Rebirth: General, Don't Mess Around!

His voice was so loud that the instructors nearby heard it. Hearing that, the instructors’ lips twitched. Indeed, the youths knew no fear.

They challenged Ye Jian, someone that even they couldn’t compete with. Tsk, tsk, tsk. The ignorant were truly fearless.

The instructors prayed silently in their hearts for the boy who challenged Ye Jian.

As for Ye Jian, of course, she was happy to play along with them. Smiling, she said, ”What if I win? Wouldn’t you need to do something too?”

”The terms need to be fair in a bet. How about this? You ask me to be more relaxed with you. Sure, as long as you win, I’ll be more relaxed with you. Similarly, if I win, you have to follow my rules for military training. How about that?

”Wait, that’s not right. I have to ask if all of you agree.”

”Hahaha, we agree! We agree!”

”Instructor, we agree!”

Ye Jian smiled. These children were still too young. They were so young that she felt a little guilty for bullying them. However, since they were so enthusiastic about challenging her, she would oblige.

”Okay, it’s settled, then.” Ye Jian smiled and blinked. A sly look flashed past her eyes.

”Okay! Okay! It’s settled, then! Do you want to make a pinky promise, Instructor?”

”Do it, do it. Instructor, you can’t go back on your word.”

The ’children’ who dug a hole for themselves were overjoyed. They were so happy that they couldn’t stop laughing. They were so happy that they managed to quickly settle the matter.

There were also people who didn’t agree. For instance… Huang Yawen. She didn’t agree.

Moreover, she had said ’no’ loudly. In the end, she was drowned in the mighty voices that shouted ’yes’. No one heard her objection.

Even if someone heard it, they would ignore it.

The other three girls from Room 405 threw their arms and shouted in agreement. Zeng Can, who had previously warned the boys not to bully the instructor, also shouted in agreement.

There were many students in the class who didn’t dare to speak at first. In the end, they were affected by the atmosphere. Seeing that Ye Jian wasn’t angry, they smiled and shouted, ”Agree!”

They were so happy… Just like that, the matter was decided!

”Sure! Tao Yi, come on over!” Ye Jian smiled and gestured for the boy to come up. ”Being the national runner-up of Taekwondo is indeed an achievement. It’s good to spar. Just treat it as leisure entertainment.”

Tao Yi walked up and saluted Ye Jian. Then, he smiled and said, ”Instructor, when are we going to start sparring? It’s better to do it earlier than later. Why not now?”

The boy in front of her was full of confidence. He had thick eyebrows, big eyes, and good facial features. One look and you could tell that he was a righteous boy. Similarly, he had the arrogance of a boy.

He was at that age. He should be full of vigor, confidence, and hope for the future.

”There’s no hurry. Let’s do it at night. It’s cooler at night.” Ye Jian looked at the confident boy in front of her and reached out her hand. ”Pinky promise.”

”啪!”

A clear round of applause was heard. The agreement between the instructor and the students was reached.

Tao Yi, who came back after the pinky promise, was welcomed like a hero. ”Tao Yi, we’re counting on you! Let’s have an easy time with the military training. All the best!”

”Hero, I’m counting on you!”

”We must take down the instructor tonight. Whether we can be happy or not depends on you! I have high hopes for you, friend.”

The excited boys welcomed the ’hero’ they placed their hopes on happily. They believed that the ’hero’ they chose would definitely lead them to a good life.
