Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

This was the first time Ye Jian witnessed the appearance of a brand new technology since she started her military service. This was also the first time she participated in a national top-secret experiment. Even though she was always calm, she was still a little excited.

As a soldier, how could she not be happy to see another boost in the country’s military power?

The experiment was carried out hundreds of kilometers into the desert. This place was really empty. Besides soldiers, no one else could enter this place. This was a real restricted area. It was a restricted area without a name on the map. Countless unknown experiments were completed in this restricted area.

They set off at 3:00 am on the ninth day of the new year and arrived at the desert at 10:00 am on the 11th. After getting off the truck, they didn’t have any time to rest. Ye Jian was led by Company Commander Zhu and followed by the specialists to patrol the desert. This included driving away animals and birds with sound waves.

Birds were not to be underestimated. It was very likely that they had high-definition cameras installed on them and were sent through satellites. Hence, the chasing of birds was extremely important. They could not let a single bird fly into the sky.

”There are too many countries that want to steal our military secrets, especially the Western countries. They can’t bear to see our country rise. They hope that our country will always remain in the era when we needed the help of the former Soviet Union to complete all kinds of research and development. They wish for us to remain backward, in poverty, and ignorant…

”But how can our country be led by the nose? If we fall behind, we will be beaten. The entire military will remember what our leader said. This is the truth!

”Don’t underestimate this piece of wasteland. Almost all missile experiments are completed here. Every time they’re released for experiments, they never fail. Although it’s called an experiment, it’s actually to let the chiefs of the Great Hall and the military see the power of the new weapons. It’s impossible for them to fail.

”After this experiment is completed, it will definitely be popularized to the entire military in less than a month. The artillery unit will use it immediately. Our regiment can see it, but we’ll hardly use it.”

Ye Jian, who was following Company Commander Zhu, heard countless legends about this land. Every time she walked past a pothole, she couldn’t help but wonder if this deep pit was left behind by some experiment.

The specialists used radar technology to detect a large area. Every time a red dot appeared on the radar circle, they would immediately inform the people below through wireless communication so that they could clear it immediately.

To ensure the safety of the entire experiment, everything within a 100-kilometer radius had to be cleaned up. There were no suspicious points.

In addition to the radar setup, there was also infrared deployment and infrared tracking. When all the radar points and infrared were set up, the entire experiment land seemed to be enveloped by a huge net. No signal could be sent out, and no satellite could capture the images in the sky.

Until the experiment was completed, this place was like a point that had disappeared from the earth. It was truly isolated from the world.

”All points are set up. All points are set up. Start the radar device.”

”Roger, Roger. Attention, attention. Radar device activated, radar device activated. Three, two, one, activate!”

The radar equipment was activated, and the entire sky was monitored. Besides those who had entered the monitoring range and were equipped with digital information numbers, no one else could enter the experimental site.
