Leisurely Traveler with Check-in System

After a brief surprise, one of the viewers couldn’t help but chuckle.

”Well, this guy seems to have a background in photography.”

”What’s his profession again?”

”Oh, right, he’s a professional influencer.”

”He makes money by shooting videos, so it makes sense that his photography skills are advanced.”

”Having just arrived at the place for Alone in the Wilderness, he’s a bit excited and showed off his remarkable photography skills for us.”

Then he laughed.

”But this guy might have forgotten, this is Alone in the Wilderness!”

”I bet his calm demeanor won’t even last until nightfall.”

Although the others didn’t speak up, they nodded slightly, clearly agreeing with the idea.

Everyone had things to do, so after watching this shot, they each returned to their workstations.

Only the guy responsible for editing Li Younan’s video remained, he checked the length of the video footage, and sighed slightly, saying, ”Among the uploaded videos, this guy’s video is the longest!”

”He didn’t include everything in the footage, did he? Hahaha.”

”Probably a lot of throwaway shots.”

The editor shrugged: ”Who knows, looks like I’ll have to work overtime tonight.”

So he continued to watch, but as he watched, his relaxed expression gradually turned to puzzlement.

Li Younan’s videos are mostly arranged in chronological order.

After ending his initial landscape viewing, he began searching for a shelter location.

When the video showed him aiming for a relatively distant location, the editor crossed his arms, leaning back in his chair, honestly, it wasn’t a very good choice.

It’s not that the shelter is bad, but rather he spent so much effort, walked such a long way just to choose a shelter.

After he arrived at the chosen shelter location, he brazenly said to the camera: ”Next, I’ll spend about three hours finding food, aiming to have lunch before noon.”

Such precise timing made the editor chuckle lightly.

Because Li Younan’s tone was like saying ”I’m going to the restaurant downstairs for breakfast, it’ll take about 20 minutes”, how could there be such precise time calculation in the wilderness?

This is the wilderness where everything is full of unknowns and uncertainties!

In the next video, Li Younan begins identifying various plants to the camera, trying to educate the audience outside the lens on these plant names.

Then he found a vine of some plant, weaving these materials into a small basket in no time.

The editor froze for a moment.

Then he adjusted his posture, his expression becoming serious.

Younan’s craftsmanship shown earlier indeed surprised him; he had never seen a contestant on the show demonstrate such a skill before.

Next came Li Younan’s first moment that could be regarded as the highlight.

With the basket in hand, he searches through the woods, saying: ”Honestly, it’s hard for me to imagine how one could fail to survive in a place with such abundant resources.”

Hearing this, the editor’s lips twitched slightly.

Huh?

Resources, abundant? Can these words even be paired with the wilderness?

In the following video, Li Younan starts searching in the forest.

From time to time, he picks up a kind of plant somewhere; some are root-like plant roots, some are green, leafy plants, and others are berries of various colors.

As a seasoned video editor, he had seen quite a few contestants while searching for food, but almost none were as smooth as Li Younan’s.

He even wondered if the plants Younan picked up were edible.

However, during the search, Younan’s mouth never stopped as he continuously explained to the audience outside the video what these things were called, down to the carbohydrates, micronutrients, and taste they contained.

This content was indeed convincing.

The editor couldn’t help thinking to himself... if he’s not just making things up, this guy is simply a walking encyclopedia.

He started speeding up the video, and as expected, just like Li Younan said at the beginning, he only planned to spend three hours finding food, and in the video, he didn’t even take three hours to collect enough plants for several days.

The editor was momentarily questioning life.

Could it really be as Younan said? Is the place rich enough in resources that survival is unlikely?

He seemed really lucky, but then he recalled editing the last video, where the poor female contestant spent a long time searching in the forest on the first day and only managed to pick some blackberries, dispelling this absurd idea from his mind.

Upon observing the video of Li Younan more carefully, he gradually realized something remarkable.

That is, this guy isn’t blindly, aimlessly searching around; rather he knows precisely, based on the place, season, and environment, what edible wild plants might be found!

He’s looking with purpose and direction!

Even when casually chatting on video, Younan could indicate those odd-looking plants and articulate their characteristics, not limited to food.
