Ghost Catching System

Liang Qian smiled gently, her expression as bright as a vivid red rose. ”My name is Liang Qian,” she said. ”I believe I’m quite a few years older than you. Since this is our first meeting, please guide me.”

Is she starting to flirt with me already?

Chu Hao sat up straight, trying his best to project his ”masculinity.” ”I’m hardly one to teach;” he replied, ”I have much to learn from Sister Qian.”

Why does that sound so awkward?

”For our first meeting, I’ll toast to you.”

As she spoke, she filled a two-ounce cup to the brim—a full glass without spilling a drop—and without another word, downed it in one go. Truly a heroine among women.

Her face turned slightly red, her captivating big eyes full of hope as she looked at Chu Hao.

As for drinking, Chu Hao was certainly not afraid.

What a joke! Brother Hao was the man known as Little Wine God Prince, who had outdrunk a whole crowd of people.

But today, he didn’t plan to get Liang Qian drunk.

You guys wouldn’t understand, would you? If you get a woman drunk while drinking with her, how would you give her the chance to hit on you?

So, Chu Hao planned to pretend to be drunk in a while. When the moment came, Liang Qian would be overtaken by lust.

Haha... With Brother Hao playing along, the issue of integrity would be resolved, wouldn’t it?

SHIT!!

How am I such a genius? A true breath of fresh air in the world of flirting!

Both entertaining their own thoughts, Chu Hao picked up his cup, filled it too, and said, ”Sister Qian, you’re too kind. It should be this younger brother toasting you.”

After saying that, he drained the cup in one gulp.

Seeing Chu Hao drink, Liang Qian filled another cup and said, ”Little brother, Sister Qian toasts you again.”

What’s this toast for?

Liang Qian said, ”Little Brother Chu Hao, you’re exceptionally talented. Although young, the principles you just shared were enlightening. Sister will drink to you once more.”

I like hearing that.

Chu Hao happily drank another cup with Liang Qian.

Liang Qian picked up her drink again, saying, ”This third cup... To tell you the truth, I rarely drink, but today, seeing you, I just couldn’t help myself.”

Can’t be helped; Brother Hao’s charm is just too perfect.

And another cup went down.

After several consecutive cups, they had each consumed over a pound of liquor. Liang Qian was starting to feel tipsy. Looking at Chu Hao, he seemed perfectly fine.

Liang Qian couldn’t help but say with a touch of bitterness, ”Chu Hao, your alcohol tolerance is really good.”

Chu Hao suddenly realized, Right, I’m supposed to be pretending to be drunk! You kept toasting me cup after cup, and I almost forgot my main plan! He quickly started shaking his head and swaying, looking like he was about to collapse. ”Ah! Sister Qian, your tolerance is amazing! I’m impressed. Honestly, one more cup, and I’ll be done for.”

Seeing Chu Hao on the verge of drunkenness, Liang Qian let out a sigh of relief and said, ”Then, shall we have one more?”

”Sure, one more.”

Another cup went down. Liang Qian felt a burning in her stomach. She really couldn’t drink anymore; if she didn’t stop, she herself would pass out.

Drowsily, she looked up and saw Chu Hao slumped over the table, reeking of alcohol.

Haha... Success!

Liang Qian stood up, only to find she couldn’t quite remain steady; the alcohol was getting to her. All the drinks she’d had, from start to finish, amounted to around two pounds.

Good, I won.

Liang Qian walked over, patted Chu Hao on the shoulder, and called out, ”Chu Hao!!”

No response. He must be truly drunk.

Liang Qian began her move. In her tipsy state, she slipped her hand into Chu Hao’s clothes, searching for the True Word Brush.

Of course, Chu Hao was just pretending to be drunk. He felt her hands groping his body. Indeed, a mature she-wolf, so quick to make her move.

As Liang Qian felt around, she thought to herself, This kid has a really good physique, he even has abs!

Although Liang Qian was one of the Twelve Protectors of the Nether Cult and known for her ruthless dealings, no one had ever dared to target her. Consequently, no man had ever dared to approach her.

Being groped by Liang Qian like that, Chu Hao wouldn’t be a man if he didn’t react.

What a joke! He *was* a ’big’ man; of course, he had a huge reaction!

Suddenly, Chu Hao grabbed her small hand. Her heart pounded. Have I been discovered?

Chu Hao mumbled drunkenly, ”My head’s spinning... I want to sleep.”

Liang Qian breathed a sigh of relief. Good, he didn’t find out. She smiled. ”I’ll take you to your room.”

It’s indeed inconvenient here. Once in the room, it’ll be easier to manage.

Saying this, she supported Chu Hao by the shoulder, helping him up.

Chu Hao’s arm, meanwhile, draped over her shoulder and, quite by chance, landed right on her chest.

Liang Qian’s face instantly turned crimson. She fought the urge to slap him but ultimately restrained herself. The True Word Brush was more important.

With great effort, she managed to get Chu Hao into the room and flung him onto the bed. She was sweating profusely. This kid is dead weight!

As Liang Qian was complaining inwardly, she suddenly saw a long, straight bulge.

”AH!” she cried out in alarm. What’s that?

But then, a second thought struck her: No, that’s not right. It’s too big, unbelievably so. It can’t be *that* thing... Could it be...

The True Word Brush!

This kid hid the True Word Brush in his pants pocket?

Liang Qian was exasperated. You actually put the Taoist Treasure, the True Word Brush, in your pants pocket? If those Taoists found out, they’d hunt you down with knives across eighteen streets! This is a complete insult to their sacred treasure!

If Chu Hao knew Liang Qian’s identity and that she mistook *that thing* for the Taoist Treasure, he would surely think, Old Tie, you’re not wrong. Brother Hao’s ’thing’ *is* a treasure indeed!

Chu Hao continued to play dead, wanting to see what she would do next. This young lady is way too eager!

Sure enough, Liang Qian reached out and grabbed the ”Taoist Treasure.”

Liang Qian was thrilled, thinking to herself, I knew it! This must be the True Word Brush!

Chu Hao was excited. This young lady really knows how to play! She gets down to business so quickly, without any hesitation. She’s just too good at this!

Liang Qian began her next move: she reached in to grab the Taoist Treasure.

Suddenly, Chu Hao flipped over, pinning her beneath him. Liang Qian internally cried out in shock. Have I been discovered?

I was too hasty! I should’ve waited until he was completely drunk. With no other choice, Liang Qian froze, considering pushing Chu Hao away but then decided against it.

Then she heard Chu Hao mumble, ”It’s so hot.”

Liang Qian’s heart skipped a beat. Haha... What an opportunity! You’re the one who said it’s hot.

”Hot? I’ll help you loosen your clothes.”

As she said this, she moved to help Chu Hao but then stopped. I must be subtle, she thought. Take it one step at a time; can’t be too eager.

She began to unbutton Chu Hao’s shirt. Soon, his firm, powerful muscles were revealed—an almost perfect male physique.

Feeling the surge of male hormones, Liang Qian couldn’t help blushing. Stay calm, she told herself. I absolutely cannot mess up now.

She heard Chu Hao mumble drowsily, ”I want to take a bath... take a bath...”

Let you take a bath? How could I allow that? What if you sober up after washing?
