Ghost Catching System

Chu Hao chuckled, ”Hey... little sister, come give me a kiss.”

Yun’er’s face turned red. ”Sister Luo Yan said that before I come of age, boys are not allowed to touch me.”

Chu Hao was frustrated. ”But yesterday, Yun’er, you still... took off your clothes.”

Yun’er said earnestly, ”At that time, in Yun’er’s eyes, Brother Chu Hao was a healer. In front of a healer, there is no distinction between men and women. Doesn’t Brother think so too?”

What the hell!!

Guess what I want to do right now?

I want to jump off a building.

I’m truly defeated by her innocence, completely convinced. No wonder she wasn’t shy at all yesterday—she saw me as a healer!

Now that I think about it, Yun’er regards me as a good person, but I was thinking of taking advantage of her... I feel ashamed...

Ashamed, my ass!

In that situation, any normal person would have reacted, okay? Besides, I’m no healer.

Chu Hao said solemnly, ”Yun’er, the first step to recognizing me as your brother is to give me a peck on the lips. This is as certified by Heaven and Earth as the sworn sibling ritual in books.”

Yun’er looked doubtful. ”Is that so? I’ve actually read *Romance of the Three Kingdoms*. Liu Bei, Zhang Fei, and Guan Yu’s oath ceremony in the Peach Garden.”

I freaking admire myself...

Chu Hao nodded furiously. ”Yes, yes! So, as brother and sister, we must peck each other on the lips. That’s the first step certified by Heaven and Earth.”

Yun’er grew interested. ”What’s the second step then?”

Chu Hao recited smoothly, ”Of course, it’s to face each other openly.”

Yun’er’s curiosity piqued. Her tear-filled eyes had dried, though they were still red. She asked, ”Brother Chu Hao, how do we face each other openly?”

Chu Hao, without blushing or his heart skipping a beat, said, ”That means taking baths together, sleeping together, and making babies together.”

Qiu Yun’er looked surprised. ”Is becoming sworn siblings this complicated?”

The System commented, ”The Host is so shameless…”

Chu Hao retorted, ”System, get lost.”

The System: ”…”

Chu Hao continued to entice her step by step. Thinking about it, I’m being pretty shameless, he mused, but quickly brushed aside any qualms about her innocence. After all, Zhong Minyue had said he could marry Yun’er.

Qiu Yun’er said bashfully, ”Then... well, okay then.”

She fell for it just like that?

Chu Hao could hardly restrain his urge to laugh out loud, scarcely believing such pure-hearted girls still existed.

”Come on, let’s start with the little peck.”

Yun’er closed her eyes nervously. Her face was incomparably beautiful, her eyes more stunning than any star in the sky, her skin porcelain-white, tender, and smooth, her lips rosy and soft, and her lustrous long hair casually draped behind her head. She was as pure and clean as a pristine, wonderful angel.

Her eyelashes quivered as she waited for Chu Hao to give her that little peck.

Chu Hao was excited. This will be my first kiss! Yun’er, don’t worry, Brother will take good care of you.

And then, he leaned in.

”Yun’er, are you there?”

Suddenly, a voice interrupted them. Qiu Yun’er, her face flushed, said happily, ”It’s Sister Luo Yan.”

Saying so, she ran out.

Damn it! Luo Yan, talk about perfect timing.

Qiu Yun’er rushed out and plunged into Luo Yan’s arms.

Luo Yan looked puzzled. ”Yun’er, what are you doing in Chu Hao’s room?”

Yun’er said, ”Sister Luo Yan, I’m performing the sibling-bonding ritual with Brother Chu Hao.”

Luo Yan, curious, asked, ”Sibling bonding?”

”Yes! Brother Chu Hao said the first step for becoming sworn siblings is a peck on the lips. The second step is to sleep together and bathe together. The third step is to make babies together. Only after completing these three steps are we really siblings.”

