I Am Scouted by Real Madrid

Chapter 347: Chapter 28: Guardiola: I Choose Chen._3

And Chen Zhong is a ”defensive midfielder” that’s even more useful than Busquets.

Hmm, although Pellegrini doesn’t get to use him now, and he’s out of Chen’s management, it doesn’t stop Pellegrini from thinking so.

In the 9th round of La Liga, in the same round of the league, Barcelona was unexpectedly held to a draw by Osasuna, which made fans notice the problem between Ibrahimovic and Messi.

Ibrahimovic had a very ”stunning” start at Barcelona, with a very high goal efficiency, but his position overlapped with Messi’s.

This draw also caused Barcelona to lose the top spot that was hard-won, with the two teams having the same points, Real Madrid climbed back to the top due to a goal difference advantage.

At the post-match press conference, when someone asked Guardiola about the issues in the match, Guardiola scratched his shiny bald head and said, ”How do I solve him (Ibrahimovic)? He can score for the team, how should I treat him?”

He kept repeating these two sentences, as if he answered the question but also didn’t, just like purely evading.

And when reporters mentioned the issue between Chen Zhong and Messi, Guardiola’s eyes lit up immediately, and he said, ”Messi and Chen? This is a foolish choice, they are completely different types of players.”

”I think you should compare Sergio (Busquets) with Chen. If it’s such a comparison, I would say, Chen is the better one.”

”Yes, even in the locker room, I tell Sergio this, I say, Sergio, you should learn to play like Chen, learn his way of handling things.”

The reporters below looked at each other. Even some journalists from the Catalonia Region didn’t expect, no, didn’t assume that Guardiola would admire Chen Zhong so much.

They looked at the eloquent Guardiola and really wanted to remind him that he’s praising a Real Madrid player.

But Guardiola doesn’t care, he just slightly raised his mouth, and with piercing eyes said, ”At first Sergio didn’t mind, at that time Chen also had many issues, but he inspired my tactical improvement.”

”Later, Sergio agreed with what I said, because Chen kept progressing, kept progressing!”

”He is still so outstanding, and on this basis, his passing, his shooting, his all aspects are getting better and better.”

”Oh, aren’t you talking about Zlatan’s problem? If Chen were here, I think everything wouldn’t be a problem.”

”If possible, I very much want to bring Chen to Barcelona.”

Guardiola is not an unknown figure now, he is the first ”famous coach” to lead a Spanish team to win the Triple Crown, and the Barcelona he coaches, as well as Real Madrid, are ”rivals.”

At this time, he declares he wants to bring Chen Zhong to Barcelona...

Other reporters are still deep in thought, but some journalists from the Catalonia Region, some die-hard fans of Barcelona suddenly brightened up.

You know, since the 20th century, the matter of Real Madrid poaching ”Luis Figo” has become an indelible scar on their hearts.

You have to know that Luis Figo was Barcelona’s captain, and he became the team captain as a non-foreign player.

Yet he ”abandoned” Barcelona, went to Real Madrid, and became Florentino’s ”capital” when he came to power and a subject for the Merengue to mock Barcelona.

Currently, Chen Zhong is the cornerstone of Real Madrid’s future, the team’s leader and emblem, holder of the number 10 jersey, and team captain.

If they also poach Chen Zhong...

Then!

What a beautiful thing it would be!
