan and I only want him, no matter what,” she responded with conviction.

Her answer left me momentarily speechless.

At that moment, it became painfully clear just how deep her obsession ran. It was a level of fervor and fixation that exceeded even my wildest expectations. If I were still a human, I would have felt an overwhelming urge to run, to flee from this nightmarish situation and abandon everything I held dear for a quiet and peaceful life.

ʼDonʼt stick your d*ck in crazy,ʼ they said. It was a well-known piece of advice, but here I was, a demon lord, faced with the challenge of taming this incredibly intense and borderline insane demon hunter.

”Fine,” I conceded, attempting to negotiate with her.

I snapped my fingers with a flick of my wrist, utilizing my Telekinesis skill to maintain control of the situation.

My unseen forces commanded her body to move. It was a reversal of roles now, as the invisible energy effortlessly carried her over to the chair where I had been restrained earlier. The chains and restraints that had once held me in place now coiled around her.

I canceled my Dark Bound skill, and the restraints that held Ruby in place disappeared into thin air.

With a flick of my fingers, I dragged another chair, and it slid smoothly into place behind me. I settled into it with an air of authority, my posture upright and my eyes locked on Ruby.

She was now the one sitting before me as my prisoner, while I occupied the seat of power.

With a newfound sense of control, I gazed at Ruby, who was now seemingly more vulnerable than ever. The air was heavy.

”You only have 10 minutes. Where should we start?” I asked with a tone that carried a sense of urgency.𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝚠𝚎𝚋𝗻𝗼𝕧𝗲𝐥.𝚌𝚘𝐦

She didnʼt waste a moment. ”You said you are Ethan, do you still have your own consciousness or not?” Her question came swift and direct.

”Iʼm Ethan, and I still have my consciousness,” I responded without hesitation, offering a simple and concise answer.

”What made you turn into a demon?” Her eyes locked onto mine.

”Death. The rat demons killed me. It happened when I was still the associationʼs bait. The queen of the demon world found me and revived me to be her son,” I explained.

She wore a puzzled frown, clearly taken aback. ”Her son?” she repeated, her voice tinged with disbelief.

”Yeah. Iʼm the prince of the demon world now,” I replied matter-of-factly.

Her eyes were wide with disbelief and curiosity as she processed this revelation. ”And you accept it? Do you know who your father is?” she asked.

”I know, and I accept it. Iʼve moved beyond my human existence, and I prefer things this way,” I admitted with a self-assured grin playing on my lips. ”In this form, I have the strength to protect whatʼs dear to me and shape my destiny. Flawed as it may be, it beats being powerless, a mere pawn in someone elseʼs game,” I confessed, my gaze shifting to my hand.

I turned my attention back to her, leaning in closer. Our eyes locked in an intense exchange.

”Just like you now. Youʼre aware of how the association uses you, right? And their plans for using me as their weapon?” I posed the question, highlighting the similarities in our situations.

Her surprise was evident in her silence. ”So youʼre aware of their plans,” she finally managed to say, her voice filled with astonishment and disbelief.

”Of course, I am, Ruby. Since becoming a demon, my awareness has expanded. Iʼve seen the darker aspects of humanity, their egos, and their obsessions. Iʼve witnessed how those at the top treat us like mere pawns,” I replied with a hint of bitterness in my voice.

Her gaze shifted away, and she seemed to reflect on my words. ”I wonʼt argue with that,” she admitted softly.

I waited, making sure she had all the answers she sought. She hesitated for a moment before speaking again, turning to face me directly. ”Just one more question, Ethan,” she began, her voice steady. ”The person who saved me at the café, was that you after you became a demon or before?” she asked, seeking clarification on a crucial detail.
