Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

The teacher in charge asked, ”Are you convinced now?”

”We are!” They were united.

”Do you admit defeat?”

”Yes!”

”Do you still dare to challenge the instructors in the future?”

”We won’t do it again!”

The teacher in charge asked again, ”Are you still going to compete?”

”Yes!”

”Let’s not compete anymore!”

This time, their words were different.

Amidst the screams, Ye Jian smiled at Tao Yi and said, ”I used a lot of strength, but you almost broke free. Fortunately, I was prepared.”

Tao Yi was aware of their difference in strength. Although he was mentally prepared to lose, he was still a little disappointed. He scratched the back of his head in embarrassment. ”I’m sorry, Instructor. I’ve delayed your time.”

”No, I wanted to spar with you too. Also, you’re very skilled. It’s just that my path is different from yours. I believe that you were able to see some clues.”

That was true. Tao Yi recalled the look in her eyes that frightened him just now. Now that he thought about it again, his heart was still palpitating. That look… If he had seen it before, he would never have suggested sparring with the instructor.

Just her gaze was enough to make him retreat.

There was no need to compete in the third round. The results were evident. They might as well have some other entertainment programs. The chief instructor whispered a few words to the hosting teacher. Ye Jian and Tao Yi returned to their class amidst the cheers.

At this moment, Ye Jian finally felt how enthusiastic the students were. Their gazes were so intense that she felt herself burning up.

After returning to the class, she was welcomed again. Ye Jian smiled and said, ”Students, you won’t be able to propose any conditions for the next nine days of military training. And I won’t agree to any of your conditions either.

”Military training is a national defense education. There’s no such thing as slacking off. There are no shortcuts either. I hope you can remember this. I also hope that the ten days of military training will bring you a different experience. No matter how magnificent the future is, military training will always be the most beautiful memory in your mind.

”And you’ll also be a beautiful memory in my military life.”

”Instructor Ye, you’re the most beautiful memory in everyone’s hearts now!” The sweet-talking boy shouted loudly, and the students followed suit.

Ye Jian revealed her purest smile. Her eyes were bright, and her teeth were white. She looked like the most beautiful moon in the sky.

In an instant, the smile became the most beautiful sight in the students’ eyes. Later on, someone saw the general who was awarded the highest medal in the military on television and could recognize that the general was once their military training instructor.

After this spar, the restless students in the class put away their thoughts and didn’t dare to tease the instructor anymore. Especially when they returned to the dormitory at night and heard the story about the instructor sliding down the drainage pipe from the fourth floor to the first floor in the evening. She knocked down the thief in three seconds. The awe that arose in their hearts made them freeze.

Even the students from the other classes became very well-behaved and did not dare to be too naughty.

Tao Yi listened for a long time before saying, ”If I had known, I wouldn’t have fought with Instructor Ye.”

Yu Ji, who was in the same dormitory, struggled for a long time. In the end, he told the entire dormitory about his experience. In response, all the boys in the dormitory fell silent. The night ended with exclamations and curses.

If they had known, they wouldn’t have pushed Tao Yi out to compete!

”Do you know? Huang Yawen was the only one who objected to you sparring with Instructor Ye. Do you think she knew something?”

Before turning off the lights, a boy said in a low voice, ”Otherwise, why would she resist when we went to look for her?”