Luo Yan was speechless. ”...”

She treated Yun’er like her own little sister. The girl was so innocent and pretty, and Luo Yan was afraid she’d be taken advantage of, so she had warned her not to let boys touch her before she came of age.

And now, that shameless bastard Chu Hao had actually tried to trick Yun’er.

Fuming with anger, Luo Yan yelled, ”Chu Hao, get your ass out here!”

Chu Hao, feeling guilty, had already fled through the window.

Luo Yan said angrily, ”Yun’er, don’t listen to Chu Hao. He’s lying to you.”

Qiu Yun’er defended him, ”Brother Chu Hao is a good person.”

If Chu Hao could hear her, he would definitely give Yun’er a thumbs up.

Luo Yan covered her fair forehead. This girl is beyond saving, she thought.

Luo Yan said, ”Forget it. From now on, stay by my side. I’ll look after you and teach you properly.”

Qiu Yun’er, head bowed, said, ”But Master said before he left that Brother Chu Hao should take care of me.”

Luo Yan was utterly exasperated. She immediately called Chu Hao, grinding her teeth as she said, ”I’ll take care of Yun’er. If you so much as touch her before she comes of age, I swear I’ll fight you to the death!”

Facing Luo Yan, Chu Hao still felt somewhat guilty and said, ”Okay... fine.”

After hanging up the phone, Chu Hao felt utterly depressed.

He took out the Pretentious Dice. ”My little ancestor, give me some good luck to cheer me up.”

Then he threw it.

”Ding... Host has gained 200 Show-off Points.”

”SIGH... ’Not even the luck-based kind,’” he muttered.

Arriving at school, Chu Hao sauntered in. The security guard couldn’t help saying, ”Little Maozi, you’re just getting here? Aren’t you afraid your homeroom teacher will chew you out?”

Chu Hao swaggered confidently. ”Not even the principal dares to chew me out. I come and go as I please.”

”Ding... Host has successfully shown off, gaining 100 Show-off Points.”

The security guard gave him a thumbs-up. ”I’ve been a security guard for so long and seen so many students, but you’re the first one who’s this badass.”

Chu Hao said smugly, ”Just so-so.”

Just then, a whole group of schoolgirls swarmed towards him.

Holy moly!! Could I already be this famous at school?

Chu Hao felt it was necessary to strike a cool pose.

”Actually, I know I’m very handsome. You don’t need to be so enthusiastic...”

But the crowd of schoolgirls brushed past him. A few ”dinosaur girls,” weighing over two hundred pounds and nearly six feet tall, bumped into him like bears, knocking him to the ground.

One of the dinosaur girls even said viciously, ”Kid, are your eyes on your ass? Didn’t you see the Tyrant’s Flower walking by?”

Damn it!! You bumped into me and you still have the nerve to scold me?

It was intolerable! Chu Hao was about to hurl insults when the dinosaur girl, the Tyrant’s Flower, had already screamed and run off, like a mobile tank.

A swarm of schoolgirls went crazy, many holding up signs and yelling, ”Qin Feng, Qin Feng, I love you! Your handsomeness pierces the sky, beyond compare!”

”Qin Feng, Qin Feng, I love you! Your handsomeness pierces the sky, beyond compare!”

Chu Hao’s mouth twitched. Those dinosaur girls who had bumped into him roared so loudly they could rival the school’s broadcast system.

A luxury car drove into the school, a BMW worth over a million. The person seated inside, a very attractive young man, was Qin Feng, who had starred in a TV drama.

Qin Feng, around eighteen or nineteen, had jet-black short hair, well-defined facial features, and a clean aura, fully embodying the androgynous beauty typical of his age.

Qin Feng rolled down the window and waved at the schoolgirls, prompting a bunch of silly, infatuated girls to scream, almost fainting.

For crying out loud!! Do you really need to show off like this? A wave of the hand, and he acts like he’s some national leader.
